EZTO-A Reverse Merger of some type, every penny stock reverse merger I've seen goes BONKERS! One that comes to mind off hand is LFZA, on 9/26/06 it started trading @ .0004 and within a month she blew to .85 for high..........I have the chart hanging in my closet as a reminder..........

OK, I did attend(Memphis@ 11:00 to around 1:00) & this is what I got out of the meeting: Mr. Wiley was very professional & straight forward......Its been a long road to get where ATWT is at now and now Mr. Wiley stressed what we need now with the new kidde alert system(packaged & ready to go) is REVENUES! and the PPS will repsond accordingly....I bought me a package and will be giving it to my daughters' Karate class owners to install in their daycare van......For starters, if all 3000 shareholders were to purchase just one kit(79.95) that would be a instant 250,000 in sales(PR)........ATWT will be selling retail & over the internet........ At the end of the session, there was questions & answers......I raised my hand & ask about a R/S.......Mr. Wiley said, NO R/S is in the works! and w/ new revenues/financals coming into play in the near future, he would like to see .01 range & up......This is a long term play, I am buying next week as soon as funds hit my scottrade account & holding......when .01 range?? Noone has the answer now, only time will tell...............Personally, the meeting was a success and I came away having more respect for Mr. Wiley, his hard work & misson.......Hope this helps people.......A real penny stock w/ a real product.......and the stock is on sale @ a steep discount..........HLSH
