Lol. Still trying. I work about 20 minutes from the facility but every night I’m on a very tight timeline to pickup the kids before daycare closes. I’ve told the wife what I need to do and next time she has client meetings early and off campus, she’ll be able to get them and I can do what I need to do.
Haven’t forgot and it’s bugging me as well, curiosity is more heightened now as I read what a restriction energy consumption is in this industry. Looking forward to my visit and reporting back.

If PHOT can reduce energy costs by 76% and own the technology then they will be a huge player in this industry.

Gotta keep the profit bargains high but also competitive. I’m involved in another MJ play that is currently testing a concept for indoor growing and preliminary results show its reduced the electrical costs by 70%, that type of technology will help a business stay profitable, especially while price per gram keep dropping. Interesting times for this industry and all the flippers or the people looking for a quick buck are taking a very myopic view. Keep your powder dry and keep loading when you can. Eventually this industry will go parabolic similar to the dotcom boom, everyone will want in, ridiculous valuations and there will be massive amounts of money to be made before it settles back down to find its place.
GLTA, no matter what ticker you’re in.
Why does the last “news” release make it sound like only holders of PURA get a dividend?

Yet, this sits at no bid with zero volume. How pathetic.

Did this go up on zero volume? Seems yesterday it was at 2’s and all of a sudden it’s at 4

I wasn’t here for the PURA dividend, what was the ratio back then? Wondering if this one might be similar?
Got me confused with someone else, Hos. I just reported the email sent to me.
Dallas, TX – July 29, 2018 – North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. (USOTC: USMJ) and Puration, Inc. (USOTC: PURA) today released a letter to shareholders with details on the two company’s combined plans to spinoff select operations with the dividend distribution of stock in the spinoffs to the shareholders of USMJ and PURA. The details in the letter to shareholders come in conjunction with Oklahoma’s recent vote to legalize medical marijuana. Management emphasizes Oklahoma’s recent vote as an illustration of the potential for marijuana businesses catering to the expanding legalization of cannabis. The letter to shareholders is included in its entirety below:
Dear Fellow Shareholders –
Thank you for your response. Wow! Hundreds of people responded to our last press release asking shareholders to sign up to receive this letter with the latest details on our recently implemented strategic plan to expand our reach into the ever-evolving market for legal cannabis products and services. Most of you included a question or comment when you signed up. The comments ranged from votes of encouragement to some really fabulous suggestions and introductions. Some of you signing up are downright celebrities and we are delightfully surprised to have garnered your attention. Start-ups are exciting but really hard work, and in the cannabis sector, the hard work comes with a fair amount of periodic browbeating and shaming, which can admittedly take the wind out of your sails. Your enthusiastic and supportive comments and questions of genuine interest were well received, and we thank you. As an entrepreneurial start-up, we’re just a small group (to keep expenses down), but we will get back to all of you as soon as we can. We hope the information here today is helpful in response to the questions we received and can hold you until we reach you individually.
Support for legalized cannabis is growing in epic proportions. Canada just voted to legalize recreational marijuana across the entire country, but in what we believe is even bigger news, Oklahoma just became the 30th state to legalize medical marijuana. With the likes of an Oklahoma, a longtime conservative state, voting to legalize medical marijuana, continued political conservative resistance to legalization is likely to lose republican seats in Congress. Late Show host, and frequent political satirist, Stephen Colbert paid tribute to Oklahoma’s legalization vote with his own rendition of Rodger and Hammerstein’s title song Oklahoma, changed to Tokelahoma. It’s a fun watch:
Oklahoma legalized medical marijuana. @StephenAtHome has a song for that. #LSSC pic.twitter.com/IHPPTz7Thk

I’ll believe it when I see the filing. I hope you’re right. We will see Friday.
Where did you get this information? Link?
Is the date of the share offer May 31, 2018? I bought in back in April, and trying to figure out if I qualify.
Must have mixed up Canada and the U.S. as it is Canada that is expected to launch recreational October 17, after the law was passed this week.
Need the sector to get news to run hard soon! Why? I want one of these
Dominoes are starting to fall and won’t be long until marijuana is removed from schedule 1. Patience.

I played that one in 2014, bought in just under .03 and sold around .09, could go much higher this time around. USMJ could multiply nicely from here and I’ll play this one and hold for a while. They just need to get some solid developments to really make it rocket but then again, hype also drives this industry. Good things are around the corner.
USMJ
McConnel has been on board with this for a while as the tobacco industry in Kentucky has steadily declined. Their economy needs a boost and hemp can revive them. I’m looking forward to how USMJ reacts to all this.
It’s true. People just look to weed with such a myopic view. Marco has posted on this topic numerous times in the past. Hydroponics allow food to be grown in famine stricken areas and areas where climate is a restriction. The future here is bright if you can take the blinders off and see the larger picture.
Gonna be a fun day tomorrow!
This may explain why the sector was mostly red today.

Good to see you back here Pistol pete! If I recall correctly, you were providing this board the Fibonacci charts, are you still charting this one?
Let’s see if this can close at 6
What publicly traded company are they acquiring? The verbiage used makes me think it’s one of the “darlings of the industry” in 2014 before they were suspended. But I don’t think they need ACI.
Anybody have any thoughts?
Anyone saying this is “dead money” is about a year, year and a half late. This company has a hell of a history and story to tell but IMHO, this will do what all us longs have been waiting to see and frankly, I don’t mind waiting a little longer.

Let’s see if they actually announce anything tomorrow and if they do, let’s hope it’s good.
I won’t even need it to get this high. $1 would let me be debt free, buy a larger house, new cars and $$$ in the bank. Let’s see what happens here.
Supposed to get a shareholder update on May 31, and it’s going to benefit shareholders? Well, I won’t hold my breath but I certainly hope they do actually release some info.
I spoke with a buyer for Home Depot, he states they do not stock hydroponic equipment. He told me it’s a matter of the shelf space needed for a “niche” market.
That may change in the near future but for now, they don’t stock it.
