Check out todays news on enmi. It seems that they are trying to scrape the barrel of marginally producing wells by using steam technology to increse production. Stock is trading at .0005.
Mart- Can you tell me how or where you got the latest financials. I can not get it on yahoo or find it on the fmnj new website. TIA.
Thanks for the update. While Steve is a nice guy, I never found him too forthcoming with any real news. Kinda feel he is out of the loop and just parrots what Andy A. tells him to divulge. The fact they are in Bolivia and are still in business is mildy reassuring. Let's hope that the hiring of Adrian will get things rolling. If they build it, they will come.
While petty has garnered a lot of respect in Bolivia, I believe he spends most of his time in Texas in the good old US Of A. He awits Bognine's demise so he can take over McHale's Navy. The key to movement here, as always, has been the need to capitalize the company so it could support mining facilities. The last appointment of Yo Adrian, may be the knockout punch.
that was a month ago. since then they have partnered with a consstuction company
Where did you get this info? The last memo indicated they had funding?
Good find. I forgot that the letter claimed that financing was in place and it sounds like the public ceremony clinches the deal.
My take on this joint venture is that this may represent a real deal since it is a signed JV with the cooperatives and not the usual Memo of inderstanding(MOU) that is not worth the paper it is printed on. The $64 question is , of course, who will fund the building of the processing plant, since we know the labor force, represented by the 200 or so members of Cooperative is available and ready to go to work. One would hope that the Segovia Group, run by our new President, Yo Adrian, has the capital and the manpower to accomplish this. We shall see. I expect a further announcement of a deal with segovia should be annaunced within 30 days or so.
Now that prry has screwed up the antimony China sale, it would be good if petty took the bull by the horns and broke the jv since the survivability of prry is graveley in doubt. Let's cut the losses and move on. Perhaps Adrian's company has the wherewithal to build a processing plant at either the Tiruri or the Escala facility. Come on petty, show some spunk and get rid of your losers.
The translation is very difficult to follow. Does anyone have a clue of what the article is saying other than the mining industry in Bolivia is dominated by foreign international companies. Is that news? While it is nice to be linked to companies doing actual mining, the problem is that so far we have mined Nada. Anyone know what the current price of Nada is?
Google has a market cap of $170.6 billion. For fmnj to reach a similar cap, with 170 billion shares outstanding, fmnj needs to sell at a mere $1 a share.
The website is back up and running. Apparently your lawyer friend has been paid and she can go back to work for bgmo and the wonderful world of solar energy. Here we are still awaiting the promised 2010 annual report to be followed by the first quarter of 2011 which will allegedly show revenues. We are now only $437.0009 dollars away from being higher in price than Google. If you don't believe me, just google it.
Considering that cde is up today as well as gold and silver, it does not appear that this rumor has substance. That being said, evo's threat to nationalize the mines on may 1 2007 made all those who own fmnj, shout may day. As for this event affecting fmnj, if the rumor is true, the answer is that it will ahve no affect since fmnj mines nothing and we hav ean IN with the coops and the government.
Yo Adrian. Good luck in your new post. Please try to use your manufacturing and contracting acumen to build the infrastructure the company needs to mine stuff. I am putting on the theme song from "Rocky" to pump youse guys up.
A little life yesterday in prry which hit 3 cents before backing off. Maybe they are close to resolving the inspar claim or they are doing something at the antimony mine.
How do you propose a company can buy back its shares when it has no capital to commence meaningful mining activities? Likewise your suggestion that the annual or first quarter report will have a earnings surprise is baseless. What the company needs is a financial backer to lend the company enough money to start the escala project by building a processing plant on the site.
More then ten months ago, fmnj announced that planet resources and franklin would be operating the san antonio de turiri mine commencing may 31, 2010. Silverdog made a connection with Bert Davi, the prry vp designated to run the operations in Bolivia, who expressed confidence the venture would be profitable. Thereafter, prry ran into major financial problems and was sued in federal court by inspar technologies,a company they acquired, for breach of contract. The prry stock, after hitting a high if .75 on claims they could clean up the gulf crisis has tanked and is currently around a penny!! The only update from fmnj on the antimony project was a vague announcement that prry owes fmnj money for some stuff they did and that production at the mine is in the hands of prry. At this stage, Petty owes the shareholders an explanation for ceding the venture to prry and what its plans are for recapturing control if prry goes belly up, which now seems likely. Perhaps senor newbie can expand on what he believes is going on with both the project and the prry relationship with fmnj.
Is enmi doing ok? Stock at .0014 bid and last.
If your numbers are correct, it appears that fmnj has approximatley a 30% interest in the company. Of course, while my math is bad, I still know that 30% of nothing is still nothing.
Thanks for the link. I am very bad at math. Maybe you can explain the corporate strategy involved in emni and its relationship to fmnj and its shareholders. Didn't Petty sell all of the fmnj oil and gas interests in Bolivia to enmi? What does fmnj get if the company does well. I see that Petty and Dunn have 30 million shares each.
Interesting volume of 29 million shares of enmi now trading around the .002 level. Wonder who is involved in these trades and if they are frontfunning some info on fmnj.
Then why didn't they say so? Privee, the Rothschild front organization hasn't put up a sou so far and my understanding is that they were consultants who were trying to get other money people such as venture capitalists to invest. Guess you may be right since the mention of Herr Rothschild has never carried any serious weight with any investors here. So far all they have mined is manure and even taht has not been successful.
Typical company release devoid of the most important details. Who indeed is the international financial partner mentioned in the release? Does the company have funding to build the plant? When is the estimated timeframe as to when the one year construction of a 500 ton day plant to begin? How much refined ore does the company estimate will be processed from the 500 tons? Who will the tonnage ore belong to? Is the processor merely given a fee for its processing? If so, it is at a per ton rate? Why did the old companies of Empressa Minera and Battle Mountain walk away from a 8,000 ton per month( approx. 200 tons per day) production from the Coop Minera Aurifera Nueva, La Joya, ltda? Who did the old processing for Empressa and Battle and where was it done? How much money will teh plant cost? Who is the contractor to build the plant? Does it require any special governmental and/or environmental licenses? Is this more BS. Probably the re3al only answer that matters is the last question? My strong suspicion is the answer to the BS question is YES.
The machinations of the Prry-Inspar litigation cloud the future of the prry-fmnj jv. The complete lack of any news from fmnj about this project indicates to me that there is a good chance that fmnj has walked away, at least de facto, from the antimony mine. I suspect that the lack of funds being experienced by prry has caused the project to cease and the gossip that there is a mysterious cargo awiting evaluation in Peru is another example of a company's desperate attempt to prop up its stock price. I would be interested to see if Bert is still at the site. My guess is that he is now incommunicado.
The Minerva agreement to process and sell gold and silver is problematic since the company does not have any money to build the processing plant. If they do get any financing, it would best be used to build a processing plant at the Escala. This announcement seems to be another Petty distraction based on a pipe dream wrapped up in an enigma. With gold and silver at record prices, the fact that no investor has bought Petty's crap and stepped forward to fund the processing suggests that this is all smoke and mirrors.
Shame on you NYBOB. As the resident left wing God Bless religious follower, your mirth at the plight of the Bolivian socialist President and the labor unions is somewhat surprising. The internet revolution with the Face Book and Twitter vanguard changes the social dynamic. The Greeks visualized a true as opposed to a representative democracy. Meanwhile Mubarak is out and we may have a new age of democracy sweeping the world.
segovia group corp has a nice website. check it out. it is a group of vets.
enmi moving up on good volume 7 million shares. looks like they do have a deal in place since no one knows about this company. never trades.
Possble reason for move of enmi and its relationship to fmnj. Fmnj announced a deal to develop the Bolivian oil and gas with ENMI through a company known as McGuffy. a Texas LLP that the does oil servicing. Maybe the move in enmi reflects that the Mcguffy group will actually start to build oil refineries where FMNJ has property rights. Look to see if enmi has a followup in upward movement and share volume. It appears to me that Petty has written off the Prry company as a source to develop Franklin's interest in the antimony project and has gone back to concentrating on the OIl divsion and the Escala mine.
HMMM.EMNI,the petty company that took the oil and gas was up 100% today on volume of 1 million shares. Stay tuned.
Wecome to Fantasy Island!!
Tatoo- Keep the faith. Hope you will be soon be again saying "DE Plane" as fmnj makes a move.
Another announcement of a JV which gives little information. The good news is that this does look like a legitimate construction group headquartered in San Antonio run by a grroup of smart latinos who are US VETS who apparently qualify for help from the US gov't.(Cota, Gonzalez, Badillo, and Longoria).According to their website they were orinally known as R&W General Contracting. Not much else known except they are also have affilitions with a Zcorp and GMA Enterprises. The 64 dollar question is will they be putting up the money to build the Escala infrastructure in excahnge for being equal partners with FMNJ? Stay tuned.
The recent volume with the strange bid of .00 with an ask of .0002 leads me to the conclusion that the company is distributing stock to private investors and vendors mostly at the .0001 level. The lack of a bid is shutting out those who might want to sell their own shares at .0001 thus competing wirth the company's distribution. The offer of .0002 is for those in the publc who want to take a shot at buting at this microcap level. Considring the activity, the hope here is that something is afoot that may make ALL the investors, private and us public slobs, happy in the future.
Since prry has a penchant for delivering a plethora of news, I doubt that the K1 statemnt is true. Common sense dictates that no one would deliver 300 tonnes of ore to a port without a on site assay to indicate the mineralization content. If they did deliver, prry, a company that has revealed that they are desperate for money, would be sure to announce this it as a fait acompli. Also, the stock price of prry remains at multi year lows and nary a buyer has appeared. Finally, even if they did sell some antimony, prry's past history of screwing vendors and partners, would lead one to think that they will screw fmnj too. If this inimitable poster is oiling us up, he should make the act more facile. Perhaps he should change his name from k1 to KY, and I am not referring to the great State of Kentucky.
Better than a stick in the eye. At least the guy is trying to get income sources for the company. Apparently the processing plants are in Peru and my guess is that geographically Peru is near the Bolivian La Jola site so that the raw ore cn be transported in a reasonable and efficient manner. The question is does Petty need the amdned liscense for gold to be approved to consummate the deal?
newbie I believe you are under the impression that when a stock sells at the bid (the buyer hits the bid), that the stock is bsing shorted. The figure you mention probably refers to downticks, that is shares sold on the bid instead of at the asked price. In any event, the trades were real and someone or group apparently accumulated a large amount of shares and someone or group (or the company itself) sold or divested itself of a large amount of shares. Approximately a billion shares have traded over a two day period. The question to ask is who would want to accumulate shares or even accept shares for services of a worthless company. If you own any shares in this stock, you have to hope that the volume is indicative of something good coming down the pike. As to those who feel that there is some illegality going on, logic dictates that at this price a pump and dump scenario mentioned in a recent post is highly unlikely here. It appears to me that Petty has given up any hope on the antimony project and that prry may indeed be a company of smoke and mirrors. He now seems to have returned to the issue of funding for the Escala mine. If it is true that he put up 300 grand of his own money, he must feel that if he can raise a few million, he will be able to mine and process enough ore to finally make this a viable mining company. With the continuing boom in commodity priices, perhaps he will get the financing. Ok I have had my say and now I leave the board to the whiners who feel thqat venting over losses makes them feel better or "protects" those who might want to buy at these bankruptcy level prices.
Interlocking directorates used to be illegal. How can Dunn and Patty act in the best interests of both companies? The whole enmi corparate setup is very suspicious. I am not sure whether of not Dunn is still on the board at fmnj
OMG- Asking .0002 at open!!
There is no way to logically explain the pronouncements that come from management. The investor is left with the task of reading between the lines and guessing what is or is not happening. My guess is that the orinal financing of 30 million never was finalized and fell through. Petty's attempt to have Prry and General work the antimony project has also failed and prry is behind in paying certain invoices billed by fmnj. The only glimmer of hope, suggested in todays news release, is that another bank or investor has agreed to loan the company a sum of money to finally work the Escala. I think that later in February Petty will finally give an update of that project. As a tease, Petty suggests that the commercielization liscense may be expanded to include gold. If fmnj is involved, it is probably a good time to short gold. The safe Harbor claim is ironic for a company that has missed the boat.
