Looks like the OS and Float was increased by 6,357,273some time betweeen 4/9 and 5/28
my guess was on the 4/10 they increased it. you can see a drop down to .0105 on that day as well.

Most defiantly selling shares! Thats exactly how every investor is going to look at this stock.

Todays VOLUME: 7,383,844 looks like they sold everything today!!
