At what point would we expect the share reduction to take place. 3 to 5 business days ends tomorrow.....if that is the case, no wonder the MMs were doing all they could to short the stock to drive the price down and get as many shares as possible....come tomorrow....shares are really going to be difficult to come by....and I will bet that they will drive the price up to sell all those cheap shares they got today....IMO

Many were here saying that his last too 30 days or so....that is why. I do have funds for more and most of what I own is blue chips anyway.....I do know better than to bet it all on black and I have sold shares on this for a profit, I am down on what I own now, but I hate being in the red and I have hit the ask on occasion to do my part...just frustrating is all....but thanks...words appreciated.

That is a far reaching statement to make as that most Institutional buyers will not touch a stock under $5.00 let alone .09......as for the guy who mocked my comment by saying that he was going "all in" this morning....I hope he did not do that....if he did, I hope there is a bounce with some revenue numbers in the near term.....

VPR* has slowed down with folks taking profit....I was in hope that TMSH would be sending out more PRs this week and although it was good to PR the 8K, it would have been nice to add some additional information to generate some volume.....sorry about earlier....I just get so upset with people who come into a room and say what they do out of spite and without regard nor proof of anything.....I would not be surprised one bit that if this thing jumps again today like it did the other day, they will be right back here doing the same thing....good luck people...I am still holding all my shares as well, I did not fold.....

Rule #1 in Pennystock trading, never, ever, go all in, especially to chase a stock that is up 2400%......wait for the dip and then buy in......that is what I ended up doing with TMS*, it dipped, and then ran back up.....twice already.....but do not sit on the shares waiting for this thing to hit 1 or 2 bucks, because you will become a bagholder....just saying.....

If I was going to come up with a scam to dupe people out of money, I would try to keep it going as long as possible and keep the SEC out of my chili....so why would I file an 8K direct to them to review vs. putting out some PR to accomplish much the same thing...

Maybe, however, most times that these occur, it is through a PR not a filing. Anyone can pay a fee and have a PR sent out through Market Wire with anything they want to say....period....but filing an 8K is a whole other matter.

Ok, I just got off the phone with Mr. Mark Friedman from investor relations in regards to the status of the Divy.

All paperwork has been filed with the SEC at this time and they are still awaiting confirmation/approval. They are expecting to hear something soon, hopefully this week or next. When that occures, CBIS will PR the Divy and set a new Record date accordingly.

So just to be straight, no Divy in regards to preferred shares has been awarded to anyone at this time.

That also means that we should probably expect this thing to run higher when that PR is released. Until that time, I would hold all my shares and maybe take this opportunity to add to my pos.

Maybe so, but stocks trade on future projected earnings....not on the here and now. So if the company is awarded a contract, the pps should go up to reflect the projected earnings growth....

Agree 100%.....if SLM* can file their 8K less than two weeks after change in ownership, then you would think that same around here. Please do not bring up the complex issue....it should have been filed by now unless something is wrong....we have already lost interest and momo on this position. My fear is that when it does finally come out, it will not lift it to near the level that many are expecting....I hope I am wrong though....

No, I think we should have seen some sort of notification by now if it was finally approved. The PR states that they filed for the Divy and awaiting authorization, we did not get anything stating its approval after the filing, and I am not talking about their board of directors.

I tried to call Mark and CBIS, but only got his brother-in-law who said he had left for the day, but would be around tomorrow to answer any question. I will be sure to call him first thing in the morning when the market opens.

1. Status of Divy final approval.
2. Paydate for the Divy which was not covered in the PR which it should have been.
3. Ongoing projects to include FDA trials.
4. Expected return on sales of product to medical establishments.

I would not pay much attention to him, he is just part of a "pump and dump" team.

Why bash on a company that will open on the greys.....it will be months before it will trade back on the pinks if ever.....I would also expect the price to plumit significantly as well.....I would not even touch this on a bounce play to tell you the truth...

Simple, company has failed to give us a proper update on their proposed Divy....they have lost investor confidence as well.....they need a CEO that know something about running a business IMO....not growing and mixing weed.

Dude....who cares about vote speculation two years from now. Just because it got 46% does not mean it will pass in the future in CA or anywhere else......

We need to focus on the hear and now which includes their business model going forward in relation to clinical FDA trials, funding needed for the trials, and how they plan to make money now and in the near future......

Wow....that makes no sense at all if anyone takes anytime at all to read the announcement......stock is worth .287 ps period. Anyone paying that or more is just throwing money away especially if the deal goes throw by the end of the week as stated.
