Great day- we need to close above 1.00 once and for all
Thanks Wall and Jax- my part is done-let me know if anything else can be done- something is up here and Peltz knows what it is -I have no doubt-and yes my fish stories are big here in Texas but I back-em up with evidence-going on the hunt this weekend will post. The people have always had the power in this country but many have sat back and watched-Peeps, please do your part here-for all of us--good to see you Madclown!
I like the way that sounds!
nice day here-should be a strong week --up!
Fish reminds me of an old Cinderella song "don't know what you've got until its gone" and then here comes Chemtura --buck-fifty
Its easy to bail and fade away but- no guts -no glory and as always the minute you sell the PPS rips north--seen it too many times-this is a strong co. not a POS pink an some can't seem to understand that: 3RD LARGEST chemical co. in the WORLD!!!
the only thing that has peaked is your staying power--a true long? lucky for you we will see that 1.00 this week -more likely than not
brikk, theres some people you just can't reach! lol
If you call this(todays trading) a downward spiral you have not seen anything - if we hold and make a profit do we deserve that?
we all know how sneaky the MMs can be- realistically I don't think we should be able to decipher it-
not hardly-just started-
Very true, they might not haved liked the tally that was going on last week(by i-hub & all the others) and made a change- no worry here-
next move will park us above the dollar IMO
added 1st a.m. @.023 --think we have a week or two in this range to go before the run but the bollies say different - time will tell-not worried get-um while you can-I always say sometimes lol
I agree with that and believe it will happed but I was an Eagle Scout(many, many moons ago)and learned at an early age"to be prepared" ---one must always have a contingency plan.
I can tell you "I" will be on board with them one way or another-if it hits the fan(don't believe it will)I'll sell and buy back in. Even if the buy in is 3.00-5.00 I will get in cause thats cheap for a stock that very well will be at 12-15.00 with dividends in 2-3 yrs. Like Chemtura I always blaze mine too!
Chemtura is on the move and is certainly not a company that is on the ropes.
8-25 Rancona Summit (soybean fungicide} gets EPA approval
9-18 Adiprene&Vibrathane(urethane products) announced 10% price
increase effective 10-15
9-14 Launching GoeBrom Family for mercury removal in coal
fired energy plants
They are blazing their own trail now just wait till they exit BK this stock will be well on its way back to NYSE
It is a site I will use in the future for sure --nice to know the connections-
I"ll take 9.00 and call it a day--well it will be interesting to see how it plays out-I like our odds on this one
When Ed Garden was on the Chemtura BOD his father in law- Peltz(la familia)had an umbilical cord to the company thus comfort in the Trian investment(plus dividends) even as the liquidity problems developed Peltz new way in advance what was coming and what the prospects were for turning it around he chose to "let it ride" but wanted Garden to step down from the BOD because of the embarrassment(to family and peers)of the BK. Garden left but is still connected to Chemtura(Trian)would not surprise me that Peltz ,Garden, Rogerson and others are all banded together in this effort to turn Chemtura around and knew how they would try to do it before the BK.My bet is "they" are already loaded for bear and when the time is right(bear into clearing) the kill will go down.
P.S. Ed Garden was in on the decline of the 9.00 share buy out--you figure it out
I agree with that!
however this unfolds is gonna work out good for us-the commons are safe imo --we are showing a profit and have several avenues to resolve debt--this is a winner-- a lot more to come out of this than .90 or 1.00 thats for sure.
yes it is a lot of money even to Peltz--his net worth is around 1.1 bil but the 200 mil is also a stain(to him)if he does'nt recover it.I don't think he rode it all the way down with-out knowing he could recover it--hes smarter than that.
If Peltz is in the bond arena(I think he is)its about control of the reorganizing of Chemtura as the PPS will follow the success of the plan.Peltz possibly thinks he knows better how to steer co. to recovery but I think Rogerson will do much better than He-- we will see
yes they have them all
I agree and you can bet Peltz and Gardens are in the loop with whats up with the bonds(maybe them)Peltz fully expects to get his money one way or another-
It was a link off of a chemtura blog--not MadClowns
This is when Gardens left Chemtura

Ed Garden is one of the founding partners of Trian fund
Go to this site and check it out click on these familiar names and see whats up--the Peltz question is answered -he is in deep with Chemtura--double click on Ed Garden 1st Peltz 2nd then Robert Wood--
shows corporate relationships with Chemtura
http://www.muckety.com/Chemtura-Corporation/5005845.muckety?big=true&expand=true
dotted lines are previous and solid are current relationships
maybe some here knew this but its new to me and I like what I see
Peltz is Ed Gardens father- in -law holy sh////t
It will be amazing for the 2nd qtr. of a BK
Doing the same adding all week and will again next week gonna ride the mother load on this one-
will mail my letter later today--we do need to make some noise here although IMO until we have factual documentation of the valuation of the assets to prove that they out- weigh the liabilities(remember we just recently got a date to close the gate on claims)the judge won't rule on EC-I know we have equity, but we have to prove it to da judge. As far as big law firms that hire summer interns(good looking girls wearing short skirts that need their hand held into the restroom)in the name of furthering education, it happens all the time but I'm down with the judge--don't charge it to a BK case. right now we are consolidating for - the permanent move above a dollar-- this stock is following its MO (developed pattern) no worries here.
this is all well and good-when we finish basing here we will move past 1.00 and stay there imo-
wall, that one was 49.6- weighed in at field and stream-october is a great time for the big beasts around here. I won't cease the hunt till I have the local lake record 68lb.yellowcat or 65lb. blue --nothing like the rush of matching wits with one of them. Its like seeing your stock going parabolic--for me anyway.
Ron
can't wait for the show-- its been a great ride on this stock
hfields,Heartland Advisor Inc. still has 7 mil. shares they had 9,285,400 but sold 2,285,400
Heartland Group Inc.small cap value fund sold 7 mil.thus the confusion
hey nothing is out of the question on this thing blasting off-been expecting a .30-.50 move and I know we will see it-don't know when, but its coming
He is roasting an(1.30) iguana for dinner tomorrow lol!
Hope that does'nt hurt his "gut"--just joking-no war please
Institutional holdings=56,792,351 shares
ICC Capitol Management is the winner with: 21,961,432 shares
Wonder if ICC is worried about the commons? lol!
well,I guess your right about that and I think I need the money a little more than he.When you are worth what Peltz is, its STILL about the money. lol
This is setting up real sweet-- nice to get in on the ground floor cause its only up from here.
