That's a very good point. Hmmmmm...
Consider the Corbel fiasco....Anthony had to make a killing on sending back and forth worthless share certificates......at least until they disappeared entirely.
What's strange about it? Why should they sell a tiny amount to you at the bid?
Fact is I want to buy at 0.0001 for over a month now. No dice.
I know several others who have buy orders at that range. No dice either. Strange.
And believe me: when you CAN buy at 0.0001, you won't be able to sell. Be careful what you wish for.
If it stopped, then how do you--as a believer in the short theory--account for the enormous quantity of stock that's entered the market recently?
Did I ever say the shorting still continues?
I still want to know why Anthony Valinotti "purportedly" claimed to be of no relation to Gary Valinotti?
I've wondered about that myself. Does anyone know whether they ARE related?
BTW, another theory of mine that this was all just a big money making scheme for Anthony.
Who could blame the poor guy if he profited? All those phone calls... I wonder how many a day.
Why gag the transger agent to release this information?
Why indeed? That's the biggest red flag of all. How can even the True Longs NOT see it?
So, what do people in Milan eat for lunch?
Well, it depends. Once upon a time they went home and ate a full meal. But now most go out to a "bar"--kind of like a coffee shop--and have a salad or a sandwich.
Another $25. GREAT!!
We know who some of them are:

I got this as well, my attorneys are into this project and have some
experience regarding what we need to do and what they can do. Not
surprisingly, my attorneys received a letter from "Benny Binion" yesterday,
"warning" them about doing business with DTMG.
We'll unravel the problem Tony, you absolutely need to stop comunicating
with the outside world and your compadres need to stop posting on your
behalf and debating on Raging Bull (fast_sally and modulationtechie, amongst
others).
This is serious business Tony, I'm not going to get into the how's and why's
this is happening, but you've helped create a scenario that this week alone
has deflated DTMG shareholder value over 30%.
You can't continue to comunicate your "opinions". I'm not sitting on the
sidelines watching your mouth crater CAS and DTMG. There's more coming on
this, in the meantime, stop talking.

Well, however it's done, it's being done a LOT these days. A rather dreary and uninteresting way of scamming. Just get yourself a shell, authorize 25 billion, and start selling.
Here's one idea, purely hypothesis, of course: When this happens, the company normally uses one or two MMs to do the selling. In Blaggy's case, it's usually CLYP. CLYP does a great deal of selling for insiders.
Now it might not be a huge stretch of the imagination to suppose that an MM might be, ah, sharing in the profits from the sales.
Consider MY case. Since 1996 I've posted well over 100,000 messages on SI, RB, and IHub. Some have claimed that Top Bashers make $25 per post.
Damn, if only it were true, I'd have my own yacht. Like All*n, snicker.
I wish I could find someone to pay me for all my blathering here. I'd be rich!!
Rings vague "Dick Tracy" bells. Not to mention Nick and Nora of the Thin Man. It could be his real name, but probably isn't.
That's a good question. And I'm not sure how it works. But it very definitely can be done.
Look at INOVE. After the reverse split, Blaggy was left with only a few million shares. Since then--10 March--he's managed to crank the o/s up into the billions. We're not sure how many billions because he's gagged the TA, but an angry and incautious promoter slipped up and told an "investor" that we were indeed talking multiple billions.
So though I don't know how it's done--surely retail sales don't account for that much buying, even from the most crazed of the True Longs--I know that it CAN be done.
lol, all of Occam's posts are worth reading. He's VERY funny.
I think many True Longs have long since forgotten what the object of shorting is. And most of them have never understood how it really works, anyway.
This is interesting:
DataMeg President emails Our-Street.com
Boston, MA, Jun 02, 2003 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Our-Street.com, an Internet-based, public company watchdog, revealed today that it has received an email from Andrew Benson, President of DataMeg, Inc (OTC BB:DTMG) implicating himself and Anthony Hobbs-Boiardi, President of CAS Communications, a DataMeg subsidiary, in an apparent plot to use numerous individuals who, according to Benson, posted messages on DataMeg`s Raging Bull Message Board on behalf of Boiardi. Further investigation revealed that these posters failed to disclose their involvement with Boiardi or the company in their posts. The letter can be read at the Our-Street.com website at www.our-street.com/bensonletter.htm
On May 28, 2003 Our-Street.com filed a complaint with the Enforcement Division of the SEC, and with the Massachusetts Attorney General`s office and published the complaint on their website alleging that the company distributed shares in violation of registration requirements and filed false or misleading statements in promotional material. The entire complaint can be read at www.our-street.com/featured.htm

I think he was talking about Occam's Razor the principle, not Occam's Razor the RB poster.
lol, he probably doesn't want to reply to a specific poster for fear that that poster might be a "paid basher" who'll get more money if his message is answered.
Sheesh.
guru....First off, you really should get the hang of directing your posts to someone. Otherwise, soxy (who is very lonely), assumes you are talking to him.

Now, lets talk about all the buying going on lately. It has to be one of two things. Either, there was a big short and now the company is helping "shorty" to cover by creating more shares and selling them directly (btw, my theory of what would one day happen, about three years ago), OR, the company and their buddies were the short and the company is creating more shares in order for them to get back in compliance with the SEC.
There's a third possibility, and it's the one I consider most likely: the company and/or its officers simply needed money, and so started issuing shares. They've naturally had to sell them very cheap, but why should that bother them? They can always issue more. Whatever it takes.
Yes. Three days after the suit was filed...
When did they publically revamp A/S? 2/10?
Ahhhhh, so that's why Mr Lobster's been doing so much traveling.
If Vince is spending time and effort traveling around the
country on Matrix's behalf...any benefit will go directly
to Vince and his trust..IMO...and not to the shareholders.
lol...
..he told me he just did not renew the contract with Corbel when it came up about 3 weeks ago. He is still in business and has other stocks.
I'll bet poor Anthony was sick and tired of answering the phone and finding a PCBM True Long on the other end.
Heeeyyyyy, Turino does very well for the CEO of a business that has no business.
And yes, those attorneys' fees mount up. Bigtime.
Damn. It just never stops, does it?
Oh dear!! Does that mean Mr Lobster LIED???
Thought Mr Lobster said he never lost a lawsuit.
My God, what an idiot.

Yes and JGMHA's board is not accessible either...
To coincidental for me, let's hope that this is on purpose while they begin the cover ...
The problems started last night. First they said they were going offline for "regular maintenance" and would be back "in a few moments". Then they changed the message to say they'd be back at 11, and then midnight. Then 5 a.m.
It would be difficult to find a more incompetent group of programmers.

stan.....I called 702-486-2440 and told them I wanted to find out what the authorized shares were for Pinnacle Business Management. She forwarded me to another lady who told me there was 25 billion authorized, the increase was on 2-10-03 at a cost of $150
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PCBM&read=966586
Now we know when they did it. Did anything happen around that time?
Good question:
FWIW, it makes no sense to me that there are 75 billion shares authorized, as Liz and scandle suggest. If this were the case, why didn't the company file with Nevada to print that many instead of the 25 billion they supposedly applied for? Why would they do it twice?
Does anyone know on what date the authorized was raised to 25 billion?
If it was done some time ago, then I suppose it's possible that they're considering doing it again. Hence Vince's allusion to 35 billion. If they'd already raised it a second time, that information ought to be on file in Vegas. They may have thought 25 billion was enough, and now find themselves running up against the limit.
In this case, "foreign" just means another state.
Hilarious, Paulie!!
That's for sure. Highly interesting, eh?
... someone is trying very hard to light the fuse on one hellaofan explosion over on the rb ECNI board.
Yes. Apparently her husband works for the National Enquirer. It kinda figures...
dont you guys remember her telling us that her husband worked in the building that was hit with anthrax and it almost killed him.
She lives in Boca Raton and was born in 1951. October, I think.
And how old is Wendy again?
lol, that post is indeed a keeper. Treffry's losing it bigtime.
If SBG were any stupider she'd have to be institutionalized.
But I do think it's absolutely hilarious that SlurpAll*n is being blamed for GMXX's very poor performance today.
Sometimes the Gods are just.
lol...
I don't buy it.
Anyone that knows me will attest to this
Emotions don't sway their decisions.
Ha! Emotions are ME!
I don't buy it either. I'm a 2. Peacemaker? I don't think so...
Nope, though some have asked about that. It has to do with Allan's real estate license.
Licensed NBA
The license is in a non-working status. The licensee may not perform acts for which a real estate license is required in California. Salesperson reference for NBA is equivalent to 'No Broker Affiliation' and the broker/corporation reference to NBA is equivalent to 'No Business (current main office) Address'.
http://www2.dre.ca.gov/static/licstatus.htm
Something interesting: it seems that some of the longs had an agreement not to criticize Slurp and Allan.
Stan's been talking about that. I wondered why he suddenly stopped making fun of Wendy and criticizing Slurp.
lol, not quite a trillion, but close.
