Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. (Pinksheets:SNRS - News) announced today that the company is in the final stages of completing the mold for the Verizon iPhone 4 Solar Charger Case. Preorders for the Verizon iPhone 4 began last week on Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011 and the initial interest appeared to be heavy.

The Verizon version of the iPhone 4 has slightly different measurements and technology. Sunrise has decided to design a completely new mold to make sure that the Verizon customers will be thrilled with the way our solar charger case will fit snuggly onto their new Verizon iPhone 4. We feel that customers will be extremely happy with the exceptional quality of the materials used.

Lunch will be over soon, i say by 2pm we start the push to leave the 3's and work our way into the 4's. and by end of day we ramp up again with a push leaving the 4's and hitting the 5's...

thats not what was stated. it was said the emails bounced back which implies something very different. i am not saying not getting an answer back is good but lets not imply things that are straight out false. just another means of those spreading the fear to gain cheap shares.

My guess is that the website is launched Monday morning along with the live video feeds. I have worked in the IT field for years and web launches are always always always delayed especially with live feeds, I can guarantee problems relating to a launch on a projected date. It is just the nature of the technical world. It is best that they just delay the whole launch of the new site and get it right all in one shot...watch and learn

Should be intersting today as Monday will bring the new website launch along with streaming video. With any additional luck and proper timing perhaps we will get a PR stating an MM has signed with SAEI and even better would be a confirmation of the buyout offers still standing. Imagine if a PR were to come out from SAEI stating that the SEC has cleared them from any wrong doing!!!! WOW!!!! See you at $25!!!!!!

Short covering must be over at the .02 ish level. When new site is released with streaming video along with an announcement that an MM is signing on to SAEI we will retest those .95 levels and then gradually make our way to the 2.50+ level buyout number previously reported. It is all in the works, the big guys know it and are playing it. Congrats to all that have held through this difficult time.

Once one is added I wonder what will happen to the PPS?

I am not sure what is going on here with this stock, neither does anyone else for that matter both positive or negative for this stock. With that being said, volume is low however there are days we spike in volume to 1MM-2MM shares. The price has remained flat, roughly .025 with dips to .02 and spikes to .03. The theory this would plunge to double or tripple zero's has been squashed as has the rebound others were talking about happening a week ago. What will make this move is positive news, life being shown from the company or contracts or real buyout news. At this point EVERYONE on this board just has to wait and see. I think it is wise to throw a few bucks in if your not in yet. It looks like we might get a few MM's to support us and an update to the website. That will show some life and probably a pop in the PPS and I would bet it will hold the pop as well. Best of luck everyone!!!

This is how I see it. I have seen a fair share of pennies demoted to the grey's. Not one EVER from my seeing has come out afterward weather it be in PR or email format to its shareholders suggesting a resolution to this issue weather it be with the SEC or suggesting an MM to support its trading once again. Not once have I seen a grey say they were going to revamp a website and reorganize with live feeds and so on to increase investor credebility. Let's face it credebility is what this is all about. Yes, a full PR would of been better than a letter but I will take what I get being its a grey. I am not saying we are going to get a miracle here but it is possible if they do what they say they are going to do this may rise again, who knows maybe that offer was for real. This market game is a cruel game, ESPECIALLY with foreign investors, crooked things happen. Who knows what others know, who is scooping up on the greys that might well know a buyout is in the near future. Stranger things have happened. With the efforts being brought forth by the company and if things materialize by the end of the month I think we are looking at that one stock that defies the odds and runs like mad. My guess is close at .03 or slightly above. More will come in after lunch and buy now that that email has been released. It looks as though SAEI has a few things to say so I would expect a PR out any day. That PR should get us back to a dime or more....

CONFIDENCE IS WHAT WE NEED!!!! If they PR what is in that email, it will suggest confidence amongst the investors, add legitimacy to their claims, show good faith and also spur more interest amongs MM's.
