As I stated in another post, the reason many are so uninformed on this board is because a select few is always too quick to shoot the messenger. Sounds like you’re using recycled PR’s to lure or should say entice people who are seasoned with the ins and outs of ARTS. Most of us here have been around for a long time and there is little ARTS can do to convince us that an ace in the hole. Believe it when I see it.

So basically there is no way of knowing the status of any of the announced projects. We now know that Rhupert isn’t going to happen until spring, if at all. Talk about walls tumbling down. Now we’ve got this maniac sitting there with an additional 10b shares to try and spend on projects that should have already been completed. What a mess! And on top of that, he clearly hasn’t the God given sense to pay Tom Nelson to be his sorry butt out of this. So his intent is to suck the life out of more unsuspecting investors…if they are out there. And he has flat out lied to my face and probably did the same thing to Mastertrader and the rest. I would be totally surprised to learn that mastertrader and some of the others are still holding this stock.

It makes perfect sense why he would print more shares while the stock was reaching or at no bid. He hasn’t the money to pay for anything and has been lying about everything. This guy needs to be sent to jail. No wonder Master trader stopped posting after he return. He had to have sensed that this was a sinking ship. Among that picture, I saw nothing that spoke success...everything was under construction. So now Rhupert doesn’t air until spring, if at all. The Picasso was a farce and they’re not selling anything. The SEC should actually halt trading on this one.

Monday will make 24 days without a PR of any kind. Did ARTS dump Big Apple or was it the other way around? Has anybody driven by ARTS lately to check and see if the lights are on?

I viewed at your post from EMLL. You seem to have a history of posting information that doesn’t actually pan out. What if this news they told you is coming out soon is informing us of an R/S? After all, this CEO told me on the day he had filed to increase the A/S by 10b to an existing 10b that things would be different that what everyone was saying. This guy cannot be trusted!!!!! And you need to cease from telling people to buy when you might be getting ripped off yourself. What I don’t understand, not just from you but anyone…if you bought 60 mil on Friday, whys didn’t you just buy what you needed and not come back telling us that you’re going to buy on Monday?

we did NOT wanted to speculate on the “value” of the piece. We have paid,( as we already reported), $ 2.5 million, and we wanted to make sure that we do not overstate our financials. Next thing you know, you’ll be claiming that you were induced into ARTS because we posted a 50 million $ asset. We have lawyers and accountants who are making sure that we are in full compliance.

I’m pretty sure he stated in an email to newman that he owns the piece but didn’t add it to the Q report for lack of an appraisal of which he could have complete confidence in quoting actual value.

Do you happen to know just how many .0001 thru .0003 there are standing in the way of a run to .0004? I have no reason to doubt what you’re saying but for the sake of those reading and becoming impressed by what you’re passing on and about hedge funds etc., are you just speculating or is there more that you’re not sharing with us? We’re all been burned badly by this sort of information sharing already, so I’m just trying to nail down some specifics.

There will always be some to doubt what you say but more people would believe you if you’d stop the random, short single sentences. What specifically did investor relations say to you because it is my understanding that there are no investor relations currently. Someone with your name also posted on the other board, is that you or a different person? So are you basing your buy advice on what the person you talked to said or do you have other information you can share?

Below is the second email exchange which occurred between EV and me. What is significant about this one is it was sent on the same day he filed for the increase in the A/S. The market had actually closed when I received this reply. I find this one to be the most interesting because of its timing. Note the time of day on his response. Draw your own conclusion as I have mine. I asked what the poster had posted was true or false. His response was” False”…You’ll see”. Well today is Saturday September and what I’m seeing is a “no bid stock”. In his defense, there may still be something in store but….Draw your own conclusion. Because so many are so quick to blast those who come forth with news, I was not going to post this and just keep it to myself. So let this be a lesson to those who shoot the messenger time after time.

Also, note that this exchange between he and I occurred approximately one week before the no bid. I’m guessing he was referring to the A/S filing, increasing the amount from 10b to 20b shares.

RS99 and tenacious, I’m asking you to put off your suspense a little longer because I would like to give EV the chance to clarify, in some manner, what he meant in his email before I post anything. I don’t want to screw something up, in case he was confiding in me and my only…I’ll give him another day before I post what he said, however if ask that I not share, it then everyone will just have to wait. I will say that what I have to share may not add any light on what is happening to us right now.

Note the date of this reply to my post Maverick and then go to the Nevada filing for increased A/S. both dates are the same. EV communicated with me on the 14th of September, a few brief words and again on the 22th of September a few more brief words. I’m allowing this some time before I call him a liar but to this point, it looks as though he’ll say anything. I’ve sent him at least a half dozen email attached to those two brief emails but nothing yet. This is the first time I've mention these emails to anyone.

Funny you should touch on that because I was thinking along those same lines. But you know, something isn’t adding up here. With all the potential this company has and the connections that EV should have, why is this PPS sitting on a no bid right now? I say continue to watch because if EV has half a brain, he will get this thing moving again…and soon.

I would like to establish a timeline as to the last date EV contacted an investor from this message board. If you’ve this from EV this month would you mine posting the date in which you were contacted? Thanks in advance!

I have to say that at this point, EV should be about the business of putting something out there to inform his investor of ARTS financial status if this isn’t a scam. For too long, ARTS has operated with an unusual amount of secrecy. EV went to a lot of trouble to create all of this if it is a scam but perception is everything and right now ARTS legitimacy is looking more and more questionable. Ev has been slow to react to a crisis and each time he fails to do so, his past resurfaces and bites him in the rear. No one is going to invest in uncertainties and that is just what ARTS is currently…A huge uncertainty actually!

Generally, the amount of money invested is reflective in the degree of intensity in the complaint itself. Less money, less worry. Nonchalant…less dough invested and farther removed from the issue.
