Ironically it is the exact opposite of what you said here. This stock will go up because it is in stronger hands IMO. I have no intent on selling down here.
New HOD at closewould be nice.
Agreed!And buy a damn membership..lol
We may close green today.
We'll I have been called Dumbmoney77 before....
I meant with affordability.
Exactly. We need the other loan. And two Nigerian officials at the meeting made it clear that the govt supports this and that the people can afford it. They said once the factory is done we have no problem....
If a pre-purchase materializes we sky rocket IMO making the June run look tiny. If it doesn't we'll see steady growth as we get closer to factory comopletion IMO.

It has already been posted that the board members said that they first pursued the A/S increase months ago when they didn't know if they would get the loan. They said at the meeting they still wanted to have the access to 3.5 billion shares so they could have the flexibility to buy out smaller companies and things like that. This company is planning for growth!
BTW
I go through my day never playing the devils advocate. Instead I just focus on what I want and continue to attract it. Doubt serves nobody.

This article mentions the dollar amount that Nigeria will make off its 7.5% royalty in the future. It also says that Nicosan will be made available in every pharmacy in thecountry.
Xkem needs the Nigerian loan 4-5 million or a pre-purchase to ensure that no more dilution will occur. Having met the board members and looking at how they continue to deliver on everything promisede I do not see dilution as a concern at all.
My feeling is that the loan is going to happen since the UPS loan went through. The pre-purchase is not a done deal and is still being negotiated. It could be one anual purchase or it could be regular purchases. It is all still being worked out but if it happens it will be sizable.
Read this article carefully. I can't vouch for Nigerian media standards, hell I won't vouch for U.S. media standards either but this article is informative IMO.

I agree absolutely on that.
That's OK, my nickname isn't Dumbmoney77 for nothing...lol
I thought it was a 1 million dollar buy back.
It is starting to look that way isn't it.
Don't worry airline tickets aren't too expensive right now....
I think so too.
Well maybe the Nigerian loan will be the final icing on the cake and will allow this to start climbing up slowly. Unless we get a pre-purchase, which will make this run IMO, I see steady growth over the next few months and bullish pressure increasing as we get closer to factory completion.
No problem Light I do see things very differently.
OT: No problem bud I'm just a little heavy over there too. Not as heavy as here though. If you have dry powder you may want to work the dips there I think it has room to grow..
Phrenz I think you may need this. www.expedia.com
OT CKYS Technicals included in the link. And if you and Light don't mind I'd appreciate it if you guys don't bash one of my investments. If the A/F verify .027 earnings per share it will be off to the races.

You know that actually makes sense based on the numbers we were working with the other day.
"every $10M of pre-purchase dollars should result in a $.10 per share uptick!!!"
Why is it that people have to bash stocks they don't own?
If the A/F verify the numbers it should do better IMO. Plus they're buying back a sizable percentage of the float.
Looks like we're going up my friend.
Phrenz you may end up living off your interest!

He obviously gets off on conflict. I have reported his TOS violations as well. It is a shame that some people get off on the negative juice of conflict rather than the more pleasant side of life.

I'm gonna become a Madmax Jaberstox groupie....
Sell don't complain. Ignores on lol....
Ditto! I think if they continue to deliver on that August PR we will all be very happy.
He didn't but the people from Nigeria said it didn't matter who was in power the govt officials backed the drug and they would remain regardless of who runs the country. They mentioned that forweign companies have been there for over 30 years even when they had military rule.
Sell don't complain.
No you have bashed XKEM and its business practices. I think my millions of shares along with others here will have an impact on any future vote. So your question is why did they need the ability to have access to another 1.5 billion shares if needed to the current 2 billion or so float?
Answer which I already said was to have flexibility for things like buying out small companies, which I think they did once already, and even forward splits etc..
At the meeting they said that they decided months ago to increase the A/S to 5 billion because there was no certainty that they would get the loans. They said that dilution was no longer an issue as long as they get either the Nigerian loan or a pre-purchase. One of which is very probable since UPS capital and Nexim loaned XKEM 9 million plus dollars. Sure they would do that with a company that has bad business practices right.
Right now I am very happy with XKEm. They continue to deliver on everything. The fact that they restricted themselves to 3.5 billion shares when they didn't have to was a signal to the market that they are taking sharholder vaklue seriously. If my view of the company ever changed I would sell not post my negative trash all over the board.
Sell don't complain. You don't like the company and its business practices so sell. Why are you here???????
Very nice find. The thing about giants is that they are slow to move but once they start you better get out of their way....

I heard the guy from England say it too and that it could be sold there. Once the factory is complete they could export it to Europe I suppose. The distribution channels in Europe might be a lot easier to deal with.

Big I sent you a PM.
I won't even public post where I think we'll be by the end of the week but I feel good too!
Shaka, I was joking while at the same time pointing out to any new buyers that every technical indicator on barcharts says to buy. Monday a lot of people will be wondering if it is too late to get in so I figured this might help them decide. Sorry for the confusion.

It was mentioned by a guy from XKEM Great Britain at the shareholders meeting. NERD posted this after Nordica mentioned it. Sorry did not get the names of the people from Nigeria.
