You have to be skeptical when you see this unproven business model and no revenues. The Limo business was a business, this is a dream....
That is their MO...no clarity. Fudge! IMHO.
Proof is in the performance of the stock. Someone is manipulating this and that is obvious. It's not me , so it has to be insiders. IMHO...what do you think?
And big deal, they have a merchant account! That's news?
IMHO you don't need luck, you need a CEO and management that does not manipulate the stock. Period!
EXACTLY! Why would these guys change their MO after 15 years....
Show me the financials.....Every real stock in this sector is going places. This continues to play MM games. No real news , no real structure, PO Box address , no proof of actual lab, etc , etc...
These guys just play games and manipulate the shells. All anyone has to do is look at the track record....they release news and get a small spike and insiders dump their shares. They have been doing this same game for years. Never any revenues, just, contracts or business "valued" at a certain dollar amount....
Yes, the insiders are dumping when they can....
Not this one the way it's structured.
What a low life way to make a living, running scams on investors and people that have phones.
He's been caught in South Dakota, what state will be next and for which "company?"
Do they have a working model and placement or is it just a business opportunity for those to buy the kiosks IF they can raise enough money to build them........
Is the CEO juggling hats?

I have not received the new security token and I can't get into the OTC
site to upload the file. I will have to post a link on the VersaGreen
Website for it and upload the file in OTC Markets when I receive the new
security token to do so. Please inform the shareholders on the board of
this slight delay.
Biz op pubco? " If you have an Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be your own boss then Cyber-Thingy's residual income business is the perfect place for you to realize your potential."
Absolute Joke!
It's not Fleming it's Clarke that is the problem and the group that backs him. Greedy pigs in their own words. That is why the convertible debt notes they trade back and forth between shells don't work. It's all hype....
Why would anybody buy this company? For it's assets? I can give you a list of whay not to buy?!
Sure, they have no interest in converting them. What other deals are CEO Clarke involved with that you don't know about or are written very shady? This guy belongs behind bars IMHO and I believe he is well on his way.
You went from real revenue to no revenue with a ceo that is currently working with a shell scammer. GLTA!
Some of you should go to see his tiny office in Coral Springs and due a bit of due diligence on his former dealings.
Who will pay to be an ISO? Would you invest in this Cyber thingy and try to place it?
Biz Op written all over it, I have never seen a business opportunity pay anybody but the epople running the ads until they go out of business:
"Cyber-Thingy, Inc is in the process of establishing an ISO in most major cities within the United States.
There are no minimum sales requirements to be an ISO for Cyber-Thingy. We simply ask that you be honest, hard-working, committed to client service and have well established interpersonal skills.
If you have a sales or business background and possess strong leadership qualities, you are who we are looking for. If you are motivated to join a team that will train and help you build a strong residual income business where you can experience financial freedom, then you should contact us immediately to secure your Cyber-Thingy ISO contract.
Contract to become an (ISO) Independent Sales Organization NOW!"
SNIZZLE, DOES NOT MATTER, WHEN YOU DON'T ANSWER YOUR GUILTY. PERIOD. And that since he has Sooooo many ventures going on under one roof( I would not be surprised if he is using different financial tools such as 504's, etc)it should be brought to shareholder attention. How many companies can he run under 350 square feet?
The CEO is involved in other ventures and IMHO that has and can be discussed on this board as it does affect the stock. He is guilty of fraud and not returning funds and comingling companies. Read tyhe whole complaint, sir. And he did not answer, that inityself is an admision of guilt. Get real about this as hope and dreams do NOT make revenue.

This ain't red box. Gimme a break!
A new CEO with a fraud complaint from an attorney general took over the shell and is selling an unproven, untested, biz op kiosk model. Christopher Clarke, the following is current info:
http://www.ag.nd.gov/cpat/AVC/C-DMediaHook.pdf
It's biz op! Craigslist type. Where is the machines and the distribution and the ownership, etc , etc? Living in the wrong decade. Why not sell DVD kiosk's....or better yet pay phones!
March 2012 is this current year Mr. Snizzle. The filing in ND is not cleared up. It went unanswered and they moved the company. Now how many compan ies under this little office in Coral Springs? 80? C'mon man, if this was 2000 I would buy the story, but not 2013. Maybe they are selling payphones too!
"are used for promotions to market a product (usually internet time)." What year is this business plan from? Nobody buys internet time, hello , hello , hello, the Metro market or lower income market ain't buying no internet time, sweepstakes or not. Stupid.....
That is so true with pinky's Even a PO Box cost money.
Look at your score board. Look at your players. CEO is guilty of fraudelant charging peoples credit cards. Bad news!
The software is dated and the entire business plan is dated from 2000. IMHO with the players behind the scenes you will be at a penny before you know it......Look at the track record and look at how many shares both CEO's have to cash out daily.
Cyber-thingy is another "creation" of hype by CEO Clarke in his many vetures that have been unsuccessful. Show me a track record from tax returns. IMHO BAIL if volume allows.
INHO Clarke/Dwyer paid them in some sort of shakey deal and the track record shows them taking advantage of GOOD PEOPLE!
They don't even own the software and now they are selling a biz op.... Real nice!!! This should do well on craigslist..
There is a Dwyer behind hidden doors or should i say debt and definitely behind your new CEO. Tumbleweed.....
Smart man!
The stock is dead with this CEO, he just got busted again.
Cyber-Thingy, Inc.’s primary business consists of the placement of internet access kiosks and the sale of multi-media advertising space for each kiosk

Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The particular scam here was an Internet-kiosk business opportunity. We'd been running TV ads claiming that investors could make thousands of dollars from computer kiosks placed in high-traffic areas like airports and shopping malls. For a small fee, passersby could use these kiosks to check their email or surf the Web. Back in the early 2000s this was a hot idea. We told people they could earn a minimum of $30,000 to $35,000 per machine each year. This was pure baloney — the machines didn't generate anything close to that kind of income. And we sold them at huge markups. We took in $17 million from 700 unwary investors in about eight months. At least 100 employees were in the building at the time of the raid, including secretaries and other clerical staff. A lot of them didn't even know that the business was a fraud.

Let the flippin begin! This gonna be funny........
The State AG did email Chris Clarke with NO response for 6 months
And no response to the Civil action taken against him 6 months
later. Its all covered here.
http://www.ag.nd.gov/cpat/AVC/C-DMediaHook.pdf
Chris Clarke has not disclosed this information to his shareholders
and I would be willing to bet he has not Disclosed it in this deal
to RM into D*** this pertains to D***/Cyber Thingy (LMAO) because it
is ORDERED by the STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL neither he nor ANY company
he is associated with is allowed to do business in the state.
Shareholders have the right to know the company they invest in have
this LIABILITY hanging over their investment.
Sure , your CEO is scamming(IMHO)was is proven and now it makes sense why all the shares exchanged hands when there were no buyers. They are making a play on d*** stock with Matty pulling more strings. Except this time they got caught before they pulled the trigger.
