Nice! The best DD is your own, always. Keep at it!
The $40 per share you may find is also bogus if you dive into that. That is a split adjusted price that shows on historical charts. Those charts will also show that this traded at $100,000 per share back in the day. Obviously, that is not the case in reality.
Marketwatch's historical price feature will show the unadjusted price back in the day, meaning the actual price it was trading at. It looks like they round to the nearest penny, just something to keep in mind even though it's a small detail.

Meaning, history? If so, it's like being sold something with a pedigree that is fake. Ignore if you had a different meaning in mind.
It was never NYSE either, but thank you for playing.
Just checked. Nope, still never was on NASDAQ.
This has still never traded on NASDAQ, fyi. Not even since that was posted a couple minutes ago.
Not without filings. An 8-K doesn't do it on it's own.
Nope. They have never been on NASDAQ. That is also the erroneous pump article that claimed this traded at $40 in the past. But it never did. That was a split adjusted price. The actual trading price at that time was 4 cents.
I have. It is full of errors and that is one of them.
They were never on NASDAQ.
Dilution starting the 16th, the Effective Date:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1505497/000102177120000079/form8kdtd103020.htm
Unfortunately, that is a quite incorrect post. Dilution starts as of the Effective Date which should be the 16th if nothing goes wrong. Up to 33% every 30 days.
The "leadership" was all about how dilution is "47 days out" and quietly glossed over the 300B AS raise.
Yet here it is smacking people in the face now, it is reality. And the "official" dilution starts a week fro Monday.
It's not up to me when folk should buy or sell, sorry.
Yup. Yet they continue to use that as a pump to entice in new "investors" by trying to give them some confidence that if it was already there than it should be easy to get back on.
But it is not true at all.
Down 33% today as of now. How's that 8-K working out?
It says nothing about previously being on NASDAQ.
The entire OTC revolves around "potential".
How often does it actually go to full potential?
Things that make you go hmmmmm.
That was it, that was the closest they ever got. A reverse split with uplisting as the excuse. The uplist never happened, but the RS sure did.
I did not say that. Do not try to put words in my mouth.
Some have not figured it out yet.
Here you go, 10 years ago. Split adjusted chart shows a share price of $16 but the actual share price that day looks like it was 1.6 cents which has been rounded to 2 cents on this website (the unadjusted price).

It has never been on NASDAQ. One can't prove a negative. It is up to them to prove that it was. But it never was.
Yes, exactly. Who cares. Let it go. Don’t let it bother you. Right back atcha.
You are looking at split adjusted prices. Give me a particular date that had an awesome price and I will show you what the actual price was that day and where you can find that.
Actually, there have several folk that seem quite concerned that I keep refuting that. Why is there such concern that I am telling the truth and refuting the false opinion?
Odd, that. Or is it?
I'm glad you enjoy the false opinions being spread. I don't.
BRTX never traded on NASDAQ no matter how many times that is repeated.
So you got a link or a screenshot? Letter rip.
No I did not. You seem to be mistaken.
Not everything is as it appears in the OTC. Don't trust anyone. Not even yourself, depending on your experience so far.
You may not believe it but the so-called bashers have had more accurate information on some aspects of what is going on here. A lot of it gets deleted believe it or not. Ask yourself why.
Good luck with that.
I'll file that right up there with :
This has been on NASDAQ
This has been on AMEX
This traded at $40
There would be an 8-K the week of 10/26
There would not be an 8-K following the Confirmation
Oh by the way all those opinions were quite false.
Nickles, dimes, quarters. Ya heard this one?
The 300 billion AS raise staring them in the face and the fact that the official dilution starts a week from Monday probably were a bit of a jolt for some. Yup, time to hit the eject button if one were smart.
It was a Cameo video. That's where you pay a celebrity to record a short personalized message for you. It could be a birthday wish for somebody, a get well message for a sick friend, that kind of stuff.
https://www.cameo.com/
You said the first 33% could be sold 12/19 it looked like. Is that not what you said there?
Because that would be incorrect. The first 33% can be sold starting 11/16.
They explained it in even simpler to understand language in the 8-K, how is there still confusion?
Amazing.
RVD said in the paid shout out video that the investors were "a little early."
LMAO! Dilution starts a week from Monday!
It's right there in the 8-K for everybody to read.
That's part of the terms "in the event a holder provides cash to the Company in an amount at least equal to 75% of its allowed claim ".
Otherwise it's 33% for each of the first 3 months.
You'll notice the plain English about initial periods following the Effective Date.
All those opinions that there would be 30 days before any initial conversions were quite mistaken.
They can start converting a week from Monday, boys.
They are delayed there. The direct SEC location has been posted.
I remain in firm in the fact that they have never been on NASDAQ, which they haven't.
I have never made any claim about any future plans that may or may not come to fruition..
