So it turns out that purported $80 share price from 2008 was in fact just 8 cents. Yes, those were split adjusted figures as was pointed out.
So no, in fact this has never traded at $40 as has been claimed.

Show me a $40 trade. How many shares was it for?
Thank you for actually putting in some legwork. I have as well. It looks like they tried but failed.
Unfortunately, I am very much right. Read it yourself.
I've looked and never saw anything. That's why I am asking if anyone has actually seen it and can provide a link, screenshot, anything.
Which of the hundreds of filings includes an uplist?
Can anyone show me "previously on NASDAQ" DD? I keep seeing the claim but I've never seen one single thing indicating they ever were. All there is is a PR from 2015 explaining the need for a reverse split. While they sure did do the reverse split the very next day, it doesn't appear they ever actually uplisted. So, anybody got DD that they did?
Unfortunately, that is an mistaken opinion being spread.
No, its' not. That is showing a share price of $100,00 per share.
And here's the $100,000 share price screen shot:

Those screenshots also showed that the price was up to $100,000 per share.
Read the Leakout Restrictions for yourself. As soon as the Effective Date hits they can start diluting up to 33% every 30 days.
Too bad those were lies. BRTXQ has never been on NASDAQ and has never traded at $40.
Please, try to prove me wrong.
How did that prediction work out?
Okay, clear up my misconfusion, when was BRTX previously on NASDAQ?
Maybe we can clear up some of this misconfusion right now.
It sure sucks if some ihubbers or youtubers were counting on this as a "gotcha moment".
When was BRTX listed on NASDAQ? I have never acknowledged anything like that and insinuating such is a total fabrication.
Still wondering about that BRTX NASDAQ pump. So, got any references about when it was trading on NASDAQ orrr...
Or it shan't. Which sounds kinda gross.
Can't wait for the next failed NASDAQ pump, awesome!
Got any references for Auctus running up the price in the past?
As far as I can tell they are just a toxic dilution machine. Pretty much selling no matter how low it goes, because it's still all profit on their end.
Inaccurate reporting is the problem.
Maybe it's 3 days, maybe it's whether they were previously on NASDAQ.
Here's an idea, report the truth.
Sticking with a story has been the downfall of many an OTC trader. Good luck to you.
But that's still different than 14 days. 14 business days is still different than the 14 days cited in the legal document, no?
And 14 days is not 14 business days. Am I wrong? Just pointing out truth manipulation.
So now providing proof is conditional, lovely.
Out of curiosity, do you even realize that you changed 14 days to 14 business days in your description of it? Not complaining, just observing.
What "prior NASDAQ listing"? That is entirely fictional.
History has a habit of repeating.
Thoughts?
Pretty much nothing. Bunch of false information being perpetrated. Thanks for asking!
Still can't find any NASDAQ history.
Just a PR trying to explain a reverse split.
An opinion on a message board is not confirmation.
Just like the "confirmed NASDAQ" which is imaginary?
When were they NASDAQ?
What did I get wrong?
"I already explained this" is pretty much the worst answer for anyone who wants to know the actual truth.
It indicates that there is not an actual answer, only an implication that there has been an answer, without any substantiation to it.
Let's get some actual reasoning.
Are you saying the POR is Effective already?
Oof, that means 33% every 30 days. Guess that explains Friday afternoon.
What did I get wrong? Spell it out for all the world to see.
When was it NASDAQ? My research seems to indicate it never was.
Please, enlighten me.
Creditors can sell as soon as the Effective Date hits. And it was 14 days, not 14 business days. Read the stuff for yourself, there are a whole lot of opinions floating around that are not so much based in truth.
When was it NASDAQ?
Talk about mistruths...
The amazing thing is making money from a stock. The crappy part is that you made that money from less sophisticated people who didn't know better.
Make sure you are on the right side of the trade.
Please, tell me again about the 4 part leak restriction that magically came about from the 3 part that was actually documented.
Got all night.
