Thanks Mike - someone also informed me you can get that data on the ihub home page by clicking the "trades" tab. Looks like the $0.24 print was 500 shares some painting by a big holder who wanted to get off probably.
the 0.174 55K share print that just went through was not at the bid or ask. How does that happen? Directly negotiated with MM? maybe we have a big buyer coming in?
Raw - know any websites that show all the individual trades? My last trade module was not up in TD when the $0.24 print went through.
it took me 3 weeks to accumulate 100,000 shares at 0.125 and when I sell - I expect it will take 3 weeks as well.
I'd be more confident of that if they had no debt. I'm trying to recoup all my losses in 2008 with VBDG. I can do that if we get to $0.75 or so.
well now we all got a bunch of shares. when are we selling? Looks like alot of sellers at $0.24 to $0.30.
just requires limit orders and patience.
VBDG up 40%!
i see that!
where? when? link?
beat me to it - someone is buying
What instrument are you using to sell that call option? USO options?
thanks for the paint!
3rd best? isn't it 2nd best?
"...we are therefore excited to report our now third-best month of orders in our history."
come again?!
you guys are so cheery. Let's hope EGMI keeps us in a good mood next week!
re: ARTW - EPS was down because of high raw material costs - oil, steel, etc. But revenue was good and backlog was at a record if I recall correctly. Margins should improve going forward given the drop in steel and oil...
haha - does that happen when you add a board to your favorites list?
what is a boardmark?
No one talks about ARTW on this board. Seems to fit the criteria of value micro-cap. Earnings due out any day. Anyone have thoughts on this one?
VBDG debt situation... I dug this up - any thoughts as to risk of dilution or bankruptcy?
Debt as of Sept 30:
- $3.5 million in Senior ABL borrowing (this is a revolving $5 million line)
- $2.6 million in subordinated convertible notes (currently down to $2.2 million with a maturity of August 2009)
- $2.9 million in commercial real estate mortgages ($1.8 million long-term first mortgage, and $1.1 million second mortgage with a July 2009 maturity)
- $0.3 million in 11% convertible bonds
- $0.24 million on an acquisition-related promissory note (currently $0.15 million).
With those notes and the 2nd mortgage coming due in the middle of 2009, it is reasonable to assume that some form of refinancing and/or restructuring would need to occur.
Also they are a 49% owner in that real estate property that is listed for sale at $3.3 million.
u havent been around long. Sometimes this doesnt trade at all for the entire day.
called it! http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=34224700&txt2find=egmi
I call nothing usually so I'll take being right once :)
I always thought up on low volume is good because it shows that the current holders really believe fair value is much higher. I still retain this is a bullish indicator for the long-term...
but I think chartists see the phenomenon of uptrends holding on heavy volume because it brings in enough new shareholders with a higher cost basis who are new and would like to hold for a while and see a profit before selling. Without this turnover on low volume - it gets tastier and tastier for shareholders to sell for a profit.
So I see the chartists point of view - it has logic behind it - but I submit to you that up and low volume is a better indicator of long-term success in the company. I wonder if any chartists can verify this - perhaps uptrends on low volume get shot down easily on profit-taking in the short-term but is also a precursor for long uptrends that follow in the longer-term?
haha good idea
Does VBDG still own dermafresh?
http://www.dermafresh.com/index.html
that sounds better. Anyone have a link?
boy that is comforting.
Finally gave in - bought my final 1800 shares at the ask of 0.1698.
100,000 long and strong.
Ive been buying all year. Trying to get to 100K shares. 1,817 to go. I'm bidding 0.143 - who wants to make my day?
Finally my penny stocks are moving... ZYXI, EGMI, VBDG, AYSI all on the move. Let's hope this is a start of a trend.
etrade now shows 0.17
now the ask is really 0.17 even on etrade
rawnoc I see etrade has the bid ask sizes at 50x5000
what's that about? I am bidding 5000 shares at 0.1226
I hope it doesn't mean 500,000 shares are for sale at 0.14
more eyes are home watching - good point.
why on earth isnt this stock higher? I can only think it has to do with the debt.
spoke to Ameritrade. They confirm its a tech bug on their end and they will try to fix it. They have 0.14 as the ask on the internal feed but they admitted that the feed their clients see is showing 0.17. They say they have bugs like this from time to time on OTC stocks. Sad and scary.
wow thats messed up. Im calling ameritrade to see why they dont show up
TD ameritrade shows 0.17 as the ask on level 2 and on the streamer. HDSN is the MM on the ask... what MM do you see on the ask at 0.14? Which broker do you use?
0.1226 x 0.17 - that is one crazy spread. I'm the bidder. I have 5K more shares to go then my buying will be done. Hook me up.
this has been one of my ongoing concerns with the company. They don't build a brand. Could it be because their products suck? In any case - the financials seem so out of whack so I picked up 10k more shares today and trying to pick up another 5K to reach 100k shares.
