maybe they saw your post
that bid is a joke right?
as of september they were still doing it.I sure hope it has stopped.
maybe a moot point, I'm not sure. But does anyone know what goes on with morells 18.6 million shares ?
I hope not, jeez
ouch. see that bid
I hear you. I really do.
I guess Im the 1%. and after holding for over two years it looks like Im s.o.l on the divi. seems a litle unfair, but par for the course
this is why I ask the guestion yesterday. this is from the sec, and The more I read it, the more confused I get.
quote:
Sometimes a company pays a dividend in the form of stock rather than cash. The stock dividend may be additional shares in the company or in a subsidiary being spun off. The procedures for stock dividends may be different from cash dividends. The ex-dividend date is set the first business day after the stock dividend is paid (and is also after the record date).
If you sell your stock before the ex-dividend date, you also are selling away your right to the stock dividend. Your sale includes an obligation to deliver any shares acquired as a result of the dividend to the buyer of your shares, since the seller will receive an I.O.U. or "due bill" from his or her broker for the additional shares. Thus, it is important to remember that the day you can sell your shares without being obligated to deliver the additional shares is not the first business day after the record date, but usually is the first business day after the stock dividend is paid
Im with you. this is my last post for the day. first time thats happined. guess I've been running my yapper
I'm at .019 as well. and it does hurt a little
OM3 did you read it at all? if so what do you think ? I value your opinion
now thats funny.
I vow to never be held hostage again!
wtf man, really trying my patients here
I guess its a hypothetical question
someone slapped that shizzzzzzzz and made my portfolio a lot better looking
If the S1 is approved, do you still need to be holding your katx shares to get the divi. honestly I sold my modest pos a few month ago. I held katx for over 2 years. and lost most of my investment. It would be wrong if I lost out on the divi after over 2 years. But I think you need to hold until the ex date. anyone have a clue ?
I thought they could'nt say anything that could be interpreted as pumping the stock.
Why did they need to use them. that is the ?
I'll be the devils advocate; are we in a quiet period? until the ex date
I hear ya man, I really, really do.
did it say the pps of ae? I didnt see it
It also says something about five days from the original due date. which I think was around the 17th. so maybe by the end of the week. just an educated guess. and not very educated honestly.
the nt 10q was filed on 11/9. the last nt 10q was filed on 5/14 then the 10 q was filed on 5/23. ten days later. so I was just thinking it they use the same time frame. ten days from the nt 10 q would be monday. I would not be surprised if it is not here monday. $cmgo
hopefully we get that 10q monday. have a good weekend. $cmgo
awful quiet here today. the calm before the storm ? $cmgo
looks like todaybrian stepped down as well
judging by their last extention in may, the 10q should be out on monday. $cmgo
I think that our judgment get clouded because we are invested and exited about the outlook for $cmgo. O is not in love with this stock, it makes it easier for him. there was stuff in the filing about all the toxic financing and I simply did not see it, or did not know what I was looking at. glta. come on $cmgo lets do this thing
Good stuff SS1. very informative. thanks
got ya.
yes sir, Im a little better than half way there
I'll agree. I was in one with a buy back game it turn out terrible. But cmgo has not said anything about buy backs have they?
when I bought cmgo in june, I thought this divi would be complete by nov. now Im not so sure. I dont want to sell YET, but Im feeling the strangle hold. these divi's in pennyland seem to always be a nightmare. I would give the divi back if we could establish a true pps at this point.
very true
got ya, I did not see that. thx
hey mw, why do you say they need more time ? it looks to be complete. isnt it in the sec hands now. I'm a little slow with this so pardon my ingorance
one step closer. $cmgo
I hear ya man.
