How to Take Screen Shots from Your Computer
If you have a Windows computer, use the mouse to select the desired window so it is the active window. Hold down both the ALT and PRINT SCREEN keys simultaneously. A copy of the active window is now in your paste buffer. Open the Paint application (START BUTTON -> ALL PROGRAMS -> ACCESSORIES -> PAINT) and control-v to paste a copy of the window into the Paint application. Use the CROP tool as needed. Save the file as a JPEG file. Upload the file to iHub and copy the iHub picture reference into your message.
If you have a Macintosh computer, use the GRAB application found in the Applications folder (or maybe the Utilities folder inside the Applications folder... I cannot remember).
I am not saying you are untruthful but including the e-mail message header information would have given you more creditability.

PPJ v. GREWAL, PLAINTIFF'S MOTION IN LIMINE #8
The Plaintiff's Motion In Limine #8 has been provided to us courtesy of Joe Burmeister.
(Reference: http://www.scribd.com/doc/237232738/2014-08-11-Motion-in-Limine-8-for-Plaintiff)
Contrary to expectations, it turns out that this is NOT the evidence that PPJ's expert witness, forensic accountant Scott Mowrey, will be providing during the trial. Instead, it is information about the attempts of PPJ Enterprise's attorney to gain access to records from Grewal's bank account at the California Bank and Trust.
"Motion in LIMINE #8
Grewal claimed the CB&T bank account was an "investment account" and should NOT be included as evidence. However, he refused to produce documents to support his position. Thus the judge awarded MIL to Plantiff.
Basu claims the CB&T account holds medical payments that defendent did not report to PPJE during the contract period. That the defendent outrightly and intentionally withheld fees owed to Plantiff for Plantiff's medical billing and collection services to defendent during the contract period.
From 2004-2007, defendent deposited $32 million dollars into CB&T. Plantiff contends that defendent owe Plantiff fees in the amount of $3.2 million dollars.
There is more.... 184 pages to be precise.... Majority just bank statements showing deposits from medical ins companies. I am surprise they didn't pen over all the patients names." ---Joe Burmeister
and did you ask them this time about seeing the drink production and canning operations?
So, are you going to take some pictures on your third visit? ; )
JURY SELECTED / MOWERY'S SCHEDULE 5 DISALLOWED
On 8/13/2014, a jury for the PPJ v. Grewal trial was selected.
Also, the parties stipulated that evidence/facts regarding Schedule 5 of Scott Mowrey's opinion will not be presented to the jury.
(Reference: http://www.scribd.com/doc/237154687/2014-08-13-Minute-Order-Jury-Selected-Mowrey-Schedule-5-Disallowed)
"For all the run-ups days before the trial was supposed to begin this year alone, I am surprised this has not moved now that the trial actually has started.
It's possible the delays and setbacks just wore everyone out. Still, just kind of surprised we're still in trips in the second week of a multimillion dollar civil suit."
"why hasent this opened yet. its 1030 here and no volume? whats up?"
"Highly unlikely that you will see a PR until the trial is over, even then it would be void of any details. The parties to the suit are prevented from discussing matters that are currently in litigation. And any settlement agreement potentially reached would have language in it barring the release of the terms of the settlement."
"Great News - but do you know if Mowry/PPJE had a chance to do a discovery on Grewal 2006/2007 bank statements received from Califirnia Bank & Trust in May 2014?
Also, what happened to the disposition [of] Catherine Llvanes?"
MOWRY TESTIMONY&EVIDENCE ALLOWED IN PPJ v. GREWAL TRIAL
William Scott Mowry is a forensic accountant. He will be testifying as PPJ Enterprise's expert witness with regard to following the money to determine how Grewal defrauded PPJ.
Grewal's attorney, Jeremy Arnaiz, wanted to exclude Mowry's testimony, and the results of his forensic examination of Grewal's bank records combined with PPJ's financial records, from the trial.
This is a HUGE win for PPJ's case!

"It could also simply mean that there will be no more hearings because the trial has begun."
"I probably will BUT I was making sure that someone hasn't already purchased it.....if so, I can barter with them by purchasing another item."

"A STIPULATION (sometimes referred to as a "stip") is the name given to any agreement made between attorneys respecting business before the court. It is not binding unless agreed to by all counsel present, and most stipulations are required to be in writing.
