You can grow corn, tomatoes, pretty much any fruit or veggie in your backyard, yet supermarkets, delis and other food supply stores are still in business. I don't see how growing it in your backyard makes the industry disappear..

They've stated they're excited and anticipating AB266 to go into effect. This happens 3 days from now, on January 1st. That alone is really exciting.

I ended up getting into GRNH after the 2014 big boom. Been very quiet since I been here a handful of months ago, so I'm siked to see all the attention coming back to the table. Should be a fun ride within the next upcoming week(s).

What's your consensus on merger finalization though? Before end of year? Thought were were getting updated at some point this week.

They were much easier when they were true "ftp sites" and you could go through windows explorer and not have to jump on the web and use the new file transfer site like they use now, i.e. "submittal exchange" or "procore" which happen to be HTTP sites.

What you are saying, yes it is more professional to have an instantaneous swap over but that is not the case with every site.

Bottom line to my point is there are still sites that go "under construction". The good thing about submittal exchange is they tell you when they're doing it, which helps. But it still happens, even in 2015.

Actually yes they do for maintenance purposes and whatnut. I deal with FTP sites all day with my job and I see it all the time. "Site Under Construction, Please Try Back Shortly"

That's what I was thinking as well. I think we can quite possibly see a pop, all based on speculation tho. I have no clue what Joel's plans are, what he's doing, or not doing for that matter, he hasn't given an update in some time.. I don't think it's dead though.
