I think you're on the wrong board, that's a different ticker with a Tilray lawsuit.
There's nothing funny about no Bid or Ask one morning. Then two weeks later it goes to the Grey sheets. Oh joy.
It's SEC delinquent, you better be worried. It can get halted at any moment with no warning whatsoever.
Then you should know all about who actually bought the shell, right? So what was with all the false Freytag talk? And why has the new owner done absolutely nothing since the reinstatement four and a half months ago?
What was amazing was the dogged perseverance in holding to that false DD in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Whether due to sheer incompetence and ignorance or intentional misleading to offload shares, well, the jury is still out.
I never said I hated it. In fact, I'm probably going to love it if/when we finally get a merger. We just don't know when that's going to be.
How's that Freytag false DD pump working out? What's that, down 14% on the day as of now? Awww, such a shame.
Once we get merger news, sure. Only problem is at the moment it's an SEC delinquent dark shell at risk of halt any day.
Congratulations on being a guy from Stanford, but sorry, I can't help you with your typo problem.
Was "believes" a typographical or grammatical error? Just curious.
Also, any opinion on the ADNY SEC delinquency hanging overhead while we're at it?
Since the Montana reinstatement was four and a half months ago and not a single thing has transpired with the shell since, I would be "fearful" that my investment at this point is dead money until something happens.
I'm absolutely watching for an event to occur, like a hawk, but until then this is just an empty shell waiting for management to do something and there is no calendar or schedule that has been published to state when something may happen, if ever.
Plus, it's SEC delinquent. It can get axed at any moment with no warning at all. Oops, there goes that investment. Am I wrong?
Just contact him and get the answer directly from him, jeez. The same answer others of us have independently gotten. He's not going into ADNY. He'll straight tell you that.
Play with addresses all you flippin' want, Freytag has nothing to do with ADNY except previously living in the same building as the Montana address. Even though a different apartment number.
We were talking about the frontload. The change of topic no longer held my interest. Sorry.
Actually, I count over 2.4 million shares bought up from the 1:58 through 2:01 candles right before the pumping started. Maybe you should look again.
There was a quick frontload and then pumping. It's right there in the timestamps. End of story.
I DD what and when I want, thanks.
Once other people get in after seeing it come up on their scanners, sure those other people are going to start pumping.
And who knows, maybe it was more than one person that was doing the frontloading. People do communicate in private, yaknow?
Who, Freytag? Why the heck would they drop a PR? They have nothing to do with this other than having at one point been in the same building as the address reported at Montana.
I never claimed there was a paid promo for a pump. It is simply a case of someone frontloading for three minutes and then suddenly pump posts start appearing. Look at the one minute chart volume bars and compare them to what time the pump posts started appearing here. Simple.
The pump posts were here in ihub. Go check them out. Very "pumpy".
Yes, they moved out three years ago. And were never in apartment 17 to begin with.
But Freytag is no longer at the address Montana has. Oops, awkward.
You got any time-stamped screenshots to help with your claim?
Good luck with the Freytag delusion. Hopefully observers are taking notes about the disinformation they are being fed.
Freytag has a current address. Guess what? It ain't the address at MT SOS.
Fortunately everyone has the power themselves to confirm with Freytag that they have nothing to do with ADNY, no matter how much insistence there is on this board.
Go back to Friday, 6/26 at 2:01:54 on this board.
I'm not saying it was frontloaded for months. Quite the opposite, it was frontloaded for about three minutes and then immediately the pump postings started. Look at the volume bars on a one minute chart and compare their timing to the time stamp of when pump posts started.
I only saw pump posts from 1 source for 13 minutes before there was additional input, on this board at least.
Look at a one minute chart and all the volume for the several minutes right before the pump posts started.
It was being pumped on Friday. After a frontload.
Oh, I agree, for sure. But the only officially verifiable DD we have is that someone reinstated it in Montana four and a half months ago. Nothing more, nothing less. Will we get a merger tomorrow? Maybe. Next week? Maybe. Then again, maybe one doesn't come for years. After all, it's been four and a half months - obviously they are in no rush.
Then on Friday someone quietly frontloaded for 3 minutes and then there were the shouts from the rooftops about how cheap it was and that it was moving fast. Not even a mention of DD or the reinstatement - heck they may not have even known there was one, that may have been just a lucky bonus. It is quite conceivable they just targeted a low-priced dark ticker that they could get in a quick frontload and then social pump for immediate profits. It happens all the time.
Believe me or don't about my personal DD, but I did in fact get a reply from Freytag and they are not the merger. So seeing all this Freytag pumping gets to me, as I know for a fact it's all lies. Lies to separate the noobs and the gullible from their cash. It ain't easy, but one can make money in the OTC without resorting to those shenanigans so I have no respect whatsoever for baseless pumps and fraudulent DD. If I feel like calling the crap out, I'll call it out, unapologetically.
And here Google has them in #1. Try it yourself, Google "925 Cresta Way #1 San Rafael, CA". Try it with other apartment numbers numbers as well, go nuts. They all list Casillas and Freytag, so obviously they are being associated with the general building address and not the individual apartments. Freytag even told me that #17 was not their apartment when they left the building 3 years ago.
The same Google that says Freytag is in apartment number 1? The same Google that says Freytag is in apartment number 2? The same Google that says Freytag is in apartment number 3?
Well, sir, those three apartments are NOT the #17 listed at the Montana SOS. Please explain how that could be?
No, I claim that an uninvolved third party responded to me because they have no part whatsoever in any ADNY happenings. They're not part of any deal, so they have no responsibility to go through legal or filings or anything.
That would be like asking a random bum on the street if he is the ADNY merger and claiming that he has to go through his legal department before he can answer that no, he is not. Ridiculous.
If he's uninvolved he can say so all he wants.
No, someone who IS making a deal would not be able to comment.
Someone totally uninvolved certainly has no such restriction - they can comment all they want about not being involved in whatever they are not being involved in.
Actually, they always answer that they can't comment, or something to that effect. An actual denial is an entirely different animal.
Good luck with the false Freytag DD.
Where have I been wrong?
The building was an address for Freytag before they moved out 3 years ago, but #17 was not their unit number at that time. You'll notice that Google lists Casillas and Freytag for EVERY apartment there, do you really think that is the case? Obviously Google just has them at that general address and is not paying attention to the unit number.
Yes, but Freytag was never in #17, the unit number from the Montana website. So anyone telling you it's them is lying through their teeth.
Everyone, do your own Google DD and be prepared to whip out a red pen and write down for future reference where false info is being fed to you from.
Freytag replied to my inquiry - it's not them.
In fact, just Google that address yourself with different apartment numbers and guess what you get? They're ALL Casillas and Freytag, if you can believe Google. I guess one has now "heard of a Google error that big".
I found a Jeremy Amsden in Pennsylvania at a company called 802 North 16th Street, L.P. https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_pa/3690823 Their address is only 15 miles from the address given in Wyoming. The only thing I've found for them so far is a court case where they got sued for $5500. They had a fire suppression system installed and stiffed the contractor. It's at the Philadelphia Municipal Court, First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, case number SC-11-09-01-3056.
.
Plus, KVI's President is named John Kalalian. It's right there for anyone to find at the Pennsylvania Secretary of State.
