I meant to say that we are far along in the process of being finished becoming fully reporting and proceeding with uplisting. We have been working on all these matters for some time now and are very happy with our process and timing of almost being finished. We have engaged some great attorney and auditors who are working with our managment and legal team. We are very excited about the future of our company and investments

Read the older news and the uplisting comes from a restructuring and fulll compliance efforts we are very far in completing here
