your smarter than that, you can't see the huge upside for whomever it was/is to screw with the TOP DOG?
Sounds like a plan, unless one or more of the sue(ers) were involved. If so they should get nothing but a swift kick in the astrix. TRTC was robbed out of two licenses. So too be fair TRTC should get both.
you got it...
Here's a cheesy video from zz doing a remake of an old elvis tune.
This may be a little early but heck with it, it's coming.
We are Bad!!!
I wouldn't be surprised a bit about big tobacco or big pharma trying to hurt trtc. As a matter of fact I would be surprised if they didn't. We are succeeding at what they don't have the foresight or the guts to do. Especially if they are looking to jump in once mj is fully legal keeping the "TOP DOG" down could save them Millions down the road. If we get big enough we won't be a buyout opportunity, we will be a competitor that's a thousand miles ahead.
Two steps ahead and Blazin' a Trail
TRTC does a pretty decent job of keeping Investors informed. I wouldn't be surprised if we were updated before the ANNUAL is due.
The Longs, even the most basic DD will tell you that. The more you dig the better we look.
***BROKEN PROMISES***
We have been promised audited financials for years, when?
We have been promised up-listing for years, when?
Instead, we get broken promises and plundered broker accounts.
pps in low teens and headed lower, despite latest pumps.
This is starting to get ridiculous. Correction, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
Drop Drop Drop...
Could be any or all of those. I was thinking it could also be lack of leadership, lack of Quality, overpriced products or their reputation in general that's holding this down. It could also be the long history of lawsuits, the overall stench of corruption or the ever present threat of an SEC Halt looming overhead. I'm sure the fact that they have been promising audited financials for years now and just can't seem to get it done has something to do with it as well. After all, it says on their own website they can't guarantee the truthfulness of the information they provide and what information they do provide should not be trusted. Maybe that's it, their unwillingness to take any responsibility for their actions or their products.
Some series changes need to be made before this goes anywhere. They've been dba mjna for almost 10 years and the pps is .13 and their still on the bottom rung of the ladder.
Your guess is as good has mine StevenRisk.

BIG TROUBLE AHEAD FOR MJNA...
A new player is about to take over.
It's been recently released a competitor of mjna will very soon be in direct competition.
Quote:
"...they have completed testing and formulating compounds at their cannabinoid extraction facility in Northern California and are now moving into production. The company will be producing a variety of oils, waxes and other mediums of concentrated cannabinoids"
Up until recently this "competitor" has been reluctant to enter the extraction marketplace. A unanimous vote by the board has changed that. They will now be producing high grade extracts at their state of the art facilities.
Quote:
"...unanimously voted to allow the company to engage in the production, extraction and retail sale of medical cannabis if done so in full accordance with the state and local medical marijuana laws(ordinances) in which they operate. This allows the company's executive team to transparently operate in the medical cannabis market."
mjna revenue about to be "extracted" from balance sheet. This new entry into the extraction marketplace will have dire consequences for the already struggling mjna shell company. With our competitors "cutting edge" extraction process coming online and customer sales starting very soon, the future of mjna isn't looking so great. We have major issues to overcome and we need to make some major changes just to stay in business, much less flourish. Is this the "Death Blow" that will finish us off? If we somehow manage to survive this new entry into the already crowded extraction market, it's a sure sign of our need to get it together post haste.

exciting times
Can anyone say BRILLIANT...
Let's take a closer look at the news the last few days. First, the Ralston Report Interview. During the interview on Wednesday DP stated his views of wishing everyone could just be friends and work together without filing and figure this out. When the Lawsuits were mentioned and the discussion moved to the unfairness of the process Ralston, several times, touched on the CC scandal email attack also being unfair and a very possible reason for TRTC being denied.
now fast forward,
The Judge apparently just decided the process is over, they can have the 18 the State approved or just the 10.
now lets back-up a bit,
At the CCC meeting where Reid broke the State news, Commissioner Chris Giunchigliani mentioned at the start they were already reconsidering some applicants. I wonder who?
now lets summarize,
The process is over. CCC is/was reconsidering applicants(guess who). If CC takes the 18 State ranked applicants, TRTC gets one or two dispensaries. DP has said he will set down and work out a solution without the need for the Courts. Those Denied want back in big time. That puts TRTC in the power position to dictate terms of the deal, somewhat. I expect DP would make a fair offer and some of those denied will jump on it.
We get an infusion of Capital on favorable terms, some of the pissed off applicants get back in, County happy, State happy, people happy, shareholders happy, shorts pissed. DP cements his and TRTC's role has the KING of CANNABIS.
This could work out perfectly for TRTC. It's kind of hard to believe that all the pieces are falling into place by mere chance.
"You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else." - Albert Einstein
just thinking out loud...
TRTC the only CLASS ACT in NV Circus
IVXX CENTS = 420 CENTS = $4.20
LMAO Ridiculous
Oooops! My bad....
mjna was incorporated on May 23, 2005. Almost 10 years in business and the pps is in the @.13's, and it's still a bottom dweller of the otc.
ENOUGH SAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
interesting, I don't know if having more facilities open would increase tax revenue, you still have the same number of patients just less places to purchase. With 10 you just have a larger market share per facility.
For instance:
1000 patients between 10 stores = 100 patients per store
1000 patients between 18 stores = 55.5 patients per store;
same overall tax base = 1000 patients
mjna was incorporated on May 23, 2005. Almost 10 years in business and the pps is @.14, and it's still a bottom dweller of the otc.
ENOUGH SAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
State should have completely taken over the process after the "hit piece" email attack fiasco and the other applicants involved should be denied licenses and banned from the Industry. Everyone involved should be sent to the current day gitmo and "tort"ured endlessly.
Decision Friday @ 10:00 am?
Easiest decision, go with 10 and fix it yourselves in '15
---court sends it back to let gov agencies to hash out
Moderate decision, State approval is King
---county pissed, lots of whining and appeals
Hard decision, County approval is King
---state pissed, lots of whining and appeals by a more powerful entity
High poverty, city slums, contaminated water supplies, huge areas don't even have sewage infrastructure. The overwhelming majority of wealth is had by but a few, the rest of the people are barely scrapping by. How can they possibly afford the HIGH priced products being slung at them? Look closer, Brazil is a great place to visit but I'm not sure if I would want to live their.
YES, that would be the fictional version.
The non-fiction version would go something like;
blum and IVXX goes Nationwide after a big settlement from the villains who were "caught with their hands in the cookie jar" (a Sheriff Callie's reference). Marijuana is legalized and TRTC uses it's established connections to place their superior products into every major retailer from coast to coast. It ends in 2025 with April 20th being celebrated has a new national holiday - IVXX Day.
...BLATANTLY BANKRUPT IN BRAZIL...
I don't see selling much product there when such a huge part of the population can't afford toilet paper.
Quotes:
"In the country as a whole, about 35 per cent of the population lives in poverty, on less than two dollars a day. But in Brazil’s rural areas poverty affects about 51 per cent of the population."
"The North-East is the country’s poorest and least developed region and the focus of IFAD’s operations. In this region, 58 per cent of the total population and 67 per cent of the rural population is poor (ECLAC, 2007)."

Dispensary wins case...
Quote:
"A federal judge in northern California has tossed a civil forfeiture case against a San Francisco medical marijuana dispensary, possibly setting a precedent that could give the U.S. government pause before taking similar actions to shut down MMJ companies."
I haven't been into fiction since reading The Lord of the Rings trilogy back in grade school. I stick to the facts like nearly a BILLION shares, corrupt management, multiple lawsuits, questionable quality control procedures and a failure to take any responsibility for actions and/or products.
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP
Have they released a date yet for trading to start on the vcig spin off? I heard the 15th but don't know if I trust the source.
Anybody...
THE TRTC THRILLER !!
The story of a start up fighting and clawing it's way to dominate a new burgeoning Industry. The Villains in this epic saga have been relentless but like in all great stories truth, honor, justice and the American way will prevail in the end.
Despite governmental road blocks, baseless attacks by greedy and manipulative hedge funds, tortious interference, sabotage, character assassinations and heavy shorting along with many other below board activities, TRTC has remained true to itself, the stock holders and the public in general. By staying focused on it's excellent business plan and keeping their promises, TRTC has emerged has the Industry "goto guy" for reliable information. Armed with truth, character, top notch talent and a loyal following of investors TRTC is blazing a trail for others to follow.
...a mini series in the making.
but your .20's, .30's and .40's are looking "not so" good.
I picked up some .10's awhile back, held for a couple of days and sold in the .20's. now the pump-n-dump slides back down, single digit bog pit eminent. I couldn't imagine holding this scam of a companies stock for more than a day or two with the constant threat of sec halt looming.
another lawsuit waiting to happen.
That must be why revenues are FALLING and expenses are RISING. The lack of interest at the expo must be because everyone already knows about the product and how awesome it isn't. Nearly a billion shares, partners leaving, overpriced, bland packaging, horrible reputation, criminal conspiracies, dubious quality controls, constant pumps, down trending, etc...
...and these but a few of our wondrous things.
BEEP BEEP, BEEP BEEP
I see it's not sugar it's just made from sugar. A quick search and I can see why it's buried in the fine print. I thought mjna claimed health benefits from their products.
Wiki Quote;
"The Center for Science in the Public Interest, downgraded sucralose from "Safe" to "Caution" in June 2013, citing a new study linking sucralose consumption with leukemia risk in rats.[25][26] However, they also write, "It [sucralose] appears to be the safest artificial sweetener, though no independent tests have been conducted". The original Italian study has been criticized of being poorly executed and reported.[27]"
LiveStrong Quotes:
"Sucralose may be a trigger for migraines, according to a study published in the August, 2006 issue of ''Headache: Journal of Head and Face Pain.'' Physicians should keep the potential causal relationship between sucralose and migraines in mind when they are taking the health history of people who suffer migraines, recommends lead study author Rajendrakumar M. Patel of the Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia."
"A study by Y.F. Sasaki published in the 2002 ''Journal of Mutation Research'' concluded that high doses of sucralose led to DNA damage in the gastrointestinal organs of mice. The dose given was 2,000 mg per kg of body weight. According to tripatlas.com, the acceptable intake for sucralose is 9 mg per kg of body weight each day."

Must be scrapping the bottom of the sledge barrel. Is that sugar in the list of other ingredients?
NOT IMPRESSED!
Was the whole expo a failure or just the hemp meds booth? From the looks of the pics not many people stopped by. One would think if your gonna take some pictures to pump your products they would have at least hired some looky loos to act interested. All I see are booth workers talking to each other looking bored. The public interest seems to be focused in the background at the other booths. The one lady sitting in the puke green chairs is much more interested in her phone than hemp meds products. A few pics show younger guys who are loitering around checking out the hotties. Between the booth workers huddled up to fight boredom, the one guy who looks like he's napping and the general lack of interest I would say the expo was a horrifying unmitigated disaster for mjna and hemp meds. Shows about has much interest as the ihub board.
lol, the chart and the history of the company screams RUN
I picked up a few thousand more today too, mid day.
