On of the easiest and quickest ways to collect evidence off the internet is to use the "print screen" function on your keyboard... it takes a "screen shot" of your screen, and you can simply paste the "screen shot" into one of your desktop applications... becuase, If anyone wants to take a case to the SEC (for any stock)... it's alot easier when you can pre-document a near water-tight dossier.

Get yourself educated... and keep your eyes peeled for bogus trades... individual trades of 5,000 shares going off in rapid succession are likely bogus trades, becuase the return on investment on 5,000 shares is negligable, as well, the cost of the trading commission on a 5,000 order is very inefficient and is very suspect, thus not likely being an arms-length transaction...

Yes it would be... but the problem the SEC has is;

there are well over 10,000 public companies and only so many investigators/agents to go around... like I said in one of my earlier posts; when taking a case to the SEC, one should pre-document a near water-tight case/dossier before taking it to the SEC... by pre-documenting a near water-tight case, you make it easier for an agent or investigator, thus you increase your odds for an investigation to be launched.

... immediately following a trend in the stock dropping 95% from .20 to under .01 in just the prior 4 months may have suspect motives IMO (becuase the obvious "opportunity" in the short would have been at .20, not after hitting .01) and warrants a closer look at if an investigation in Naked Short Selling of UCOI is opened by the SEC... in fact, it's my understanding that some UCOI longs may have already contacted the SEC... and I hope the SEC starts a file on recent trading patterns and the participants, if they haven't already.

It's also very important to note that;

UCOI stock gapped-up over the prior closing prices at the open on the mornings of (Tues) Jan 16/07 and (Fri) Jan 19/07... representing very stong Buyer interest... however, as the chart below show,s the gap-ups were met with immediate selling pressure... suggesting short-selling to influence the price downward in an effort divert strong investor interest, which may fall into the SEC's defintion of illegal activities as outlined at the botom of this page.

KEY RECENT TRADING EVENTS;

The mornings of (Tues) Jan 16/07 and (Fri) Jan 19/07... very suspicious due to the fact that Gold bullion rallied nicely on those days, as UCOI ran counter to the trend previously exhibited between UCOI and Precious Metals prices over the previous several weeks... notice the heavy selling or downward price movement in UCOI during the mornings of (Tues) Jan 16/07 and (Fri) Jan 19/07, while Precious Metals had strong upward pricing power on both those days...

at about 1 cent per share, I guess your expectations of "return on investment" are pretty low.

Am I correct on the prevention of shorting though?...

and just a thought on reducing risk and maxamizing reward; taking delivery of approx. 50% of the shares could create pressure on the MM's to deliver shares if they've been NSS to death... while keeping 50% for profit taking...

Ronning... take a look at the 1 month chart... you'll see UCOI is trending similar to the price of Bullion...

the main difference being... during the past couple trading days... the MM or NSS crowd have been attempting to "paint the tape" to disguise the technical strength developing in UCOI's stock in an attempt to keep as many away from pilling into the stock and driving it higher...

When I was reading the small print on my "broker services" agreement a few years ago... it said something to the effect that if the Broker held my shares on my behalf (which is how all the accounts are typically set-up... rigged in Wall Street's favor) the Broker could borrow my shares (for free) for selling or shorting purposes on their behalf... it gave me the impression, or read, that the only way I could prevent the Broker from shorting my own shares while in their custody, was to take delivery of the certificates... insights anyone.

No storm needed, IMO... investor demand through the ETF's alone will take Gold to approx. $1,000 just through the re-balancing of risk mngmt. in portfolio's, made easy and practical through the ETF's... the combined Gold ETF's in several years will likely consume the entire yearly mined Gold supply... which will drive Gold to $1,000 + just based on supply/demand fundamentals.

I have very few true Penny Gold/Silver stocks that I'm invested in... IMO, there aren't many out there that can meet my basic criteria... I'm 90% in larger PPS stocks that are already in production... and I'd rather be in physical bullion as opposed to pure junk stocks.

UCOI is the only true Penny stock I think has a realistic chance at production this year... I'm waiting for DKGR to get it's permit before taking a positon there (permitting risk is huge in mining)... as I mentioned GSPG is just a pure technical trade based upon the price trend in Bullion/Dollars... also, I'm waiting for President Morales to get to the tail end of nationalizing Bolivia mining before maybe taking positons again in FMNJ, and MYNG... there might be a technical trade on PAIM soon based upon the price trend in Bullion/Dollars...

If you don't know about the US Dollar & Gold Inverse Ratio... you should learn about it if your going to trade Gold stocks...
by following the price trends in Bullion, it can help guide you to investing in the Gold Stocks.

There's a important trend developing in the Gold Bullion sector... and that's the divergence of Gold to the US Dollar... notice how since the begining of the year (look at the period of January on the charts below) how both Gold and the US Dollar have trended up at the same time, breaking the approx. 80% Gold/Dollar inverse ratio... you can see how Gold has already swung above the 50 Day Moving Avg., while the US Dollar is only beginning to swing towards the 50 Day Moving Avg. line...

... the only other time we've had a diveregence of this magnitude during the past several years that I can remember is during/after Hurricane Katrina... this time, it's not just one big event... there are several increasingly large factors inserting influence on the relatively small Gold Bullion market right now...

ucoibull... I'm only in GSPG for a shorter-term trade... looking to trade out of GSPG when Gold is +/- $700 (spring time)... simply way to many outstanding shares for my liking, plus the on-going lawsuit... and if GSPG enact's the R/S, I'll sell right away and buy back after it bases.

however, with UCOI, I'm taking a longer-term view... as I think the chances are good we'll see production from the mill this year... looking forward to wider-scale testing on the mill infrastructure in the upcomng months.

Someone with an R.B. account should check the Bash Crew profiles to see how many posts each have just for UCOI... when each memember of the bash crew have thousands of posts dedicated to UCOI all mostly posted during business hours... you know a major/serious distort campain has been on-going... the upside is they've driven the price to a penny, and with the mill making amjor strides forward, they've created an excellent buying opportunity, IMO.

Some of the bash crew are probably related to the financing or leases... the more they can squeeze the company stock... the better positioned they are to squeeze more blood and treasure out of the company... remember how Ronning999 said he knew more about the company then we'd ever know, hmmmmmmm.

If I was the leaseholder... I'd want to see UCOI default and go away... then I'd pick up all the improvements for free (plus all prior payments) in a rising precious metals market... it's a no-brainer.

The necessary permits to commence mining activities at the Deer Trail Mine have been acquired, provided that the surface disturbance from the mining activities does not exceed 10 acres for both mine and mill. In early 2005, Unico and Deer Trail Mining Company, received approval of the company's Large-Scale Mining Permit for the Deer Trail Mine in Marysvale, Utah. The State of Utah's Division of Oil, Gas and Mining granted approval of the company's application to expand its existing small mining project to a large mining operation, which is expected to significantly increase the area of mining activity and the capacity of the company's mill at the Deer Trail Mine. This Large-Scale permit takes the place of the previous two Small-Scale permits described above.

Gold and Silver Forecast...

Not my forecast, but similar to the Gold numbers I forcasted here a couple weeks ago...



The current timing suggests a rally off the January low with a pullback into the week beginning February 26th. This should bring a strong advance in Gold to 710.00 and possibly 775.00. Silver will be expected to reach 21.50 – 22.50 before suffering a correction into early June.
