rinse and repeat
only 4 on the Surgeon Advisory board now, interesting:
http://www.titanmedicalinc.com/company/surgeon-advisory-board/
McNally and his group could have made a buyout offer to Reiza for his 6 million shares. It also required him to give up the presidency and board seat. I could see where Barker and Bernholz went to Reiza and said we are out of money and options and this is the best option we have: An offer to buy you out (an 8 figure buyout - north of $10M), he gives up his presidency and board seat but the new shareholder brings financing to the table that will complete SPORT.
If Reiza doesn't agree, SPORT can't get funding needed for completion and Titan is worth pennies and Reiza's 6M shares are worth nothing.
An 8 figure buyout for Reiza at this stage is still a life changing moment and will give him more freedom and options then he could have ever imagined.

wasn't someone here saying Shore isn't qualified.
randall has to be next, by weeks end would be my guess
its obvious to me that there was an agreement in place for financing and it was contingent on getting their guy (mcNally) in place. Just a matter of time before it is announced IMO. Also, the question will be for how much - remember that the shareholder agreement stipulates a vote at 20% threshold requires shareholder approval
Timesyours, save yourself time and put that guy on ignore. His post are a waste of your time. No value whatsoever. For someone to think Shore is of no value, they are just talking to stir the pot and it is OBVIOUS that they've done ZERO due diligence. Which then brings up another thought, he probably approaches all the other Titan related posts the same way, just stirring it up w no credibility whatsoever.
Agreed.
they said they were going to keep it private - only show it to the JnJ/Google Executives.

new job posting for Verb Position: can only be good for Titan since they are much further along than Verbs robot based on what they are looking for in this position.
Job description
Our firm, The Mullings Group, has specialized in executive medical device search for over 25 years. Our client, Verb Surgical is focusing on a new sophisticated surgical robotics technology that will revolutionize the current state of minimally invasive surgery. This effort is backed by global giants Google and Johnson & Johnson, and both have committed extensive resources and funding to see this organization through to success.
Verb Surgical is seeking an expert in engineering analysis to assist in their first generation product development, as well as subsequent generations to come. This individual will work to push the boundaries of weight, speed, and precision associated with this complex surgical robotic platform. This role revolves around the challenges of designing FEA models and then helping design the tests to prove out the analysis work in assistance to the mechanical design, controls, and test teams.
This is a great crossover opportunity for a structual dynamic analysis expert to move into the ever growing medical device industry. If you feel this position speaks to your expertise, please share your information and we can set up a time to chat further.
Then you should work on how you deliver a message. I would imagine its the same way your message comes across on this board.
bc you didn't step up and write the letter yourself, just a thought, that's what usually happens when you expect others to do things you want to do
whatever floats your boat. If you are looking for help, start with April 22nd (that is when April warrants expire)
And now the countdown begins.....
Design Freeze gets the PPS up to $2.50/share minimum.
JnJ is developing and ramping up their sales training curriculum for their robotic sales reps and robotics division.
There will be no fire sale. This is going for big dollars.
JnJ and Titan - 2017
Thank you, so true, i am going to unload my position, I haven't been as diligent as I should have in checking all the charts and having access to the wisdom of those on this board have convinced me. I appreciate the insight of the anonymous posters on this board, it has helped clarify my thought process. I don't know what I was thinking doing the research and due diligence and forming my own conclusion based on the information uncovered.
video on physician monitor - shows what appears to be titan snake arms
Check out around the 2:40 mark and tell me what u see.
watch for a new year surprise, dont want to sell and miss it
dont forget jack golden
Funny how we don't know who the supplier is
IITF, i am not referring to IREP - I am referring to the Titan patent regarding the wristroll end effectors.
some of Neoguide's personnel (engineers) now work at Auris
Follow the patents - Titan's patent portfolio is worth $4-5/share easy and if they get the next one then it doubles the value
interesting that they haven't sold their SP even though it has been FDA approved for over a year. It's also interesting that they haven't just released it and dealt with the patent infringement litigation by little ole Titan - after all Intuitive had over $4B in cash and Titan has $6M.
Titan's Wrist Roll end effector patent is worth $2-3 itself - can't utilize snake arm technology without it - possible that anyone that incorporates a snake arm technology into their system will need to license that technology from Titan. Hey, it might even be why DaVinci SP is held up.
Patents alone are worth more than a $1 - I would imagine that a $1 buyout would represent significant legal issues for Titan and plenty of litigation
by the way, if anyone thinks they are going to hire a new CEO - don't expect one anytime soon. IMO, they won't hire one, Barker is the CEO and will take this to buyout.
Also, Titan has a patent that is absolutely essential if snake arm technology is used. IMO, one reason that Intuitive hasn't released their SP b/c they tried to incorporate this patented technology and realized they can't. Now Titan can license that technology in the future, especially with "partners"
Patents and technology, its much more impressive than TRXC. Yes, Titan is in a much better position than TRXC - no doubt in my mind and why I have been adding. My position hasn't changed - Titan will partner with JnJ just have to get these warrants thru April off the books. IMO, the longtai deal will go thru and that money will get us to April.
Sorry but that is a horrible idea. Their product isnt sellable and their stock is around a dollar and change. At one point it was at $14/share. Plus, all those engineers developed Surgibot, I wouldn't want them anywhere near Sport.
maybe Siemens will get involved:
http://www.philly.com/philly/blogs/inq-phillydeals/IPO-planned-for-Siemens-medical-devices.html
sounds like the Verb Software could be used on SPORT. Does anyone know what system DaVinci runs?
wasn't in the last MD&A report either. maybe they scrapped it and decided to implement Verb's software.
Interesting that they don't mention anything about LiveData - that agreement is up in 2017.
