lol, yes. He's really trying to reinvent himself, isn't he?
BTW, anyone else noticing how "Andy" had to separate himself from the slurp?
lol, you can probably forget it: in order to convince an MM to file a 15c2-11, PCBM would have to give him audited financials. That's part of the requirements.
Probably putting me on speaker phone. Then they kindly tell me "No 211 has been filed".
Well, I once ran across a Costa Rican outfit that offered credit cards with a $250,000 monthly spending limit...
wonder what they will think of next???
LOLOLOLOLISSIMO!!
Give them a CamCorder and sell the tape to her 'Ray of Sunshine!'
In "reality", which Wendy doesn't have much of a grip on, she's got a daughter who was married a few years ago. I think she's past the age at which she might further procreate, thank God.
snicker, it's a truly stomach-turning picture, isn't it?
I suspect that somebody's lawyer called RB and made demands. Wouldn't be the first time it's happened.
lol, maybe slurp and Wendy are driving, and have stopped for a Passionate Interlude.
RB has behaved quite extraordinarily in the case of USGA. Everyone knows they loathe scion, but now they're getting bolder. Quite a few "bashers", on quite a few threads, have been tossed for no apparent reason. Some have been notified, others not.
And now they've shut the USGA thread down entirely.
Why?
LOLOLOLOLISSIMO!!
Pretty damn exciting.
It really is hilarious. Wouldn't it be a kick if it were run by the IRS?
Back in the eighties, someone made quite a bit of money selling New York City tap water.
but fung, if you can make a killing selling tap water why risk prosecution for stock fraud?
But this is quite nice. Classy, except that it isn't real leather.

Kiss your ex-spouses goodbye!!

Gee, I'd never have guessed:
In some countries this may be a felony, but even where it isn't, people caught traveling with "counterfeit documents" are always viewed with strong suspicion.
What a concept!! Issuing passports for non-existent countries!!

Oh...
You must know that the days when you could open a bank account with a fake driver licence have long gone...
What a shame.
Since tax evasion/avoidance is not an international criminal offence, such information would not be supplied in response to an enquiry from domestic or overseas tax authorities.
Isn't that thoughtful? Unfortunately the links to "Baltic One" don't work. I'd really have liked to see that demo.
Send an email to general@ragingbull.com .
Marijuana would do the trick.
The team of medical professionals at Blue Kiwi has spent over 12 years and millions of dollars researching and studying with various combinations of ingredients to discover the mixture that enhances well-being and reduces the feeling of fatigue and stress, without side effects.
And it's 100% All Natural, too!!
WOW!! One stop shopping! Isn't that convenient? They seem to have thought of everything:
A Nevada Phone # that rings at your out of state location is also available with this package at no extra charge from us.
Visa and MasterCard, a bank account! Stock certs made out to bearer!!
You'll receive the blank shares certificates, and the bearer is the owner. Names of owners do not need to be reported.
I especially like the concept of an "aged company". Like a fine Nevada wine.
They've been there since Slurp and Wendy began touting the possibility of a merger with PCBM. Astonishing how even people who claim to detest Slurp take his word as gospel.
I'm seeing many of the PCBM stooges posting on CMKM now.
Well, we've already had RMIL and Aqua Vie. Both encountered major problems with the SEC.
It would seem to me that a bottled water company would be the perfect stock to take public as a penny stock.
Even AZNT had more products...
And THAT is the basis for a public company? Dr. Slick's magic Indian elixer and tonic.
C'mon, George. They have THREE products:
The Inhibitor is focused on enhancing energy and improving your immune system’s ability to fight off disease.
The Moderator delivers a combination of antioxidants and vitamins that promote a general feeling of well-being and youthfulness while providing a barrier to the normal aging process.
The Enhancer is designed to counteract a common dietary imbalance while reducing the feeling of fatigue and improving your energy level.
They seem to have something to do with fish oil. Why would you call anything made of fish oil "Blue Kiwi"?
Yes. Chet doesn't sound like a very nice person, does he?
Something tells me the FBI is going to keep tabs on old Chet for the rest of his life.
lol, shorting ain't a walk in the park.
I would have sworn you were wrong on this, but just did some checking and apparently I don't know squat about shorting a stock.
Contrary to what the PCBM True Longs and so many others believe, shortsellers are disadvantaged in many ways. First, your risk is unlimited; if there's spectacular news and the stock you're shorting skyrockets, you're fried. That doesn't happen too often--shorts do a great deal of DD in order to avoid it--but it isn't uncommon for the stock to go up a little, or just stall out. The longer that goes on, the longer your money is tied up. If the stock actually goes up, then you'll probably want to box your position, which will tie up yet more of your money.
If the stock goes down, then as Bond said your position increases in value, and you have greater buying power. BUT since your position is still open, if you use this money essentially you're buying on margin, which has its own considerable risks.
As for "never closing" a short position, it just doesn't happen. Professional shorts will sometimes keep a position open until January to defer taxes till the following year, but they'll tidy things up then.
I do agree with the True Longs about one thing: the playing field should be leveled. As it is, shorts have a much harder time of it than do longs.
Ooooh, George, you NASTY BASHER!!
lol, yes...a similar type.
FWIW, every time I see a Ladies Spa post, i am reminded of Oystermonkey
I see no reason to take that deadline seriously, so I suppose I'll have an early night.
That's the one I get too. Along with the Angry Ant.
How helpful.
lol, he sounds a lot like the Ladies' Spa.
I see that RB just went down for "scheduled maintenance". Now why can't they announce these things?
Woooooo. Don't these people realize that the FBI won't pay ANY attention to whackjob letters like that? Except perhaps to run a check on them...
Raging Aaron was "let go" sometime last spring...
That's an interesting idea, and it could work, I think. What's needed is a group of shareholders posting at RB who are currently suing management of "their" company for events that occurred fairly recently. While RB's shown prejudice against "bashers" for a couple of years now, it's only recently that their discrimination appears to me to be provable.
I think it might be just as effective if a mainstream journalist would take an interest, but very few of 'em seem to want to write about penny stocks these days.
The recent high-volume run in PCBM (and several other worthless penny stocks) is interesting.
Contrary to what the True Longs say, I think the figures show that it was in very large part retail trading spurred by hopes that Shorty would get his head handed to him on 20 February. Apparently NASD dealers knew that enforcement of the new rule would be postponed till April a week before the announcement was made public, so they had no reason to engage in any "unusual trading".
But it can't be denied that trading in these issues was indeed "unusual" for ten days or so. What happened? My guess is that it was indeed an organized pump of some kind. The stocks in question were being pumped all over the boards. And given the prices of these stocks not much seed money would have been necessary to get the momo going.
Who was behind it? I'd really like to know.
lol, it was "tergiversate".
As for RB, I think they're running a legal risk. If they start messing with the content on the site--which they would be doing if they are, as they appear to be, discriminating against "bashers"--they might lose their "Good Samaritan" status under the Communications Act of 1996.
Which would mean that they'd be open to lawsuits. I imagine, however, that they don't expect any "bashers" to sue 'em, and I doubt any will.
Something very strange happened to "nufced" at RB. She tried to log on one morning and couldn't. She wrote to RB asking for her password, and when they sent it to her, it was backwards. Shortly thereafter she got a notice saying her account had been "reinstated".
Same thing happened to me a few months back. I got two "warnings" about 30 seconds apart, and then a two-week suspension notice a minute later. My protests fell on deaf ears, as usual. I hadn't posted for several days, and I hadn't posted anything tossable.
This morning RB wouldn't allow me to log in, and then I was sent 2 TOS notifications 4 minutes apart. Funny, I haven't even posted on RB in around a month.
It indeed seems to be open season on "bashers".
lololololissimo!!!
If Mel really wants to have a religious experience, he should buy all of our PCBM shares at our cost.
He'd replace Mr Lobster in the Pantheon of the True Longs.
lol, I'm sure they're just THRILLED to have you back.
Very strange. Nobody else I know is having problems today...
