details on the SPPI deal. i'm assuming thats what most people are waiting for before really jumping in this
true, but the buying will come when the news comes. i was worried there would be a selloff in the in between time, and it doesn't look like that is going to happen. seems like a very solid stock.
i'm out for now, will get back in around .003 or .0031. too many sellers at .0035 and bid support is faltering.
doesn't look like anyone is willing to sell down here
bid support building at .033
agreed, they've been getting hit hard they'll fall soon enough
huge buys at the ask, bid support looking good. volume is here, soon we will breakout
chart is looking good bollinger bands tighting up here we go
haha he has been a bit bipolar these past few months hasn't he. some characters on this board for sure.
Amazing consolidation today and great the way we bounced off support and right back up even with all that selling in the morning. This is a very strong stock. Churned through 170 million shares no problem and remember volume precedes price movement. The rest of the week should be green.
bid is building this is about to go
two mms on .0026 then up to .0029
and 5k to bring it right back down. at least we know there aren't many shares down here
11k brought it right back up, talk about a fake wall
big buys coming in now
heading back up, support held
like clockwork. load up on .0007s and get ready for the ride.
John I really appreciate your post, it's nice to get a realistic opinion on whats happening here. I don't see where people are coming up with a dollar a share either. I do, however, see some potential and picked up a starter position today at .0325. I agree that we may see .025 before another run and will wait and reevaluate before picking up more shares. Thanks and good luck too you.
"How would I or anyone outside of the Co know what they are working on." Companies typically have a list of what is in their pipeline. There are regulatory bodies drugs need to be approved by so they would be published.
"If all you deal with in trading is facts, you lose!!!" I think your talking about gambling? I invest based on facts, charts, and a little intuition. I guess we just have different ways of investing. Good luck to you.
wow talk about a fake wall. 9's up
that last buy just knocked out two of the mm's at .0008. only one left and then 9's.
now thats just a stretch. i like to base my investments on facts, why do you think this company is going to come out with such a blockbuster drug? beside what they are doing with SPPI, what else is in their pipeline?
lol 3 bucks just took out the 7's
Yes I understand why they were given and the difference of it being a payment and basically a change in ownership. What I am saying is that if they did need money, they can sell those shares at anything over .04 for a profit. Of course they won't sell them all, why would they. However, in six months when the restriction period on those shares is over and if they do need to raise money we may see some dilution of those shares. That is all I am saying. Because of this I find it hard to believe PPS will be a dollar. As good as this company is, it's still a penny stock and depending on their financial situation dilution is almost always a factor.
sorry should have been more clear. 6 at the bid, 1 at the ask.
i wish it was .0006x.001 haha
bids are stacked. 6x1
Read my post, I said it is something to consider when making a longer term investment. Those shares only have a six month restriction period, and if your waiting around for this to hit a dollar IMO six months will be here sooner than you think.
Agreed, which is why I've been scooping up shares at these low prices. Seems like anything under .04 is getting harder and harder to come by.
I've always taken into consideration the A/S if thinking about long term investment. Those 500 million shares that were used to acquire the facility in Malaysia came out of the A/S. I'm not saying that was a bad move, IMO it was a very good move. But once the six month restriction period on those shares is over they can be sold into the market which would raise the O/S to over 600 million correct? I highly doubt they would dilute like that, but its always a possibility. If I'm getting this wrong please let me know. For now that's how I see it though, and as such I'm treating this as a trade rather than an investment.
Excuse me, i meant to say A/S. Per the 10q from May 2010.

I'm liking the way this has been churning at these levels and I think we're getting ready for a move up. The low float will allow this to climb quickly but I don't understand why everyone keeps saying this is a good long term investment. The O/S is 1 billion. VPRO would need HUGE revenues to make this worth anywhere near where some people are saying. $1??? You have to be kidding. Is there something I'm missing? Has the O/S been reduced?
nvmd found it in a previous post, 6 months restriction. i don't think they will be selling either, as they are the majority shareholder now. looking forward to this week and good luck to everyone else here.
so i see the 10k from 2009 where the 1billion shares is listed. any reason to believe the O/S has been raised or reduced since?
Thats the type of info I was looking for. Thanks CeeMoney. I'll be picking up shares tomorrow.
I appreciate the reply and your opinion, but I was hoping for some facts. If they were to sell shares, when would they be able to on open market?
Anyone know when the 500 million restricted shares can be sold on open market? I'm looking to buy tomorrow as this is one of the only penny plays that i actually feel is a legit company with a bright future, just a little worried about all those shares sitting out there. Thanks in advance!
Lots of complaining going on here. Nothing has changed and I will continue to buy. The facts remain that the company is planning on upgrading to current status and combined with the A/S freeze the chance that this will have a major run is too great not to be picking up shares at this level.
I own about 1.5 percent of the float and it sounds like other longs here own large percentages as well. I wouldn't be surprised if we own close to 10% and I am confident that we will be very happy with this investment as dismal as these past couple of weeks have been.
loading time. check the charts, this has been the historical loading zone before the pops
