Nope. Need a lot more "OMG I can't believe they did that thing!" they already did 2 months ago schtick.
You do know they already finished the court case 2 months ago, right? Just needed a little clerical finishing up. That sounds a little gross stating it that way, but whatevs.
Nice to see things are still in process and making progress 6 weeks after submitting documents. Thanks Eddie!
It ain't easy being clean. Still profitable even after dealing with lots of scumbags that take advantage of impressionable trading noobs.
I agree, I don't think he would play OTC games. At least not himself. That's why the fact that he is not President or CEO here gives me pause when he has taken all the roles himself in other ventures previously.
Blah, blah "can't do it all". He has had no problem with hiring managers for his other projects.
Congratulations on the TWFS DD, btw. Only weeks behind some of us. Maybe almost catch up someday. Good Luck To All.
Good for him expanding the RVDCBD product line. But does it have anything to do with UAPC, which is the topic of discussion here on ihub?
The two business entities that RVD has used so far for RVDCBD have had no other officers or managers listed - it's been all RVD in charge, no questions asked.
Why is he just a Chairman for UAPC? Why not President? Why not CEO?
An easy way out is to claim that he is too busy, but I remind you that he is the only officer listed for both entities that have been behind RVDCBD so far. Hire competent management and employees, problem solved. Doesn't change the Secretary of State officer thing, though.
So what business is actually coming in? And is it delayed due to COVID?
Thank you for asking for my thoughts.
What exactly is wrong with my history? Please, go into detail.
Reality is a bitch, especially in the OTC. Complaints about it being pointed out are duly noted and placed in the appropriate circular file.
Anyone that has a problem with how I comment is probably an OTC scumbag that takes advantage of naive newer traders to rip them off.
Quiet Period: something bagholders use as an excuse for lack of updates while watching the share price and their account value fall.
Sure, load up and then wait for the global pandemic to be over, sounds like a plan.
I can only imagine how far the share price will have fallen by then if they can't issue any updates until then when they are ready to move forward. Ouch.
Is UAPC among the COVID-interrupted plans RVD was referring to? If so, this could be quite the wait until any developments are revealed.
Maybe that's what he was hinting at in the shout-out video when saying investors were "a little early".
I know exactly how these things work.
That's why I knew there was no such thing as a "Motion Granted for Reverse Merger" in the UAPC custodianship case. That is an entirely fictitious term. As in made-up. As in BS.
Thank you for the passive acknowledgment that I am correct.
By all means, show me the "Motion Granted for Reverse Merger".
Oh, that's right, you can't. Because it doesn't exist.
There was no such thing as "Motion Granted for Reverse Merger".
I'll file that right up there next to the insider transactions that were being blamed for the falling share price. Even though they took place years ago. Classic.
That's some horrible DD.
That's a corporation RVD set up in Nevada in January after a previous one in California.
It also was the business entity behind RVDCBD until that was changed sometime between April and August of this year.
What has been "reserved with the state"?
Sounds like a good way to tie up funds for an absolutely indeterminate amount of time.
In the paid shoutout video RVD even told you guys you were "a little early".
The website has said Coming Soon for months now.

Actually, everything I have claimed has been factual. Name a single thing that wasn't...
If one were to poll successful OTC traders I might suggest Kevin Harrington might be more famous than RVD in their circle. I suspect that a lot of hardcore wrestling fans that try their hand at OTC trading bag out pretty quick and are never heard from again. Susceptibility to wanting to believe fictional stories are true would have a lot to do with that.
I had never heard of RVD before UAPC. Absolutely no clue who he was.
BTW, I am making no claim that RVD isn't involved, let's get that absolutely straight for the slower-thinking among us.
"I never claimed otherwise", that's pretty much a direct quote.
That's also pretty much the opposite of claiming something.
Closing red even with a $120 paint job in the last moments? I think we differ on our definitions of solid.
I never claimed otherwise.
So no need for the disingenuous claims being made. Unless one were trying for quick flips, of course.
I actually made the effort of learning what custodianships are when I started getting involved in trading them.
Others would be wise to as well.
It was the judge okaying the Motion to Discharge that was filed back on 8/17. It wraps up the case, it acknowledges that the custodian's job has been done for over a month.
"Tying up loose ends"
Of course it's all there. I know how to read the court docs and I knew that the claim that the custo was granted last week was totally bogus. Edward Spade has been President of UAPC at NVSOS since July 2. Trying to play it off as if this is a fresh new custo play is disingenuous at best.
The custo was granted June 9.
Next someone will be trying to blame current price action on insider transactions from years ago.
OTC Markets is not run by the government.
No reverse split discussion yet? Slacking, boys.

Their transactions were from like 2013. You are being lied to.
New CEO / Change of Control latest Q.
I guess nobody reads filings anymore.
That must be some hilariously bad DD if one is afraid to bust it out here in public.
I guess the smarter folk are realizing that CVAS was abandoned 8 years ago when the officers moved on. It's great they have found success since with a totally different ticker. Doesn't change the fact they kicked CVAS to the curb way back then and never looked back.
If you're bagging it based on FaceDrive associations, make sure you keep a list of where you heard that and look at it every day as the weeks go by and there is no update.
An officer or two in common do not make a merger. Especially when those officers have already been around for over a decade.
Facedrive has nothing to do with Creative Vistas other than some names in common, sorry.
Otherwise there would be proof, I would think.
All I see is Sayan noted as Chairman of Creative Vistas among many other officer positions listed in the Facedrive PR. Amazingly, there is nothing whatsoever mentioned about Creative Vistas having anything at all to do with the deal. It's just a footnote of his other accomplishments.
Heung Hung Lee signing CVAS filings in 2008: https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=5923101&guid=UotFUKH-nwyBA3h
Heung Hung Lee has been signing CVAS filings going back 10 years, he isn't exactly new.
