Yep and I am nothing but a liar putting up false and misleading info here...LOL.....look at the pattern of history of the company only this time they may have reached a point of no return maybe that is why Halperin bailed,,,,who knows.....just my personal opinion.
Cmon, its been happenning over and over again evertime they put out a PR about something they hype it to the hilt especially on IHUB and the PPS rises but does it stay there for any length of time? no, do a little research, wash, rinse and repeat.
Is Lyric Jeans Inc. (PINK:LYJN) stock a buy?
by Fred Mason
Within three hours of the publication of a press release yesterday, shares in penny stock Lyric Jeans Inc. (PINK:LYJN) rocketed up more than 300 percent from $0.006 to $0.0237. That pushed up the company’s market cap nearly $15 million in just 180 minutes. The move came on the announcement that Lyric will soon launch a new jewelry collection under the brand name Lyric Nation at nearly 1,500 Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT) stores.
Does that make shares in Lyric Jeans a buy? As is the case with most penny stocks – no one really knows for sure. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the company hasn’t released any financial data since the quarter ended March 31, 2010. Still, here’s what we do know: As of March 31, 2010, Lyric Jeans had sales of $170,317 and expenses of $237,693. Total net loss for the period was $164,410.
Since March 31, 2010, we haven’t gotten any financial data from Lyric Jeans, which makes it difficult to determine the effect of the Wal-Mart deal. If the jewelry line will be sold in 1,500 outlets, each Wal-Mart location will need to buy more than $11,000 in merchandise in order for the deal to be worth more than $17 million in sales. Of course, that’s not a good measurement when trying to determine whether the stock still has room to run as market caps almost always outstrip annual sales. Investors, after all, buy shares in a company to capitalize on future growth.
The question now is, how sustainable is Lyric’s growth? Is the Wal-Mart deal a one-off or could it lead to more deals moving forward? There are more than 2,500 Wal-Mart locations in the U.S. Should the retailer see encouraging sales of the Lyric Nation jewelry line, more orders will almost certainly flow in.
Lyric also claims its products have long lined the shelves at other well-known retailers including Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom and Target, and in March the company announced it was unveiling a LYRIX brand jewelry line targeted at girls ages 13 to 17 at nearly 800 Claire’s Stores, Inc. Should the jewelry line do well, Claire’s has more than 3,000 locations worldwide Lyric might be able to tap. Both deals are signs the company’s moving in the right direction. And it just might breath some longer-term life into a stock many investors had written off.
Until we start getting actual financial reports from Lyric, though, the announcements probably won’t lead to a long-term uptrend in shares. They might, however, convince Lyric to start publishing regular financial results, and – pending the numbers in those reports – that might turn Lyric into a long-term buy.
How sustainable was the PPS rise this time in May? Same as it has been for the last 5 years - non sustainable which equals pump and dump any way you look at it in my opinion.
Thanks LR, its old news but thanks for posting it anyways for me
After it went up 300% in May and caught my attention, initially, I liked what I saw. There was nothing but positive (pumping) statements in IHUB. Webpage looked good, different retail outlets, products, etc... then as the PPS began to fall and they failed to report to the SEC their financials, Would not even speak with me on the phone, have have had a shareholder meeting or CC, etc...etc..etc.. thats when I really started digging and looking into the complete history of this company and now I know why we sit at .005.
I am not reporting info. Read carefully if you a re able and you will note that I was merely asking a question of MAC after he posted about BOD members leaving and probably dumping 300m shares.
Now, you are the one who posts significant amounts of misinformation dating back years. I have compiled a chronological lists of your post and done comparative analysis with the pattern of pump and dumps this company has done.
I love your recent posts about how much profit they have made now and if you are so certain about the OS and the float where do you get your information from. Do you have special sources of info that other common shareholders like us do not?
Good post MON and I agree with you. I can't sell either at these low prices and take a huge loss so I am all in with you but I just don't like the overall picture at all that I am seeing and the more data comparing analysis that I do dating back to 2006, the worse the picture looks to me in my personal opinion. A few have benefited greatly by unethical means and illegal means in my personal opinion and that is why I am putting so much time to document and uncover every single bit of info that I can from the inception of the company and those that were involved openly and secretly and benefiting while others suffered significant losses.
Just my own theory and personal opinion, Draw your own conclusions but .005 should make it easy.
I think I will call Halperins office tomorrow in Florida and ask him why he left Lyric and tell him I got a hot tip on a penny stock.
So what do you think the OS is right now 750M to 1B? What about the float? 500M with all the dumping going on.
Well you have the nice girl named Abby who answers the phones. You have the nice interns MAC claims to have had pleasant conversations with recently over the phone. Probably a chinese seamstress making the clothes and a few underage guatamalan laborers making the jewlery. I think that adds up to 5 employees right? Used to be 6 full time before Halperin exited.
Why has there been no PR announcing his stepping down from the position or was he asked to leave or fired? Does anyone know?
The same way another one on here claims to "have made tons of money" off lyric stock yet wont answer a simple yes or no question about whether there is an association or compensation involved.
2006 to 2011 history of pump and dumps so maybe he is just making an educated guess based on the history of the company.
I wonder when the are going to announce that Halperin is no longer involved. So we do not have a BOD really just a girl named Hanna doing who knows what with our money at this point. In case Hanna hasn't checked recently her company is down 95% since she started it. Who is backing (financing) this scam (my personal opinion) besides us fools here on IHUB?
Wonder if it is a going out of business sale?
It was broadcast using multiple sources of PR including IHUB. It pumped the stock up 300%. Did it sustain the .03 PPS for very long? No it did not, Look at the history of their so called great product releases dating back to 2006. PR comes out flying in spam mails, websites, IHUB, etc....PPS rises significantly and that is the pump. Does it hold its value for very long? Not in the history of the company that I can find, hence the dump.
I guess really good traders who can sit in front of the computer all day can make money on this stock because it seems to be a pattern that has continued since 2006 in my own personal opinion. Do your won research and see how many times it has happened over the years. Compare it to the volume, shares bought before the pump/release of PR (by whom) and sold before the PPS starts falling again as it has done since May. Wonder who sold at the high point knowing it would fall again. Good trader or someone with a little more inside knowledge of the company then the common shareholder has available due to the non SEC reporting and lack of communication with the BOD and shareholders.
In my opinion they are true and each one can be traced easily and statistically documented to show the pattern.....wash rinse and repeat.
Do you really want me to start posting dozens of links dating back to 2006 for the board members to read showing the historical pattern?
Where the real analysis comes in is where you compare who they were always using as their pumpers whether they be actual entities, websites, or even just individuals such as those that use IHUB to promote Lyric on a continual basis. Were these paid promoters? Unreported? Who benefited from the past P and D's? Who had the inside info? Who made "tons of money" off Lyric as one board member here has stated to me while vacationing in the Bahamas?
You put all the pieces of the puzzle on the ground and slowly start putting them together. I specialize in link analysis and showing connections that most were unaware of.
You could be right, who knows.
Who would sell at these prices? Not me and I am down huge. Glimmer of hope? not really, just don't like losing and it is not an official loss until I hit the sell button.
I have been compiling statistical info on the dates of the pump and dumps, the PR releases, how many, the product talked about, the amount of increase versus decrease, the huge buy ins before the jump and then the huge dumps before the PPS falls. The use of sources such as IHUB for promoting the stock but not wanting anything negative posted. Do they receive any type of compensation? I wonder about that? Certain individual(s) who seem to know in advance when the pump is going to start and really start promoting and maybe even accumulating stock shares or are given stock shares as compensation, etc...etc..etc...wash, rinse, repeat....
They have had products (much the same) since 2006 and the stock is down 95% since then. Tell the unknowing misinformed investors who carelessly bought in at .03 in May when they had their last pump and dump and had all those products in Walmart, bloomies, Claiares, etc...
Why didn't the price hold at .03 or go even higher? The historical picture is exactly the same the pump, the price goes up on fluff PR and never holds its base it then dumps and goes even lower then it started to begin with which is where we all sit now.
If you look at the historical info on the company dating back to 2006 so will see a consistent pattern of pump and dumps using promotional PR. Last one occurred in May up 300% and now at .005. You would not classify that as a pump and dump?
Because Lyric has a pattern and history (back to 2006) of being a pump and dump penny scam according to info that I have researched. Only my personal opinion of course but they won't let the shopping season get sway without putting out some type of fluff PR which will pump this back to a penny or two for a very short period of time.
Another great day for Lyric close at .005. Wonder what the open will be tomorrow? 50% off maybe?
How do you know what their mark up and production costs are? You are only speculating right? Don't forget they have import costs as well from China and Guatamala products that are made for them.
I guess we will just have to compare their Alexa rating statistics for the month to see if they generated any activity that is significant. They are at the very low end of the rating scale currently for their online products.
Sounds like the nail in the coffin to me as in "going out of business sale".....just my opinion and speculation of course.
LOS ANGELES, CA - (Marketwire - March 26, 2010) - Lyric Jeans, Inc. (OTC: LYJN) today announced that that is has taken steps necessary to become a Pink Sheets reporting company, including entering into the Pink OTC Markets Issuer Services Agreement and assembling the information as required by Pink Sheet Guidelines for Providihng Adequate Information. "The company is certainly excited that the market has expressed such an interest in our stock and progress as a company. We never anticipated such an overwhelming positive response," said Lyric Jeans CEO, Ronny Halperin. "We are working diligently to provide our shareholders with [up-to-date] information, which will be available on Pink Sheets," he continued.
LOL, YES THEY ARE......CAN WE PLEASE GET THIS REMOVED FROM THE SEBPAGE IF THIS INDIVIDUAL IS NO LONGER ASSOCIATED WITH LYRIC AS THIS HAS BEN REPORTED SO ON IHUB?
I didnt set the open at .0046 today. The MM's did.....why?...to try and create some activity with the stock. MM's do not make money unless their is trading volume and activity with the stock. When it is not happening due to lack of interest and investor confidence then they have to create it by lowering the bid/ask maybe tripping some stop limits to kick in, encourage day traders to buy in etc...Longs are just stuck here. To low to sell and t isn't going up that is a given at this point in my opinion.
True, it is all speculation and personal opinion but lets look at the history according to some members on this board site and Lyric themselves. They have chosen not to report any financials until they can show they are a profitable company from what I understand. We have no financials "again" so they it is safe to assume they are not a profitable company "again" this past quarter despite items flying off the shelves as some have posted.
Comments about my report and subsequent request for a complete and thorough investigation? Merit or no merit does not matter at this point. The facts will prove or disprove my any illegal activity occurring.
I agree but that is also conjecture and speculation on your part. Either route does not seem to good for us though.
So you have confidence that they will put out a fluff PR touting how great their sales were during the holidays or wouldn't you have much more confidence if they put out an actual SEC report with real numbers showing the REAL picture rather then the airbrushed ones.
LOL, it opened at .046. Now if you are a trader and buy in at .046 and are able to sell at .056 well you made a few bucks that day.
5 years ago the stock was worth 95% more then today. How is your confidence level now?
LOL, if I did, the first thing I would do would be put out a complete and thorough and timely SEC 10Q regularly to show the investors what is really going on inside the company good or bad, they have a right to know so they can make informed decisions with their money.
No 2 guy on the BOD has bailed according to info on IHUB here. What does that tell you about the status of the company. I believe he holds around 103M shares or something in that range. If he no longer works for LYric does he need to report if he is dumping?
Will wait and answer that question at a later point.
It opened at .046 today. There is zero interest in this stock right now. No one wants to buy because they have no confidence in the company. No one wants to sell and lose all of their investment. The MM"s will need to create some sort of activity here and they will do that in my opinion by lowering the PPS to bring in the traders who will buy in the .003 range and sell same day or few days later hopefully in .004 maybe .005 range. Longs are screwed with this stock right now unless you can average down and get out with a modest loss of your investment. Just my personal opinion.
I have authored a very detailed report and am confident in a thorough and complete investigation being completed.
Same guy that has been saying this was a great company and promoting it for the past 5 years. no PR because sales versus net profit just arent there. That is why no official financials either. The no 2 guy has bailed on the company. PPS is .0053. There is no PR because there is no good news to report at all PERIOD.
The obvious reason is "there are no good financials to report". Have you asked yourself why no 2 on the BOD bailed? Did he dump 103M shares after he left? Would he have to report it if he were no longer working for the company? Does this mean there are only 5 employees now for Lyric and of course all the nice interns MAC has pleasant conversations with.
Fellow shareholders, wake up, we are getting screwed in my personal opinion. Draw your own conclusions but all the promoting of all these items in all these different stores was supported by nothing. Not one financial report or even a PR saying sales were strong and profits rising.
.003 will be the new low coming soon in my opinion
The stock is down 95% in the last 5 years. How much time you gonna give it there to make your millions? Their no 2 guy on the BOD just abandoned ship also so how well do you think the company is doing? Do you think he dumped his 103 million shares also after leaving?
or just screwed out of your money possibly in a scam ponzi scheme in my personal opinion. Form your own conclusions and enjoy your investment which is down 95% for the last 5 years it has been in business and currently at.0053 and falling everyday.good luck to you.
Are you joking the low volume means zero investor confidence and no buying even at .0053. People cant sell at these low prices either and lose their tail. The MM's will have to continue to lower the bid/ask to try and create some trading volume and money for themselves. .003 is not far away.
Does that also apply to pumping and fluffing the stock as well with multiple posts of the same info? Sure seems to be a lot of that going on here over the years from a few select persons. So it is the same deal both ways?
