got fax from the TA - as of June 1, 2007

this company has 419,295,646 outstanding shares of which 12,709,795 are restricted shares and 406,585,851 are free trading.

from the most recent 10QSB:

As of April 16, 2007, we had 250,194,198 shares of common stock outstanding, $0.001 par value.

which means that the company sold or converted via debentures a little over 169 million shares of stock.

not a screaming sign of dilution imo, simply doing business as usual, the next filing will tell us a lot.

There are quite a few here who if they liquidated would result in much higher volume just on their own position. One of them got out. No biggie imo. I'd be more concerned if it was widespread sell off. As it is, it's a buying opportunity. We're just trading shares back and forth imo until news hits -the tight float cuts both ways...

yes - we have ordered the neroskin product for our son (2.5yrs) who also has mild eczema. The ordering was easy, shipping free, super quick delivery. Early days on the product but does seem to give him some relief (Mild Moisturizer since he's a little lad).
