Boy, do I. I was pretty convinced (by my own good self) that much good was being done and that SP had a severe ego problem and or communication phobia, but that otherwise things were going to work out. So I championed his efforts. When I later learned that at the exact same time he was preparing his bailout by signing up with the US Fertilizer Group, llc, I was taught a bitter lesson.
Along the way, I don't know how much of what we were told was fiction and how much was not, but if any of the people who were allegedly coming onboard had any truth, then maybe there is a chance for someone to do something good with what is left of the so-called company. I suspect SP has sold out and that this is why the management page on the still-running Tivus website says "new management". All I can do is to wait for the inevitable reverse split that turns my worthless shares into shares that are one thousandth of worthless.
MY long-range sensors failed spectacularly on this play. I am cold and adrift in the cold blackness of deep space.
.......but still, I am THV.
Spock out.
Gotta stand with Donovan on this one. Everything about this says run and run fast. Lots of shares changing hands, little movement in pps, nice website but little news of any value. Not sayin' they ain't tryin'.. ( a little Earth-speak there), but after that last reverse split.... well, that was my final nail.
This is just not running the way a true business looks when it is running well...or running at all.
Back to scanning deep space for tell-tale signs of those nasty clingons.
THV.... out/
Yes. I have made this realization. I did everything within reason to contact the man. I extended to him all chances to respond with dignity. Only received silence in return. Clearly, he thinks he is better than other people.
Since it appears there is a small chance ha has sold out and that someone else has come in and taken over I have really no choice to see what happens since I cannot presently sell any of my shares.
In my so-called mind, I have already accepted the loss. So anything good that happens from this point onward is my reward for the risk I have taken.
THV
Oh, you wish.
I think the only way you are going to have any luck following his escapades is if you are a private investigator with all the right tools.
Centaurs, that is an interesting post. I certainly agree that people are very tired of being tracked and profiled. You can bet your bottom dollar , though, that it will continue forever. The trackers are just going to invent more discreet ways to get the job done.
As pertains to Tivus, now that is seems at least plausible that SP has sold the company to someone else, [New Management---see website], I can't help but think about how one of the parties involved last year is a former high-ranking military man. The Tivus concept was being explored at that time for possible other applications.
Mind you, this is a fantasy/daydream I have on this subject but I could see SP jumping at any chance to get out from under and Mr. Bickel being in a perfect position to acquire control, if not ownership. Nearly everyone thinks of Tivus as being a completely dead issue and those of still holding unsellable stock seek ways to write it off. If there is still a website, a TA and new management, then it seems any outcome is still within the realm of the possible.... especially if SP is no longer in the picture.
Hey, there was a time when Klingons would not have even dreamed of holding a prisoner.
Spock... still not expecting much here in deep space.
Well, IF you were lucky enough to have actual dialog with the man, that is far better than anyone else around here has been able to do. Now, since you have not really mentioned any of the substance of your conversation here, is it remotely safe to assume that nothing of any real value was disclosed to you?
For me, the most disturbing part is that he seems to think that after all he has put his shareholders through he has any right to request we do not become "haters".
What in the world did he expect? Is he THIS unable to put a shoe on the other foot and to understand how his supporters have been made (by him) to feel? Perhaps so, but if true, then how could anyone do business with him on any level?
Maybe the name should change to "Tease Us". Is there any soul who can explain whey it says "New Management" under the "COMPANY" section of the website?
I had completely disregarded any hope for this stock a long time ago now. I am only holding shares, like most anyone else because I cannot find a hose that will take them.(Can't say I blame them, either.)
As for trading 450 or 750 shares (whichever it was) how can that even mean anything at all? To any investor.
I am returning to suspended animation mode for the time being with an alarm set of this ever begins to mean anything in the future.
Spock Out.
As stock investing goes, I am an amateur by any definition. What strikes me is that I did do a fair bit of DD on my own. Much of what I had learned so far came from more seasoned investors here. It is not too hard to tell who knows what they're talking about from those who don't. Even those who have been around the block a few times really ended up on the short end of the stick here.
So as I look back on this entire experience, I wonder, what should have really influenced my investment decisions here, but didn't.
The biggest thing is the total unwillingness of the CEO to communicate. For quite a time I defended this posture-especially as big names started signed on. But when the August phone-in really did not pan out even close to what had been disclosed, I was slow to respond and slower to learn.
At this point, I"d have to say if all of this is a ploy to convince all that Tivus is now a non-entity, it has worked. There are good reasons for using such a strategy, but now, too many people have been financially damaged by disinformation or no information and being forced to act solely on conclusions which, though logical, were erroneous, or at least, not helpful.
Even if Tivus popped up out of the dust and became a viable penny stock later this afternoon, I would NOT buy into any further ventures which involved Mr. Prakash. He has destroyed his own credibility with me here. He may be a good man to some, but he really seems to feel and act as though he is better than other people and that he , therefore, allowed to treat others badly.
Gotta go, Spock out.
Connecting dots... How about the Bickel/Prakash connection for starters. Here our legendary CEO, having done the bad thing, is now off to dabble in "fertilizer". So what? you may ask. Bickel is neck deep in the stuff "fertilizer" is a code word for: "alternative fuel" or "alternative energy". Soon enough, the Tivus website will be offline... I predict (when the account becomes so past due for service and SP won't settle the account) I do not expect any further PRs. The stock is now worthless and untradeable. ANy DTC-clearinghouse won't touch it.
I am sure Brenner will show up here in some context, probably export-related.
ANy reason we are not liking the new financial disclosure at otcmarket.com? It seems to read like I would want it to read. Cancelling all my sell orders.
Spock out.
Ooohhh...let us not jump to conclusions. Let's see what time reveals about this. We do know SP has complained about previous employees attempting to run off with the Tivus template and strike out on their own, yes, but we can't say this is what has happened in this case. We need more info than we have right now. And we surely know who won't be giving it to us, don't we.
Spock....in deep cryogenic freeze. Carbonite, they call it now.
To those who were critical of my post, particularly the part about KMAG likely to persevere--having stayed alive this long already: I agree with the assessment that my opinion is shortsighted. Having looked at the situation a bit more closely it is clear that this situation could go on quite a bit longer than I imagined if, for no other reason, than folks will pull out every trick they can to avoid prosecution and jail-time.
Please, no one infer from this that I feel that this will be the case here. All I am saying is that ppast history reveals these scenaria can take many months to come to full resolution. I do not wish to give anyone false hope, nor do I wish to give any momentum to rumors that illegal activity has taken place.
I simply thank those who pointed out to me that I should do a bit more DD on this matter so as to better serve all of us as we try to make our investment decisions.
All I wish to add now is that it is clear for anyone to see that JR takes communicating with his shareholders seriously. He has a long history of being communicative. FOr him to be completely silent at this point can only mean that something is compelling him to remain quiet and that is likely legal counsel. So, on that note I will extend him some benefit of the doubt for the time being and say that my expectation is that if there is any possible way for KMAG to emerge from this, he will see to it that this is what happens.
Vulcans can be pretty "incontinent of opinion" early in the day. So, I apologize. Forgive me.
Spock.... standing by.
Hello... back at ya! Glad to be of service. The Federation has to get its money's worth outta me somehow. Fighting Klingons used to be a challenge... but not so much any more. Finding redeeming qualities in the Ferengi... well, that is a different matter altogether.
SPock.. out.
Update on the 15 original suspended companies. As promised, I have checked on the status of all of the 15 compnies suspended the same day as KMAG back in September. All fifteen companies appear to be functioning, all 15 remain on the grey market. 13 of the 15 have had their PPS slammed to the ground where nearly nothing happens. The other 2 are not doing much better, but you'd want to be in those companies now rather than the other 13.
So, there it is. My own conclusion at this point is that if a given company has not folded in the aftermath of this, then it appears like they are in the fight for the long haul and they will make sincere efforts to keep their respective companies viable on any level they can. That is a testament to the perseverance of the folks driving these companies. Surely they were not hit with some frivolous charges, but on the flipside, they clearly feel they have reason to continue.
It is discouraging to see that NONE of them have gotten out from under the SEC action. I had hoped a couple might have by now, so that underscores the seriousness of the situation. But if each of these companies dropped the ball deliberately in some way and got caught, the the SEC is protecting the marketplace as it should.
As for KMAG, JR has been at the game for a long time. He has been doing KMAG quite awhile , as well. My bet is that KMAG emerges from this in some fashion. When it happens, the patient ones will have really earned their rewards. I hope he does not change his mind and close up shop, but I doubt that will happen ... at least at this point.
Spock.... back to the engine room to play differential equation games with Mr. Scott. (I will win....as always.) GLTA
Let's have a bit of fum. I mean, WHy NOt?
Let's imagine, shall we, that Mr. Truckenmiller, Mr. Brennan, Mr. Bickel, et al have been working with SP in one capacity or another this whole time (since each one came on board, respectively).
We know these are men with experience, connections and means. They come into a situation which looks very dismal, to say the least, but which seems to have enough potential for them to associate themselves with the project publicly.
It does not appear as though anyone has told SP to close up shop and go home. Little else is known about the company beyond what all of us already know. COuld that be useful somehow? If a turnaround has been designed and is in some state of function, we may not know anything about it until a real-world PR appears.
No one in the industry seems to be making any noises about Tivus being any kind of threat at this point, not as far as anything I can find on the net, so the Tivus team could actually get quite a bit done without anyone ( any competitor) bothering to take notice...until it is too late.
SP's infuriating tendency to not inform the investors may be being used to the overall advantage of the company. This is about the only fantasy I can muster to keep me holding out some hope here. The iron curtain is sealed shut even with other people helping to steer the ship. Waiting is all there is to do.
This would be a great time to reveal Q3, good or bad, if SP was remotely serious about staying on track to uplist someday.
Have a great Thanksgiving everyone. My replicator can only manage something that tastes more like Tofurkey, so I am going to hang out with Bones and Jim. They say they really want to try (again) to get me drunk. They will succeed but have no memory of their victory, as usual.
Spock ......so out there.
Tivus site has been very slow all morning. I am not sure where their server is housed and if this could, in any way, be a "Sandy-related" issue.
Perhaps this is a tremor. We know things must be going on behind these iron doors of Tivus.
Even my deep-penetration sensors bounce back like a SuperBall off a brick wall.
Spock...standing by.
Thank you for all of your support.
Spock....considering new window treatments.
@Bearspread: Wow! Who suggested all is well for every one of them?
I will ask you, if it'd be alright with you, of course, to go ahead and complete your review of the other 14 companies to which you referred and then post your results on this forum.
I would also be interested to hear about any other anecdotal information you may come across along they way that could be relevant to the situation here. That could be a good read.
Thanks in advance. And thanks to all for the kind words of appreciation.

None of the other 15 companies appear to out of the woods yet, but many of them clearly intend to be shortly, or at the very least are working very hard to put things back in order so they can return to pink status.
The process of satisfying the requirements of ths 2-11 form clearly takes some time and effort. Based on what I learned by preparing this list, some of the companies enjoy amazing support from their investors...because.. the company keeps them apprised of their ongoing efforts to fix the problem. Further, for many of them, no one appears to running around yelling things like "SCAM" or "FRAUD" or "Let's DRAW and QUARTER the CEO". The suspension can be triggered by an "inadequacy" on a form. (IN my opinion this is an awful lot of headache for a rather trivial infraction, but I do not have the supportive facts behind each case, either. It seems to one of those regulations designed to cause a lot of aggravation, disproportionately so.)
As for KMAG, is it so hard to imagine that counsel advises silence until something substantive has happened? I don't think so, but on the other hand as I mentioned above, other companies are letting shareholders know resolution is being sought. We could use a dash of that here right now.
Too much Sorian brandy this morning...sorry. Spock, standing (barely) by.
There is no current DTC chill regarding Tivus. I believe it is a reference to the skull & crossbones environment we were in earlier this year relating to slow financial filings. We are out of that now.
Spock......out.
My pleasure. Hopefully investors in the other securities may stumble upon this list, too .
I am not sure what to conclude, if anything, as a result od seeing this information. This much is clear though. Of these companies, only one of them seems to be doing OK bt there is no current information on the status of their particular 2-11 form.
It IS clear that the remainder of the companies are ALL coping with this situation and it is not yet resolved for any of them. For what it is worth, I thought several companies did a great job keeping their investors apprised, better than KMAG I would say.
Another observation is that the majority of the companies on the list would not appear to be winding down to close up shop. On the contrary, they seem to be doing the best they can, keeping a stiff upper lip, and moving forward.
It would be worthwhile to revisit these companies in a couple of weeks to see if any of them are emerging from the grey market.
SPock...standing by.
@Liljeff I thought your question was an interesting one. What are the latest PRs of the other fifteen companies who had trading suspended on 9/17/12. As I stated earlier, all fifteen are on the grey market, presumably looking for a market maker with whom they can complete and submit this form 15c2-11. As a result of looking into this I see it can take several weeks to find an MM and then to prepare the forms for SEC. (IT appears that many of the companies in this group were all suspended for about the same reason and the SEC found nothing further to investigate, none the less, the suspension evokes the necessity for this form to be completed and accepted before normal trading can resume.)
Here is what I found out about the most recent PRs submitted by the other 15 companies:
AERN Energy Resources Latest PR date: 9/25/12 re:Mgm't change, end of DTC "chill".

Well, KS, since that is not what happened, perhaps I am free to assume the opposite? Yes.
Who am I?
I am....
I am Spock.
Spock..... being.
@Liljeff..I am investigating your question about trading on the 16 or so companies who were suspended on 9-17 with suspensions being terminated as of 9-28.
First I wanted to find out were any of them trading at all. All 16, KMAG included are trading on the grey market. Further, I notice from the SEC's own page dedicated to making public trading suspensions that KMAG is not listed. I am not sure what that means , if anything.
Now I will go checking on the PR question you posed specifically. I will report my findings here after I have looked into all 15 other comapnies.
Spock......Curious Spocks want to know. Scotty hates how tenacious i can be. He even surrounded my shipboard intranet with a virtual intranet he created with some of his underlings. I had no idea for about 2 weeks. Everything looked normal until I was revamping my CV for Starfleet and my file image showed me smiling. I instantly knew something was amiss.

I got some $0.0030s filled earlier this morning. Seems Etrade is the way to go with stocks in this sort of situation. Only once have I ever had then void a purchase and they did so with good reason. I was grateful.
Spock... on deck.
KS:Per your request I am telling you that you are crazy for thinking this was a scam from day 1.
Courtesy of your friendly local Spock....
I personally find it hard to find the perfect words which describe precisely how much I enjoy reading posts like the one immediately preceding this one...day after day after day. Such edication and committment.... how is it possible this stock is not soaring thanks to such uplifting posts being made constantly?
Spock.... spocking.
@Paul The sage advice that matters here is to run away, quickly and with conviction. It appears as though MDGC's rep now preceeds it by many a mile, and rightly so. The only winning move is not to play the game.
Spock out.
@Bogatstvo: I am not sure how you work here in the forums, I see very few entities such as yourself. would you be in a position to comment on the reason MWWC never dropped their A/S after the R/S?
If this is something on which you are not allowed to post, I understand. Like most here, I got badly burned by the split and my ony hope is to navigate the waters of another pending R/S and/or A/S adjustment should it ever come. I am a patient person, but trying to figure out a smart strategy for this one seems very tricky.
It's funny. Vulcans can usually clean the clocks of anyone else at the table during poker, but when it comes to the stock market, it is seriously more fun to play with Borg children.
Spock out.
Hi, everyone. That MDGC still functions as something offering a public stock is just spectacularly odd to me. As we all know, the SEC came out and spanked a number of companies for various improprieties, yet here sits MDGC...still trading while offering nothing at all as it has been for many months.
Its stock is worth more than the stock of other companies who have everything they need to be a company, including revenue. This is so beyond logic. To me it suggests the possibility that something maybe more insidious might be going on.
I appreciate the hard work done by several on this board to help new investors properly evaluate this security before getting too excited about it. I do not appreciate how it appears someone else is dropping the ball by allowing this entity to exist at all in any form.
Has MDGC earned so much a one dollar so far this year from any activity?
What a strange, strange place pinkyland is.
Spock..out
Here's a question for someone who has loads of experience in the pennies.
I first got into the market at the beginning of the year. The companies on which I was dropping cash was random in terms of industry sector. What I have noticed now well over half a year later is that a good handful of them...as well as a few I had been interested in but did not spend cash on Share a curious feature:
They all had a phenomenal peak around the end of the first quarter.
Now I can look back at the state of the country at that time as well as the next guy, but i am not seeing the one single factor that would cause a bunch of unrelated companies to spike at basically the same time-followed by months of severe loss of value.
Anyone care to comment?
As for MWWC, this one is still something of a mystery to me. It seems they should be performing better than they are.
Spock...standing by.
Haven't we all seen companies with worse situations perform much better? I know I have. I keep adding kmag in little bits and my avg. pps is very comfortable right now. Even a modest run, which is quite likely in the short-term, will be positive.
Losing my point here, sorry. My play is to sit tight, add slowly and let the market do what it does....fluctuate. I'll be ready when it does. My bet is kmag emerges from this in good shape.
SPock.... gathering my quatloos for the next adventure in pinkyland.
SPock....to holodeck.
Humble request to negative posters.
I know you have the God-given right to express your opinions. I do not deny you that. You may even be right about some of your allegations. But since most of the negative posts are rehashes of earlier posts and since the posts never offer any supportive facts would you mind terribly not posting more rehash?
I totally understand the need to vent frustration, but the time and energy that has been spent here must surely have better uses, yes?
I don't understand why the value of this board as relates the PPS is discounted so much. It is as if the good people who posts here do not imagine many would-be investors would ever stop in here to see what other investors might be saying. We all know better. We know this is, in fact, very valuable to look at as part of any DD effort, so why give others a horrible, even disproportionately bad picture of reality here? It can't be helpful to share value to be so negative so often.
As an example, one beef commonly aired here: There is no contract!..We see no evidence of a contract so there must not be one. It gets said here almost daily. In the same breath, the cry goes out: This is a scam!!! But there is no evidence of a scam either.
No contract because we see no evidence of one. But it is a scam even though there is no evidence of a scam. The contradiction is a stunner.
OK...Said my peace. Off to the holodeck to run LNET/Tivus merger simulations.
Spock out.
I was, of course, being facetious and deserved to have that post removed. I was feeling a bit frustrated so I had at it.
Spock out...and feelin'..................better.
I do have fun imagining Tivus technology getting militarized, I have to admit. If a person's (terrorist's) travel habits and preferences moved with him from site to site I can only imagine Officer Bickel sitting down with the NSA/Intelligence crew and crafting a nifty little data-mining algorithm that dovetails with Echelon's other software to hunt them down.
The, as they drive down the quiet country backroads in their rent-a-car, in comes a drone which has been circling overhead for the past week waiting for the right moment to do what drones do best.
Too much time with my head in Tom Clancy books? Maybe.
Spock....to the bridge, seeking birds of prey.
Look, if I may impart a thought...if Tivus went belly up later this afternoon, it would not even amount to a blip on the radar of the CVs of any of these men. They know that much going in. And as far as the idea that maybe one or more of them might put in some of their own bucks into Tivus, sure they could do it..easily. Perhaps they have or will...BUT... any success at this point would have the greatest measure of value and integrity if it happened because of their collective skills, talents...and the value of the concept.
When one has had a great success or two and making money is no longer the driving factor, the motivation becomes meeting the challenge and winning the game. Far more fun and fulfillment in that. Sure, they can take the loss if it comes to it but it would be a bitter pill to swallow. If they have the right strategy, the pop of the champagne cork is that much sweeter when they have won the game.
As for the guilty till proven innocent thing.... Come on. For the love of God, give it a rest, won't you? Please?(Vulcans hate to beg, but they'll do it when nothing else seems to work.) Your message has been received, don't ya know?
Chekov makes the same freakin' mistake in 3D chess all the time. Seems he has some sort of block. There is a series of moves I use on him in every game we play. He never sees it coming and he STILL has not even figured out what I am doing, but if I showed it to him he'd be so shocked he'd lose his accent. (The best move in the series happens OFF the board.)
Spock....learning how to taxidermy...with tribbles.
Personally, I see no point right now in averaging down after the company has done it so nicely for me already. What I don't getis what the harm or difficulty would be in reducing the A/S t,say, 17M.
If the company is going to wipe out all of its investors the way it did, then what is the bad part about reducing the A/S?
Or..does the company just hate its supportive people in general?
