How soon everyone forgot who supplied the data connection at CES for Srmx, It was Tmobile. Last year people said there was no nda. His 3-5-19 letter said that there was a nda. Didnt hear anyone say, oh i was wrong. There is an nda. If he is off a day or week on a set delivery, who cares. The products are moving along if you believe it or not. Comical it is to read these posts. Show them to your parents and friends to see what they think. If Max doesn't deliver, alot of people will be surprised. Like Tmobile, Microsoft and others. Tmobile keeps growing. If they charge $10 a month per sim card of IoT. Why wouldn't they welcome companies like Srmx. The potential for 5G is huge. It is going to change the world, believe it or not. When the signed deal with Tmobile happans, will be the best news so far. They seem very willing to work with IoT companies. That is where they will make their money. No other cell phone providers are advertising like they are. Patience will pay off.

As you know from our previous newsletters, we have several key projects currently in active development. The most important right now is the completion of our test models for our Smart NB IoT Outdoor Air Quality Monitor and for our NB IoT PCIe card. I am personally travelling to Taiwan on April 20 to inspect the test models developed and built by our own IoT technology team in Taipei. I will then travel on to Shanghai, China for some very important meetings scheduled with our technology partners, including with Quectel. I will then return to Newport Beach on April 27 with the Smart NB IoT Outdoor Air Quality Monitor samples and NB IoT PCIe test models for product certification.
Now that date can be set in stone as a quote from Max that can be blamed for every ridiculous reason that is not in his control. Imagine 10 employees sitting around making pixie dust. One of those being this guy.

We first engaged with T-Mobile’s IoT Team in February, 2018.
We then extended this engagement with U-Blox for Narrow Band (NB) IoT module development in March 2018 and we began developing the NB IoT Ambient Air Quality Monitor with T-Mobile in April 2018.
We successfully showcased the NB IoT Ambient Air Monitor to the public at the PARKS Associates IoT Conference in San Francisco in May 2018.
We continued to test the effectiveness of our T-Mobile IoT Network system nationwide through November 2018 and in that month, we delivered 20 NB IoT Ambient Air Quality units to T-Mobile’s IoT Team for inspection.
We successfully showcased, live, our T-Mobile/TriCascade NB IoT network system at the January 2019 CES show and received a very positive response. At T-Mobile’s request, we then engaged with Quectel NB IoT chipset factory for further enhancement. In addition, through our CES presentations we were able to discuss with Duke Energy for the possibility Tri Casade/T-Mobile IoT development projects.
Last month, we submitted the application to T-Mobile for an exclusive 3-year wholesale NB IoT agreement.

No, I have followed this since early jan 18. Looking back it has been ruff to see what the company and shareholders have gone through. Max has products he believes in an now other companies are seeing that they have been tested and work and they can make momey also. If Srmx sells 10 million units of IoT. Thats 10 million cell bills that go out every month. Why wouldnt they want to sign a contract?
If they are never applied, they will never be executed. I am sure there will there be negotiations on that contract. It will be good for both partys.
Sorry Oldman, i know only of the products and usage. I know that both reverse split and product sales are just guesses, but i do know that people talk to thier car and phone why would a house not come into play on that to. No other cell carriers have on thier web site as good as Tmoble about IoT. I just hope srmx can keep up with whats about to happen. The first turn key operation thats ready to go with product is going to do well.

Max C. Li. Say or think what you want, a 3 year exclusive agreement is pretty big. That has been in for a month now. When Tmobile request you to engage with a chipset factory its more that Tmobile has tested and approved a working product that will sell. Att had exclusive on I-phone at the start and it worked out pretty well for them. If that agreement goes in three years you will wish you had your shares back. The potential for volume of product demand is more than any one can know.
For SHMP to be under a penny and go over 70 cents. Harry maynot be to far off,given time.
Facts do matter and the last 14 month skeptics will be corrected on their opinions during this time. Hard work, good connections and good products mean good money!
I wish i knew that info, but i dont. I have no insde information on this stock. In my opinion based on the equipment design on possible units that can be sold is quite large. Even if srmx sells 7 percent of the US market, thats alot of profit that will be made, not to mention world sales. Everybody wants to retire over nite. In my opinion patience will pay out very nice.
Anybody thets knows more than stocks understands that i takes time for planning development and production. Yes it has been a year, and the time is coming for the 5g technology and equipment. Yes it is fun and exciting to see this happen.

Ski Q will be able to replace at lease 7 other equipment router and modems, plus connect all I of things in your house on a see all viewable touch screen. Millanials will eat this up. This year will good for Srmx!
When people try to flip a stock and flop instead, They take it out on the sticker. If they try to beat down a share to buy low they bad mouth it. If they own a competitor share they down play it. The Ski Q router will be useing the 4g technology to deliver 150 mega bits per second through the Att network using thier network and sim card. I dont know what the 3x 3 stands for. This would be done through the ski Q, witch they are calling a smart gateway that means it will doing multipy tasks on its own rather than just passing traffic like a regular modem or router. It is a far more superior device than anything out there. The first 1g signal was analog phones. 2g was digital that included texting. 3 and 4g is when the smart phones came out. 5g has the capability to down load 45 HD movies if you had good connection to a cell tower. Thats like the most 9 houses would use at peak demand. This was from Max 1-17-19. In order to live demo NB IoT, our booth needed live telecom NB IoT network to support the demo. I want to thank our telecom partner for providing this great support. Live demo NB IoT is not as simple as just doing a Wi-Fi demo. Ericsson came over to our booth and recorded a video the whole thing - they were the backend telecom operator and they knew that Tri Cascade was presenting the live NB IoT demo at the show.---Max never said who the sim card provider was. Just figured it was T mobile.

Out of all the products that i have heard Max mention. Ski Q is the one product that will generate the most money. An yeah i dont know. It should be obvious to every one that want to make money on this stock, that modem is the biggest deal they have going for them. Way more than some on this board know.
Facts are, there is alot of interest in this company. Some positive, some negative. Im sure The things that Max is trying to do are 10 times longer than he would like. Doesnt mean hes not doing them. He would get nothing done if he had to post his every move and conversation to the shareholders. A year from now some people will have a different opinion. Thanks Oldman for the follow up.
