yesterday i emailed Bob Battis the owner of the company and told him i had been trying to contact Dan Schall investors relations for the last couple days and his mailbox was full.
20 minutes later i received a call from Dan from the 609 area code. he said hey Michael guess you can see i'm calling from jersy and I said i sure did notice that.He told me he flew in from San diego on Monday. I had thought he was to be there the week before but he said there had been a slight delay but all was on track now.
He did not nor could he give me specifics but I told him i could put 2 and 2 together with him being there and he said good.
he told me that things are getting better and better and they are working 7 to 11 to get things done.
I know they are close to completing a deal.
