Good clearly states how important fnf are for the real estate lending
More likely after Watt is in place, so gets the credit along with the President
Okay guys I've been reading this board for a while and observe some weak hands folks how are genuinely concerned and some bashers maybe ignorant bachelors common thing on Fannie and Freddie as if these are some companies who do not have any effect on our lives, just as a disclaimer I have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years now and I can honestly tell you that I and tens of thousands maybe hundreds of thousands of others who work in this line of work will be without a job if we somehow someway some crazy thur-sun of crazy official decides to do away with all these two companies Fannie and Freddie.
Let me just to tell you a few reasons why and I'm stating this for the newbies or the ones who are ignorant about this market mortgage and real estate, to put it simply send me and Freddy are the lifeline of the mortgage and real estate industry homeowners home builders banks lenders dd home furnishing business d home remodeling business and I can go on and on and on, simply being able to get a loan to purchase a house gets people to spend money they spend money on furniture they spend money on remodeling they spend money on appliances they spend money on internet they spend money on cable I hope I am making it clear again this is just for the ones who are ignorant I know many of you understand this.
Guys this economy of hours is heavily invested in Fanny and Freddie being able to provide liquidity that positively effect many many many businesses.
Also not to leave out that myself and millions of other home owners needs Fannie and Freddie and some kind of a government support or interest rate control to make sure we have low interest rate so we can afford to own our own own homes.
Guys invest with caution do your DD this is just my own view on Fannie and Freddie and the industry or industries they Support.
This is my honest view and opinion good luck to you all please don't mind my English writing.
Great hope soon will start the run
Nice find
Makes good sense
Market will tank without FnF
Can you post this article
Good eye
You don't give up? Fannie is the beast
One step at a time, worming up now
Theeeee more the better, keep it coming
She will soon
Nice, thanks for posting
Haha haha that's funny LOL
Why woukd they dump this stock, it's the back bone of the US real estate mortgage, without it the real estate will tank ( will go straight to the dump), the only reason its down is the government keeps it down by spreading all these negative proposal to wind it down, by illegally taking the profits it's generating .. we all know this will not happen and can't not happen. Time will show you.
Hahaha you are funny
Good earnings should be released early in the week, Friday releases are for bad news imo
This is the link to New York Times article,

New York Times; The lawsuit brought by hedge fund Perry Capital against the federal government over the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bailout may be the case that finally subjects the government's bailout practices to closer outside scrutiny. ()
this is great for FnF
Wow what a strong statement
Reasonable I am glad your are trading Fannie may agian give stronger hope now

Very nice find, thank you for sharing
Looking for green close, imo
The cost to borrower is 0, so when rates were 6%, it may have cost banks 4 to 5% to get the funds to lend. Now it costs near zero
By Friday
I think so, share holders are definitely stakeholders
Amazing work, thank you
I buying more, I think she is ready to rock as early as Friday
