All retail so far, BMAK on bid first thing and sitting at .003 on the ask. Thinking it might bounce today
Weird the Michigan FBI office would have an Ohio area code
Large T-Trade went through, hopefully settling, resetting for the next run
People can and do all the time, try suretrader
Screen print? As the wording in not encouraging or something one would expect from company management
less that 1/3 volume of yesterday and pull back 30% after 65% rise, not too bad at all, just a normal FIB retrace
Cheds the question now is it merely a scalp before they dump again or the start of a trend reversal. Recent history says scalp but next hour or so should give indication to a point
I agree with that, human nature. the more time you have to second guess yourself.
however, that second guessing and wavering is what the MM's will use as a tool to get their shares at lower priecs
I'm fairly certain they are working on the 10k and focused on getting filings current and preparing for FINRA name change approval
The question still will be, when does VFIN and BMAK come back. Same routine, massive dumpage, the they let up for a hot second, let the price recover and dump again
Remember 60M in volume in last 10 minutes yesterday
No buying pressure causing BKRT to lower the ask, lack of bid support could cause it to crash some more
With such a low float and the amount of volume in past 5-7 days (45M - 53M) the MM's most likely need to regroup some shares as they may be currently short.
On these low float plays that have volume out of no where can make the MM's a little angry forcing them to drop the price at all costs so they can cover the shares sold the prior week
Are converts what brought it down? I say bounce as it is very oversold and should bounce back to more normal values
Whats the opinions on the bounce, .01 potential?
Its does mean something, its means they are willing to put their reputation on the line as if they do screw shareholders now they will never regain the trust of investors in the future.
The RM's i have seen that have fallen apart had very little communication with investors and the communication that they had was fluff news.
Wowza talk about volume, lots of settling going on right now 50M just went through
Cross trade of 25M jsut went through
No good, see ya guys later, i'll take a small loss but that 14c will kill any momo that this would have
The questions to ask is, what is the nature of the dilution? Is it the company selling shares directly? Or is it converts from prior notes that are cashing in?
Makes a massive difference on how far it will move once it stops
LAMP is institutional MM or very very large retail but is not used by retail traders using typical brokerages
Guessing it trades between 5-7 until news or people stop bid sitting.
The hope is that dilution is done forcing those to up there bids causing ask slapping to .001-.0012
Looking good for a bounce, hopefully cleared out dilution and sellers in prep for news next week
But if what you say is going to happen they will be dumping there shares for what, practically nothing
1B shares at .0001 is $100k to split between the 2 of them for the work that they have done is less than what i made on the run last spring.
there is much more to the story than that or they would have made the SS in a way that they would have been selling like crazy on the run up, but there is zero proof that either have sold a single share
Why is it baseless, what do most companies do when they max out the A/S with dilution. It is a concern
The questions is will they R/S once they max out A/S
Never is, but you will not see sustainable increase with dilution of that size.
Still 2B to go is A/S
VFIN on the ask
Who is the dilution being routed through in you mind as i do not see any evidence of dilution on L2 today
The 8k was filed on time and was very professional, the fact that Susan Sjo is Corporate Secretary gives me confidence that they are doing everything by the book.
It makes more sense to file 8k, 10k before releasing news as it gets the company current on their filings and will allow them to achieve current reporting status.
One must remember that they are still getting through the prior SWRF info and making a base for the new company. If they are truly in for the long haul then it is important to get all of the legalities and filings finished before unveiling the new company.
I have said before, but every RM i have seen that has done right by shareholders has followed this path. PR the merger, PR the finalization, go quiet why you complete necessary filings and audit. Then file for name change. then unleash the beast.
They are being smart and have done everything that a legitimate, big board company would be doing. I always find the OTC funny, people scream scam when companies put out fluff PR's and then complain when companies are silently going about their business. Can't have it both ways.
At least going this route the company can put many questions to rest, allowing the news that will come to have its fullest effect
It hasn't been that long for a company who just completed a merger a couple months ago
Agreed and don't think Stebins would say shipments being made in Q1 & Q2 and expect to see revenue start rolling in, he has a lot of credibility to loose if he is just pumping a scam penny stock
I've been skeptical of their revenue claims, But having Stebins say they will have revenue in Q1 & Q2 gives me much more confidence as he has a great reputation and success in the industry.
Might want to relook, strong bid support and massive buying at the ask
CDEL with 2M showing at .003
What qualifies it as a scam in your opinion. As a company that has tangible products for sale, employees, audited financials showing increasing revenues does not sound like a scam.
Success or failure does not equate to a scam or not, it is possible this is a legitimate business that is going through growing pains, but scam i do not think so.
Thats not wolf, thats a fake account
I would like to see a gradual increase with no dilution, have it slide up to a penny prior to 10k and other news release, which can then propel to .05ish in April time frame
The problem is they also stated that they shipped a partial order in prior years but no revenue was ever recognized, how can that be? How do you sell product but have no revenue to show for it?
Will be interesting to see how things play out but until we see audited financials showing they have made money its all speculation/Smoke & Mirrors
No mention of the Hemp deal in the subsequent events sections which is strange
Actually, it did have an impact and went hand in hand with the P&G and Hemp rumors. Impact might not have been massive but was enough to pump price to .0006 which i am sure was used as a cash out point by those who were putting out the rumors and clock.
.0004 to .0006 is nice 50% pop which was followed by sell off to .0003 after the shareholder letter was released. Typical in OTC, pump news and sell right before released.
The next play $DID$ was similar, expect the news made it run quite a bit, but same cycle non the less. Pump pending news, once news comes pump the hell out of the company and scream "pennies" "copper" "silver" sell for the quick 100%-300% before reality/dilution sets in and you send a tweet out that you have sold your position and the company is no longer worth the time.
A buyback will not and should not occur anytime soon. the vast majority of OTC stocks are share selling scams or at best great ideas that get funding via shareholders that never come to fruition.
Then there are a handful of companies that do have products, employees, some form of revenues but often implode under their own share structure and need to reverse split numerous times just to keep up with financing needs hurting all shareholders in the process before closing up shop or the few that do succeed only benefit shareholders that get there after the final SS is set.
Now, there are the "few" rare Gems from time to time that are able to maintain a decent share structure and grow fast enough to rid the need for toxic financing. So if a company can keep O/S say 3B and this goes for any OTC.
Once the company becomes cash flow positive, they can obtain traditional financing and no longer need to dilute. Then the PPS will stabilize to more normal valuations with 3x-4x revenue multiple to market cap pretty normal
so with $10M in sales you'd get
10$ 5x multiple = $50M Mkt cap w/ 3B O/S = .017/PPS
So with projected revenues of 10M and reasonable valuation you could expect a baseline valuation of .017 PPS without any other items that would increase the multiple such as large expected revenue growth.
Once the company flips the balance sheet they will be in a position to increase revenues without additional financing and can then choose to buyback shares while they are still in the pennies and they have some extra cash to use.
This starts to become a balancing act between the cost of financing vs. the companies current PPS. As the higher the PPS the better financing terms they will be able to negotiate.
It is a rare situation but it does happen from time to time, and having solid management you can trust to build an actual business and the ones with a tangible product are the ones that can and have succeeded, Can MINE pull it off? Who knows, there is a lot in there way and history would point to no.
But, this is worth a play at this point if they can keep the debt low and share structure in check it could be a smaller version of Monster 5 years from now
Yup him and rumuda are front loaders who pump a stock by claiming interviews and playing the news game.
Rumuda/Dok was behind that news clock, point being so they could sell on the run up before news was released.
See DiDG, VPOR and a fer of there other picks where they did the exact same thing
