As always Sterling, you seem to know how to place the icing on the cake. Yes it is up to the company to jump start a move and although they seem to be taking their own sweet time, I can feel the rumbling beneath me as I type this. I believe that it is not going to take all that much to shove it into a trigger but the need for a push is evident. One person mentioned some news that would be followed up with a plug from an individual whom many of know to have a great following and a lot of creditability among penny chasers. If this is true and that scenario takes place, then look out penny land here we come. As mentioned, there is certainly enough in the pipelines to keep this baby moving north for a while and as you pointed out, this is not a pink.
Big players have stopped in periodically to place their bets before becoming frustrated and then leave but they are sitting on the sidelines because they know the potential as well. My question is what do you think the MM hoppers look like, given the amount of short triggers? This stock wreaks the word “valuation” so even with a selloff, the PPS should stay respectable.
There have been a total of 35 press releases on ARTS since the last run without so much as a decent tick sending it slightly north. Tomorrow will mark the 5th month dry spell. Once again, hopes are high that news will come. The pond if extremely low, the sun is cooking the fish and the frogs are again crying for rain. Will ARTS deliver or will the MM bring this down yet another notch and have a blood-bath before bringing ARTS back up into penny land?
All the signs for a run are in place…New PR firm, anticipation of a fall lineup and much, much more. There are more short triggers out there than there were landmines used in WWII but not a peep from the MM. Is Tuesday “D” day or will the MM let this spring continue to tighten…. .? 01, .02, .03 or beyond. Been feeling this thing tighten for an awful long time. Got a feeling this one is gonna be huge.
Might there be a surprise in store? Picasso sold… Announcement of Starefest first trading date, more spots on Time Warner? Mad stuff to pick from….The MM is not crazy…they see this stuff in the pipelines.
LET HER RUN...THIS DOG IS READY TO HUNT!!!!
The following information was posted to another board at my request. I will not name this individual but he is known for his positive post. I asked where he thought ARTS would be at the end of each month starting in September and this is what he said...
I don’t have very much computer savvy. My DD is very limited ,so I try to do the best I can with the time I have. I do believe if ARTS management has the integrity, honesty, and a sincere desire to dedicate themselves to making ARTS a success ARTS does have the potential to be a successful business.ALL of ARTS management goals are attainable.
CHARITY SPORTS DISTRIBUTOR for now is ARTS main source of revenue that will allow all of ARTS other goals and subsidiary business time to develope and become valuable, profitable assets. Just some of what keeps me in ARTS long term is for example ARTFEST DIRECTS potential for unlimited growth via AM’S and the IAD’S.(I have seen such growth with AMWAY,HERBALIFE,MARY KAYE,AVON etc…) RHUPERT TV and merchandising license agreements great potential revenue.ARTS staying visible 24hours a day 7 days a week on TV and the INTERNET will bring growth, value, and revenue. There is no reason why ARTS can’t get a piece of the Sotheby and Christies fine art business.I want to see sales revenue improve and more focus on expense cost cutting.Increase in AM’S and the IAD’s membership.RHUPERT licensing agreement signed and official announcement with the details.(hope DIS makes it happen)
Where will ARTS be in the coming months we can only speculate. PPS predictions I will leave to other more qualified investors. (The 200 day moving average stands at $.0116 with the 50 day moving average at $.0006)

I agree that an investor should do as much DD as possible prior to investing however; keeping abreast to what a company is up to should be an ongoing process and there should not be a window of opportunity as to when DD should occur. I think spring roll has made his motives clear. He appears to not like the company and thinks it is a scam company. While I completely disagree with this accusation, I do think that he pose valid questions. I also agree with you that his questions are more likely to be answered if he directs them to ARTS as opposed to ARTS shareholders. But I think we both know that the purpose of him posing those questions here, as opposed to directing them to the powers that be is to make awareness.
Honestly, springroll use to annoy the heck out of me but the lower the PPS sunk, the more I would listen to what it is he had to say. Like yourself, I want the PPS to fly through the roof but what I don’t want is for Eddie to think that he has a blank check when it comes to spending our money.
Well that is an honest question for which I have no answer. Maybe someone here can address that for you. Even at these prices I would take that deal…
Springroll, you and I have been at opposing views about this company on several occasions but have managed to avoid the small stuff. While I still disagree with your view that ARTS is a scam, I appreciate, and respect your insight on a lot of what you’ve submitted here. I particularly agree with your use of the word “denial” as it relates to the attitude of some on this board. Good example; Arts has posted numerous promises such as the purchase of that new building back in 2008 and the buyback of shares, around that same time and never delivered. I don’t care to go through all of the many PR’s that promised something that never came to pass, yet I’m being told that ARTS keeps its promises. Well if we’re talking within the past few weeks, then that is in question as well.
I don’t look at the amount of stock a person owns as much as I look at the amount of money they invested in the company. Maybe if EV took that approach we’d have a better public opinion about the company right now. I’m going to stay on the fence when it comes to my overall opinion about ARTS because they still have a lot to prove where I’m concerned.
I initially averaged down from .06 and there are those whose had to average down from as high as .25. Now I’ve got people who are buying this stock at .0002 telling me to chill? What do you think that I’ve been doing over the last 10 months, robbing banks and shooting up fast food joints? This is about as chilled as one can get given the circumstances wouldn’t you say?
Exactly the type of response I can appreciate Bob and thank you. What it comes down to for me is reality. Aside from the euphoric outlook about ARTS, there is the reality of what’s happening. It seems that each time someone tries to address short comings; it is turned into something totally different. If you look at the other replies, you would think that I need my head examined for questioning why ARTS is either slow to act or failed to act. Do what you say you’re going to do and do it in the timeframe in which you said you’re going to do it in. Should you fall short of that time frame then follow up with some form of communication explaining why. The other respondents don’t seem to get that.
I'm not sure as to where you're coming from with the advice but I'm actually all set.
Meaning what?
The hype that is starting to build around Tuesday’s expectations and whatever is expected of this Tens outfit is reminding me of the hype leading up to the open house that produced a lot of tight lips and no effective news. I hope you folks are not getting yourselves all worked up for another ARTS let down. The announcement of Tens is nothing more than an example another of ARTS missed opportunities IMHO. Had they announced this a month ago with everyone was speculating and guessing this news could have moved the PPS. Now it is just confirming a rumor that ARTS allowed to fester too long. I hope that this new PR firm will teach Eddie and company something about timing and how to take advantage of same.
Eddie…rumors can let the air out of the best news bubble so stop leaking good news and starting using it to the company’s advantage. You’re slower at getting news out than you are completing projects.
Got any news on the Picasso or Starfest Direct etc.? Well why don’t you remain true to form and release it after the stock hits the “NO BID ZONE.”
Not completely...They are still investor relations...lol
Good question....
One product consumed and the other is displayed...
Whatever they have should be released to the general public...It is this sort of thing that has been killing the PPS. Most of your stock accounts are now reading in the low thousands and hundreds when they should be reading in the hundreds of thousands or millions.
I know you're right and I intend to stay the course as you suggest but I need to be richer...lmao.
I have to agree with you on the upside potential of this stock. Sure I find fault in the company itself or mostly the CEO but that is not to take away from the stocks potential to go into the double digit penny range. I cannot understand for the life of me why they are taking so long to accomplish some of the more easily attainables such as release the fall schedule and name the new PR firm. If they are sitting on news, then now is not the time to be doing doing so in IMO.
Yes and that is what hooked me...lol. Now here we are 10 months later and what has happened? PPS couldn't get any lower and EV isn't saying a word. Lots of promises at the meeting from what I understand but not a peep from the company in writing. Fall schedule promised to be released, along with the name of the new PR firm but again, nothing. Don't say anything though because the newbies who are in at the tripple zero levels will be quick to tell you the history of a company of which they've used 32 or 33 fluff press releases to do their DD.
Great reports are published but they are mainly generated from PR and nothing factual...why...because ARTS, to date has been all promises. What? You say I'm wrong? You count up the things they've finished and I'll count of the things that they've promised and not delivered.
Hey a question for you folks? Who remembers that there was a stand-alone post where this person posted that they had word from a very good source that the Picasso had sold? I believe this post was done back in July or there about.
Lord don't we all but its starting to look that way doesn't it?
2.5 million at these extremely low prices would take a huge amount of shares wouldn't you say? I do like the other part of what you're saying though. I think maybe the Picasso is sold. But do we know that they were actually dumping shares?
Today will be a waste as well. WTF is he waiting on Christmas? Or is this going to be a repeat of 2008 where the promise comes but no delivery? Again, no bid is just around the corner and we will most likely hit .0001 by days end IMHO.
Given the size of float...Where do any of you see ARTS going?
For whatever it is worth, I had to agree with you. Per someone on another board, The Dean will do a follow-up promo after the news is announced. Depending how the news (whatever that is...if any at all)is received, will dictate the movememt north.
Not hard to do if your O/S is less than the amount owned by the average share holder in ARTS. The float is less than the total amount of shares I own in ARTS. Not comparing apples to apples now are we? ARTS has so many O/S that I think that it going to be had getting it up to any levels that we'll like unless they buy back some of this diluted mess.
I hear you on that news thing! I'm guessing that they are going to wait until Tuesday. Either way I would love to see something come out on the shares. MM looking to take this down to .0001 before we leave for the holiday.
Good looking out! Thanks!
Great job at getting that word out ARTS. This was handled pooly if you ask me. They missed the chance to make it a big deal.
You're a good for this board and for me because we all know how down I can get at times....LMAO
Just need this thing to run....
Rumors of share buy back, new building purchase and reduction of A/S...Repeat of 2008. Guess this was put in the koolaid jar at the share holders meeting? No news today...I'm starting to like Jim Jones's koolaid more and more. Either way you're dead...LMAO.
The SEC is useless per Bernie Madeoff....LMAO
That guy is forever posting things that are not on point....but we shall see.
I think a lot of people who say that are actually full of it. I know that this is going to take off and at these levels, anyone sitting on money will be kicking themselves in a week if not sooner.
Hmmm..Good question, would like to hear the answer also.
THE GOOD...What confuses me is when you consider the GOOD, most are still predicting a penny or so at best in any given run but when I look at this list I see a lot more. What am I missing?
No bid knocking on the door and there is still no news...Lets get going ARTS!
I agree and it had better be soon at .0002. No bid is just around the corner IMHO.
Honestly, don't you have anything better to do? At least submit a topic that hasn't been beat to death...lol
So was I actually. Seem most just like to go on about nothing. The things I've heard is a lot to be excited about and all many have done is find fault...I've heard what I've wanted to hear for months on end. Now I pray that it works. HUGE NEWS under their noses....LMAO
LMAO....You're telling us that its going to no bid yet you're still buying...Oh but wait...you said a small bounce on Tuesday didn't you? So did God or E.V. tell you about this bounce? Dude you need to stop...people see right through that.
