They are delayed there. The direct SEC location has been posted.
I remain in firm in the fact that they have never been on NASDAQ, which they haven't.
I have never made any claim about any future plans that may or may not come to fruition..
The 8-K is out.
That is an erroneous page. AMEX did not exist then.
But AMEX did not actually exist then, so there's that.
2017 you say? Well it seems the following still applies: "In March 2009, NYSE Alternext U.S. was changed to NYSE Amex Equities. On May 10, 2012, NYSE Amex Equities changed its name to NYSE MKT LLC"
AMEX did not exist in 2017 either.
I don't consider mistaken opinions non-issues when it comes to investing with real money.
One single cherry picked page out of the entire internet. Why does every other page out there call it OTC?
One single erroneous cherry picked web page out of the entire internet that otherwise recognizes the proper OTC status of the company...
Got anything of actual substance? Here's mine, OTCMarkets says that BRTX has never uplisted or downlisted anywhere:
Anyone can go look for themselves and confirm that.
Yup, they knew that they did not have the other requirements to list even if the RS gave them a share price high enough to qualify.
It's an imaginary document, why should I waste time looking for it?
Please post it then. Let us all examine it for its merits.
That wasn't "full documentation", that was a single erroneous web page cherry picked from the entire internet.
Thank you for actually doing some DD and realizing that there was a mistake on that web page.
As has been said, BRTX has never traded on a major exchange despite opinions to the contrary.
They never were, that is a mistaken opinion.
And they were never on AMEX or NASDAQ, correct.
Because investors should be able to make investment decisions based on facts, not mistaken opinions.
If you had more you would show them instead of clinging to that single cherry picked mistaken one.
What question?
Got anything besides one single cherry picked mistaken page?
Everywhere else it is correctly labeled as OTC.
That is one cherry picked mistaken web page. Everywhere else properly refers to it as OTC.
There is no evidence it ever uplisted.
One cherry-picked incorrect site does not a fact make. Especially when everywhere else properly refers to it as OTC.
Because it's a false claim.
And yet it's always listed as OTC everywhere else. You double check those prices?
The OTC Markets page shows that BRTX has never had a venue change from OTC.
One single mistaken page does not an uplist make. Show me an actual uplist or downlist.
This never traded on AMEX, that page is mistaken. Check the OTCMarket page for uplists/downlists. BRTX never did either, it has always been OTC.
Check those prices against a chart, they are quite incorrect.
That appears to be erroneous information put in by hand. The quite obviously wrong share prices should be a clue. Look at those prices, then look at a chart of what the prices actually were..
This never traded on AMEX either.
This never traded on NASDAQ. That is a fallacious opinion making the rounds in order to mislead the unknowing into having more confidence investing in this than they would have had otherwise.
BRTX was never listed on NASDAQ either.
They can still whack bids from there if they want.
"As of the Effective Date" - it's in the official court documents. That date has not happened yet.
BRTX never traded on NASDAQ. They did a reverse split with uplist as the excuse but it never happened. They went bankrupt instead.
Proclaiming that this was trading at $40 is disingenuous and could lead investors into something without knowing the real story.
That was a chart of split adjusted prices, not a volume chart.
Just proving that this never traded at those levels. That is a mistaken opinion being paraded around as if it was truth. But it is not true in the least. This never traded at $40.
