Yep, looks to me like 0.0061 would be the buy for today...based on level II....then who knows...perhaps tomorrow you could get them at 0.0058???? Isn't that the problem here.
Guess JF just thinks investors are going to come knocking on his door to give him money for shares....daddy, they will come!
too bad....if JF knew how to half sell his vision and accomplishments to date for this company we would still be in the pennies....
Wish i had your faith in this....i used too, but JF killed it.
i have 500K of shares at 0.00949 average pps to dump when it pops on news...and another 214K of shares at a higher pps that I will hold....GZFX is done getting money from me to grow the company.
Well mike, exactly how do you know this? Because JF said so?
Well, i have worked in several large companies who's stocks trade on the Nasdaq....each company has had numerous deals with other major biotech companies and also have huge pipelines with new discoveries and drugs being added constantly....even with all the concern for secrecy etc....once certain information is filed or released to the public there are always details that can be discussed freely and or described without fear of making private information public....
imagine what it would be like if every company did what JF did...take the easy way out IMO.....no way that all he could state is "everything is fine"....NO WAY!
Why bother even having a shareholder update if you are only going to tell your shareholders I can't say anything....no way and no way CC would expect this from JF either....certain details could not be disclosed (understandable) but to say nothing can be discussed....absolutely NO WAY!
As soon as I see some evidence that this stock is going to the moon real soon then I wouldn't hesitate....but frankly...right now...zero evidence of any shareholder value and no effort by GZFX management to attract new investors as can be seen by the volume and the current pps.....
I mean really look at the chart since the major announcement...and then how big did we all expect the national rollout to be???? Where was all the fanfare....where was the update????
CC is doing fine, thank you for asking.....lazy CEO didn't even consider asking CC what he could discuss with his shareholders...clearly information already disclosed to the public is not protected by a non-disclosure clause....so why not provide us with the information everyone wanted to hear.
With seven million in the bank and a CC deal on the table....he probably should have waited until he needed the funds before clobbering the shareholders over the head....lets face it, many other CEOs can both grow the company and grow the shareprice at the same time.....not this one!
Also hire an experienced IR/PR firm to help attract new investors to support the dumping of shares onto the market so as to reduce dilution and maximize price per share obtained. It obviously wouldn't hurt for JF to take a few public speaking classes and to learn how to be well prepared for public addresses....I mean geeeezz....
Want to know something funny....a month ago, I would have dumped any profits back into GZFX shares....not now....based on trading volumes guess I am not alone in this regard either. JF really screwed it with that second SB-2 immediately following conclusion of the first....IMO.
OT: Sold an additional 750K shares of BkMP to lock in some profit...will let the rest ride free and see what happens if and when they announce a US carrier...
Pumpers over there are crazy, calling todays high volume move down a shake...LOL....same old same old....even on IHUB many aliases all posting the same lies.
Geee, it was my understanding that shakes usually occur with low volume....a sell-down or sell-off is usually observed with high volume....did I get trading 101 wrong????
My advice to those who bought in yesterday at a much higher pps...
(1) Many here have put a lot of time and effort into obtaining and posting significant DD for BKMP.
(2) Several here purchased tens of Millions of shares at 0.0002-0.0003 pps range and have over the past two days sold portions of those holdings such that they now have large chunks of free shares and/or additional cash holdings
(3) Many of those traders will buy-back in again at an established bottom to continue to build either cash or additional free shares or both.....flippers/daytraders.
(4) When a carrier is announced, your investment albeit at a higher pps will make you money....
(5) Hold, sell, or buy more to average down. This is entirely your decision.....but read these boards carefully and be aware that some here will take advantage of the inexperienced trader.
(6) I have learned this lesson the hard way....momentum plays usually last 3 days and for the most part you will want to be out or free depending upon the company.
With carrier news...this will fly....with other news it will/may pop and then sell back off as traders swing it.
Best of luck to all....holding a core position now...albeit free and won't personally be buying more until US carriers are announced.
or, it could just be that today is the third day of a huge move upward and traders are selling to lock in profits! This is a much more likely scenario than any I have read here so far....
Because they have a terrible player with very low resolution (at this time)....definately not state of the art tech at all!
Man DowJones is down over 130 points....WOW!
OT: yeah that and 3.1 Billion shares traded on Friday and so far today another 2.705 Billion shares...and an increase in pps of 110% over the last two trading days...(I know that is a novelty for GZFX)....
and as for being out if it turns....I am in at 0.0003 and riding free....wish i could say the same for here...where I am sitting at just above a penny and lots of red....and a no PR'ing CEO...but hey, guess it is OK to pay a stock investor site to pump shares for you however???
It is important to take note of the fact that at the current pps this is equivalent to a 60% gain for one day.....if it holds at this level that would be terrific and set the stage for another upward push for later....JMHO.
2.61 Billion and flying....
2.400 Billion busted
had Power E-trade Pro first when I was trading larger transactions...now pay for Market Trader....unfortunatley, my transactions have fallen off as my money is "stuck" in GZFX....not willing to take a loss there yet....
2.338 Billion....E-trade Market Trader working....but no level II's on pinkies....
oT: That is correct....it is only the quotes that change, the trading still takes place out to 0.0001's...
and thanks for the definition of WAGs...i thought that is what it was, but you never can tell today with so many acronyms.
Actually the broader market is severly oversold currently after being hammered for the past couple of weeks...however, many expect they could continue to fall for the next month or so....based on reports I have read.
Can someone please tell me what WAG stands for????
Xan,
No problem...i fully understand the 3-day rules for a momo play....but you can't argue with over 5 Billion in shares trading in 2 days which clearly indicates float is churning.
Secondly, not so sure I would talk too highly of GZFX share structure currently, dumping of shares (as JF clearly did)....he is hardly untarnished as a CEO in this regard.
OT: Yeah, and with a stock buy-back in place, a frozen CD with no more dilution, and a Verizon Wireless deal.....not to mention US carriers soon....and a CEO that seems to care more for its shareholders....
OT: Yepper.....sold one third my shares to remove my investment after a triple and am now riding more free shares than i currently have in my total GZFX holdings......learned the hard way....thanks to GZFX daytraders and flippers.
yeah, that is it, its the MMs...not the traders flipping their millions and millions of shares...LOL! Flip away....I am FREE!
Sold one third of my position today and now riding the free shares....this time I did it correctly...experience is a very good teacher.
i have no idea....however, sometimes even someone with bad experiences in the past can come up with a winner....lets hope TFN/BKMP is a winner both short term and long term....certainly can't fault the guy in terms of his attempts at garnering shareholder value for his shareholders which is more than I can say about some stocks i have been in....aheemmmmmm (gzfx)....hummmmmm.....hmmmmmmmmm......(my opinion of course).
The PR states:
(1) "there will be NO more conversions of the debenture to common stock for the next 18 months"
(2) "in addition to the moratorium on the conversion the company at its option can repay the debenture at any time during the next 18 months without any penalties or bonuses of common stock"
(3) "and the final terms of the negotiation was the debenture can be converted, at the option of the debenture holders, into a long-term loan to the company payable in five years with a 10% interest rate on the loan."
Not only that, he further states:
"We are very pleased that we could work out these very favorable terms on the convertible debenture and that this stops the dilution of the common stock. Now we can focus on the business and building shareholder value for the long term," stated Sandy Winick, President of Blackout. "We are optimistic that we will be able during the next 18 months to either retire the debenture or have the holders convert the debenture into a long-term loan"
Sounds like he hopes to cancel it altogether....
Don't rule out the possibility of BkMP simply paying off the loan and canceling the debenture altogether....the PR does not state will convert to long term debt at 10% interest it gives this as one option amoung several outlined in the PR....including continuation of conversion at a later time period....
Did I read this incorrectly?
Also, my understanding of common shares...is different than restricted common shares is it not? Didn't need to clarify...it is already stated...common shares.
it is my understanding that this is the price at which shorts will begin to get concerned and cover their short stock.....how the price is calculated is unknown to me and I am not really sure that I got the first part right?
It is a very good question!
Yes, you have posted this post previously....and I (personally) still have the same problem with any suggestion that hedge fund conversions of debentures are "often" restricted. They are not often restricted and following conversion they are freely traded common shares.
Yes, you can say that BKMP isn't the same as any other sub-penny pink sheet stock, but not in this regard in my opinion.
The point that you make about assuming that the OS is 12 Billion (less buyback, less Sandy's holdings) until data can support otherwise is the best approach.
Those 8.2 Billion which resulted from the conversion of debentures (past tense) are not out of the picture for 18 months. The PR states no more conversions going forward, not backward and your post(s) are completely inaccurate and misleading....IMHO....
OS is 12 Billion with no further dilution, float is unknown to anyone here because there is no record of restricted shares. Only shares owned by Sandy.
AGain, however....when any stock trades 3.1 Billion shares even with 12 Billion OS it is going to move....lets hope for another 3 Billion day...but at least keep it real.
nicely stated!
That means if you are not knowledgable enough you could pay 0.0004 cents higher per share because they will still trade at 0.0001 increments but are only quoted to 0.0050 increments....
and i am more than somewhat doubtful that it will be quoted like that anyway!
Surely you jest???? Google compared to a startup company who's stock is sub-penny? that is actually very funny!
Now tell me how many people do you think have no knowledge of who or what Google is? and how many have no knowledge of who or what GZFX is?
Better yet, Google news for Google and then compare it to GZFX's news????
Too funny!
This information, along with the other numbers that you have formulated and tabulated should be put together into a nice package and included in the IBox portion of the stock....
Put it under the heading of Future OS or Dilution Tracker or something like that....very very helpful information and important for all "investors" to understand.
Yes, wouldn't another exchange be great....i wouldn't hold my breath on that one just yet though....a company who files 2 SB-2's back to back doesn't have its eye on a higher exchange....in this case actions speak louder than words and they clearly say...we don't care about the shareholder.
Now, having said that, reading this board, and watching the trading of GZFX stock for sometime now...I am getting a bit more of an understanding of where JF is coming from with some of his comments about "american shareholders" and i use the term shareholders very loosely....not that JF doesn't share some of the responsibility for where the current shareprice is, but the very short term daytrading attitudes here have helped considerably. (IMHO)
Nice calculations....lets hope it is so! I would love to see the OS be in that range after the second SB-2 is completed...a much better place than 9 Billion+....IMHO...
Well, in my book if a TA is off by a tillion or so shares then they ought to be tied to the rack and whipped...."How dare you question my employee"????? It must have been a relative???
Either way, the only person updating shareholders when he feels generous or minimally in a filing is not a good deal for investors.
Xan,
Exactly how do you state that within the existing SB-2 that their is no way we could end up at 9 Billion....unless of course you are suggesting that a large chunk of the existing has already been converted at a higher pps than the 0.0050 which the calculated 5+ billion was derived from????
