I don't know that possible dilution is holding this stock back very much. 95% of the crap I've seen so far about the convertible notes has been parroted not from the disclosures themselves but from crappy websites.
That's the difference between objectivity and fraudulent selfishness. Thanks for being objective.
Oooh I got a prediction too!
DNRG might go up next week...or it might go down. It's going to do either! Promise!
The 10Q presumably would reveal if a dilution were to happen.
Note, DNRG can pay off the debt before November without incurring penalty.
No where in the 10Q does it say "and after". Intentionally spread misinformation.
If you manipulate stock boards, then yes.
Be wary of frauds.
It's hilarious when traders constantly boast about their exploits. You'd think, well, if all these people are making money, why not piles of millionaires everywhere?
Why not? Because, in the long term, traders mostly lose and lose over and over again. Just like poker players, very few come out ahead, most leave with nothing.
Don't believe the hype. Making $5000 today, losing $10000 tomorrow. That's 95% of traders.
The last month has traditionally shown this stock to fade 90 minutes after open bell. Today it gained momentum the last two hours. That's a huge change over the course it has been taking. It has stabilized IMO, I can't wait to see what the next PR will do. Gonna be interesting.
Too many newbs clogging up the airwaves.
If you're prerogative is bragging on forums about how much money you've made, chances are, you're netting nothing. People who are really making money hand over fist are busy with more cerebral endeavors.

Yep, and throw in fast computers these days and high-speed trading is condoned and allowed and corrupt.
The SEC does nothing because they know if they exposed large-scale rigging operations it would melt faces off. The stock market would crash and investor faith in both the gov and the vessels used to trade would be permanently scarred.
I have less problem with shorts as I do with the clear rigging. If a stock is moving it should move common sense to share volume. It's absurd how many stocks are showing rigging. I think almost every one I've invested in under $10.00. Even if you look at what happened to LL, big ones get rigged too.
As someone who many years ago vowed to avoid investing, I was borned in recent years and took to it. But it's proven to me a very cynical view of how the world works.

He's a PD. He doesn't pick a side because greed is all-encompassing.
He wants the price to dive so he can buy in, ride it, sell, and watch it again.
Notes for new investment in this stock:
Lots of misinformation and clarification of info.
First off, no dilution that is visible or unreasonable.
Second, board members own lots of this company.
Third, someone stated yesterday the CEO is part of a group of investors. Lie.
Fourth, this stock has guaranteed, signed contracts with three different power consumers. They are GUARANTEED as long as DNRG holds up their end of the contract. These $$$ amounts are over a period, not yearly.
Fifth, the stock is being actively manipulated. That's not DNRG's fault but the criminal brokers themselves.
Sixth, financing agreements are in the works. There is nothing in a PR or in the public sphere but they have been hinted at directly and they WILL happen. Amounts, who, when are the questions.
Seventh, their CEO makes $90k. There is no fraud in the company board. If so, they're failing at it.
Eighth, the company won contracts because they proved themselves able.
Ninth, the DRC is a stable yet below-investment-grade country. That is one investment obstacle.
Tenth, this stock is heavily shorted therefore, if you're a trader you're actively corrupting its growth by swinging. If you don't care, fine.
I work hard for my money. I don't expect this thing to put up 20% gains a day but I do expect it to act reasonably. 200k shares should not drop it 20%. That's not real. That's manufactured. Pathetic.
The mission since the 1980's hasn't been company growth. It's been about pumping and dumping any company. Biotech is a sector that gets destroyed by shorts - I read a news article about how these companies could have the next cancer cure and they get destroyed by greed from the outside.
After I'm done with this stock,
I'm quitting the stock market. I'm tired of being an unwilling participant in greed and criminal activity. This stock isn't the fraud, the whole market is a fraud. Fraudulent computers controlled by corporate interests are actively manipulating stocks and it should be illegal and punishable by law but instead, it's ignored.
Just like TBone said, 20% drop on no volume is a scam. Shameful and pathetic.
It does this every time.
My vent though is now with "new blood" comes the trolls and FUD. And soon, traders stuck will start to bicker and whine.
Day trading exacerbates shorting.
Day traders are the problem. Shorts short stocks full of day trading.
Chock full of day traders. For shame.
Shake 'em out, let's get some real investment.
Beware of the FUD.
Ok, time to answer your rhetoric concisely because, clearly, you haven't been here before today and clearly, you are sifting the top layer because you haven't been here before today. Your 20 minutes of DD is obvious.
1.) We all know the past of the company. Do you know what "priced into the stock" means? Next.
2.) "The CEO is from a group of investors". No.
3.) "I have a bad feeling mostly because I think the contracts will just get won by these larger companies who can undercut the competition and develop better technology.
GLTA.
I would really love to see a contract awarded to this company for an actual power development project, then I'll be convinced."
-the contracts are signed. This has been repeated ad nauseum
-they are actual power development projects
4.) "Akon might get contract sooner than this company". Are you daft, child?
Geezus, some of you... wow.
You just said in another comment that their contracts could be stolen (paraphrased). You don't know jack.
Everything else you're going on about has already been priced into the stock.
Move along.
This stock always does the same thing. It busts a nut for the first hour and coasts out. Newbs wouldn't know this stock from ADAM.
That's what happens when you go up 40% in 30 minutes.
It needs to get 5% gains a day, not 500%.
Your concerns are largely based on ignorance. Do some DD and come back in a week.
For cripes' sake, you think contracts can be stolen. LOL.
Damn stock is up 150% in 36 hours and you newbs start whining.
Get lost. Greed.
Traders are the best friends of shorts.
You know nothing. Scoot.
First off, they SIGNED the contract.
Some of you newbs need to do more DD.
I'm no pumper, but I know the basics.
They don't have a contract with the US government. They have one with the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
They have a partnership with the US government's initiative.
First off, I think it was trading 5000-10000 a day before it skyrocketed.
No, there were almost literally nobody holding this stock before last month.
Most people who are commenting on this thread arrived yesterday.
"Financing is not an issue".
False. I posted earlier about some of the issues related to financing.
Also, the contracts need to be filled. Those are the obstacles right now. I'm heavily invested in this stock but I won't be a pumper.
Notes on DRC to be considered:
Moody's changed their credit rating to B3 in 2013. It remains stable. The country is considered non-investment grade. The GDP is $14 billion; they have a similar (yet much larger) hydro project called Inga III being pursued presently which would supply 20000MW and cost $80 billion +. A little perspective on these agreements. Much of their industry is mining. The eastern side of the country still faces political strife and the country is emerging from dictatorships as of 2003. Surrounding countries are relatively stable.
Yes, I think the stock will bounce around like a rubber ball for at least the summer.
The DRC is an emerging market with a B3 Moody's rating (stable) and it's been that rating for 2 years. It's GDP is $14 billion for the country so these numbers have to be weighed according to their merit. It's not an investment grade country but is surrounded by stable countries but still has political strife in the eastern part of the country.
It's not that simple. What has to be established is a clear ability of DNRG to meet the contract. If it's too speculative and risky, financiers will avoid. Then DNRG will burn out real slow over the next year. I don't see that happening BUT, all things must be considered.
I'm not saying there isn't interest - I'm just trying to do more research into what exactly is happening. I'm in 350k shares at this point so you can take my word I'm more than happy to see this thing explode.
I don't see exact specifics in the PR. They say, "we have relationships". This may be because they are waiting to PR that soon. It sounds more like they are announcing an impending financial agreement and not one already in place. I could be wrong though.
I haven't seen a PR though with specifics.
Oh yes. But be advised, this is an emerging market. The risks are higher. These are politically less stable countries with less stable markets. Financiers will take that into account. Financing could happen very soon but the longer it takes the more this stock will be a risk. We need to see banks and funding institutions by the end of summer for sure.
This isn't a US project. It's an Africa project.
I think it's an important note to keep the floor level.
MAKE NOTE:
Numbers are contractual, signed guarantees but require financiers and infrastructure. It is a proposed number upon the fulfillment of the contract.
The KEYS now are
FINANCING
INFRASTRUCTURE
If you see these things, this stock will be $10 lickity split. These are the next keys.
I don't like chucking out price targets. But this bast*** has held gains and then some today. It isn't like last week and it resembles last month. IMHO, I think it will reach .15 tomorrow.
I personally want to see 10% gains, not as geared to see 100% gains every day. That's too volatile and long-term cats will have to piss their pants daily.
Notes about PPA's
Now, I assume first that "power provider agreement" and "power purchase agreement" are the same thing. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong.
-PPAs are CONTRACTS between two parties, signed
-PPAs are a key instrument of project finance and predate financining
-one of the key benefits as such is definable and definite numbers for revenue, time span, output etc and as such it is a great little piece for financiers to check out
-it is binding for seller and buyer and is enacted the date of signature, hereby guaranteeing the buyer X amount of energy
-buyer typically guarantees seller meet terms.
So you're looking at - over the next year, the 3 MW agreements must be fulfilled and by 2017, the 200 MW
The major hurdle is infrastructure. How will a company come up with the capacity to produce this?
Well, a couple ways can happen that I can think of:
One, heavy financing allows for acquisition of facilities to produce the tools to do it
Two, DNRG gets acquired
Right now, the key is seeing how DNRG will achieve these large obligations. That is a caveat emptor - but, these are CONTRACTS. What I perceive is within the next few months DNRG gets acquired. That's IMHO. Either that, or they get a HEAVY deal from someone. I think Delphi is a key piece here.
This stock is not going down unless this is all a Madoff. Anything can happen but that seems pretty absurd from what is visible right now. Someone, somewhere sees the value in this company or else they would not be signing deals with them unless these projects are banking on DNRG failing to meet obligations right off the bat.
Which is another caveat - DNRG has to now put in place a strong foundation to get it done. Just like a house buyer has to make sure they can afford the $400k house in the hills vs the $50k house.
Reading the news today makes me excited to see the 10Q. Maybe that's why they are late - they gotta keep up with themselves, haha.
