Thank you but that is only your speculative opinion the same as mine. You have no definitive proof that they are not nor do I have any that they are involved.
Nor do I, only fictional info based on several trips to the mall. Wow, I will never make this mistake again when reviewing the history and potential of a penny stock.
It is unknown to us and allegedly unknown to the promoter and to Lyric but that is only speculation. For all we know there is a conspiracy in place and an ongoing fraudulent scheme which as taken place over years defrauding investors over and over again. Just speculation on my part. form your own conclusions and opinions based on your own DD.
Boy, some detailed, timely factual (not fictional) financial reporting would sure help solve a lot of these issues huh?
How do you know Lyric is not involved funding this via unknown 3rd parties? You don't. you are speculating the same as I am. All I asked in response is if Lyric has no involvement what steps have they taken to stop it from occurring and they do have plenty of options to choose from. Do you know what they have done to stop the manipulation which lures in unsuspecting investors at the height of the pump such as back in May?
Why, there are people here such as yourself that have been with the company for years. Should be a simple question to answer for you long timers. Assuming LYric is not involved, have they ever taken any positive actions to stop the manipulation of their stock via pump and dumps, spam mails, unknown 3rd party promoters, etc...
have they filed claims with the SEC and requested and SEC/FBI investigation? I know they were the subject of part of an investigation a few years back according to statements here and internet info but what have they done to ensure fair and honest treatment of their investors if they have no involvement in the pattern that has been occurring over the years?

I could post others as well the latest being the classic May Walmart pump and dump. The easiest way to determine is to look at the hype, blitz PR and spam emails that go out followed by a huge rise in the PPS. Lyrics pattern shows this rise mast last a few hours or a say or two but then begins a steep decline to even lower lows then before as we are experiencing now. They have never been able to sustain a rise in the PPS after the initial PR blitz pump that I could find. Just my personal opinion as a shareholder. Form your own conclusions.
Have they (Lyric - Hanna) taken any positive action such as civil suits or criminal filings to prevent these unknown 3rd parties from defrauding and duping investors dating back to 2006?
No I will not feel bad for selling my shares to them. I do feel empathy for them though being lured into this web of unfulfilled promises, previous fraud investigations, historical pattern of pump and dumps, reading fictional financial reports, fluff PR and pretty pictures... They may be sitting here 6 years from now wondering what happened to all of their money like we are but I doubt the game will be on that long. Just my personal opinion. Form your conclusions and do your own DD.
So you would prefer to just leave the board to all positive comments, promoting, pumping with false and misleading info to lure potential investors in at this great buy in PPS of .005. You prefer not to debate the pros and cons of the stock like adults just let the fluff and pretty pictures and unfulfilled promises continue. I also own a substantial amount of shares probably similar in number to yours and I feel I was lured in during one of the now patented pump and dumps the company is known for and I am not about to let some other poor naive investor fall prey to the same scheme if I Can help it. They deserve to know all the positive info about the company especially factual (not fictional) financials and anything else that is positive and good about the company and they equally deserve to know all the negative points and historical problems with fraud, pump and dumps and other negative aspects of the company as well.
The problem is this website does not allow for both sides to be heard on an equal basis. That is a well known documented fact. I would hate to be in your position right now buying in at that price years ago but I bet it was due to the fluff PR, pretty pictures and promises of growth and profits each and every year.
She has civil and criminal options to choose from if she feels either is occurring with her business. SEC typically investigates but FBI will also become involved in the criminal end of it if fraud is taking place. We also have the same options of reporting if we feel we are victims as well.

There is plenty of internet documentation dating back years which strongly indicate and demonstrate the pump and dump tactics of the company. Follow the chart for a 6 year period and look at the spikes in PPS compare them to the PR blitz that came out and spam mail that was sent out and watch the PPS rise and then fall like a rock. Wash, rinse and repeat. Any analyst with basic knowledge could do link analysis and connect the dots very easily for you to see the pattern that has taken place over the years.
Oh I am supplying them with plenty of emails. I want a trail a mile long when the time comes so I can show I have done my best to try and get truthful answers will no success. Just in case litigation is required at some point, I will have exercised every available option afforded me to resolve the situation and had no success.
Simple question for you MAC. You have stated that she is an artist and not a business person so WHO is running the company and making the short, mid and long term strategy business decisions right now?
Just curious, we know Halperin had business experience but apparently he has been gone over a year according to posters here and the company never put anything out letting investors know that the CEO, the person with the business knowledge, not the artist was gone. Why did they not let us know that either?
If she is not business savvy as some have claimed then it is possible she may not know all the "inside" tricks that are played and manipulated with these type of stocks. I do not know her personally so I can only assume as the owner and president of the company, she is responsible for knowing everything going with HER company and OUR money. Inexperience or ignorance is not an excuse or turning a blind eye to manipulation either.
In fact, if there is even a hint that this is going on and there is a 6 year history of pump and dumps with this company then she should certainly be business educated enough now to understand these things if she was not initially.
Just my personal opinion. Form your own conclusion based on your own DD.
All this growth and potential growth and significant profit estimates yet not one PR or current SEC financial report filed. Why is that 99%?
THE ONLY CURRENT FINANCIAL ACCURATE INFO AVAILABLE FOR INVESTORS IS THAT THE COMPANY HAS LOST 98% OF ITS STOCK VALUE OVER THE PAST 6 YEARS
I believe others have posted that she has no business knowledge either and knows nothing about running a company from a business perspective.
So who is running the show right now making the business decisions for the company?
LyjnRocks, Do you actually believe the company has no involvement in their PR blitz and pumps over the last 6 years. Do yo think they have no idea who the "unknown" 3rd party is that has paid for promotions to pump the stock? Do you think the company was not involved in sending out spam emails before the pumps?
Do what I did, put yourself a nice spreadsheet together and go back 6 years and retrace the patterns. Look at the patterns, the big buys before the pumps and the big dumps just before PPS starts to drop. Wash, rinse and repeat over and over and over again. Is it outside promoters doing this on their own time for free in the hope that they can make the PPS explode or is their a connection (unreported) to the company that they are working for behind the scenes.
Just my personal opinion. Form your own conclusions with your own DD but historical pattern is factual and tells the true story I believe.
Thanks for the info just seemed like a 3 day pattern that has since stopped probably coincidence as Gip stated. I put no faith in 99% speculation walking around malls and saying oh look 90% of the items are gone and mulitply the price by the number of stores, etc...ridiculous without true and factual info from the company. The .004 to .005 PPS range should be enough of an indicator that the company is struggling big time in my opinion.
What also bothers me is that some on here state the Halperin left over a year ago. Why was that not put out by the company either if in fact it is true. When a CEO leaves, resigns, gets fired etc...shareholders have a right to know and nothing was put out.....just more of the same ole stuff I guess.
Mon go back and look at the 6 year history of pump and dumps with Lyric just like what happened in May and lured both of us in on the dip.
Just my personal opinion but you will see a historical pattern of similar pump hype just before some PR and then a nice big jump in the PPS which only holds for hours or maybe a day or two and then heads back to lower lows then before. Their PPS has never sustained its value or even close after the PR blitz and pump but as you analyze the whole picture you will see the dump occurring each and every time as well.
Check it out and if I am wrong point it out for everyone to see on here.
Talked out, they bailed when the PPS nose dived after that 300% pump and dump in May. Others (like me) got lured in and as the PPS was pulling back a little typically as it does after large gains to gap up, we (suckers) bought in. I read at least a hundred of your pumping promoting posts to before that and should have known better then to be mislead by false info and paid promoters. My bad for not doing enough DD and just looking at pretty pics instead.
THIS IS THE BIGGEST PROMOTING SPAM YOU HAVE PUT FORTH SINCE I HAVE BEEN READING THIS BOARD. HOW MANY FREE SHARES DO YOU GET FOR THIS MUCH EFFORT?
Obviously or they would have been blasting the PR and put out their own financials to build investor confidence.
99 looks at a rack at the store and calculates based on price average and the 2500 or so stores they allegedly put product in. He adds in some alleged internet sales, has no idea what the cost to make the items are and just puts out pure speculation on numbers with some simple math.
Reality is, if Lyric had anything good to say about its company, sales, profits, etc... they would have put out PR long before .004 came around and probably would have filed a 10Q. They chose not to and the only logical reason is to assume they are operating in a negative capital range still and probably much worse then last year in my personal opinion.
If I can sell and break even or even a modest loss then I will do so at the first opportunity and will never type on this site again most likely unless I get some really good info that that board should know about dealing with Lyric. I will not buy another share. I have zero confidence in this company and its history of doing business and the way it treats its shareholders.
I agree but 3 days in a row it happened all within a minute or two and trading just stopped for the last full 2 hours of the trading day. Does that seem odd to you or just a strange coincidence?
Is there a way to see and review the chart for Lyric on this website of the past thursday, friday and monday to see what time trading stopped on the stock? My recollection was just before 2:00 PM east coast time and 11:00 PM out here on the west coast. My schwab account just stopped tracking it at those time for 3 days in a row and I am wondering why if anyone knows the answer.
Can we post the charts for those 3 days which will show the date and time the last trade was made on those days using this website?
Promotions Stir the Stock of Lyric Jeans Inc (PINK:LYJN)
By StockFrontRunners on Mar 22, 2010 with Comments 954
Lyric_Jeans_Inc_from_LYJN_web_page.jpgStarting on Thursday, the Lyric Jeans Inc (PINK:LYJN) stock traded around $0.024, hitting 52-week highs for two consecutive days. The stock’s liquidity has also improved significantly, attracting 830 thousand dollar volume on Friday.
On Friday, the shares of LYJN kept to the trend of the best price performance for the last six months.
The company’s announcement that Lyric Culture has expanded its brand into jewelry added to the investor activity.
LYJN also announced in a press release the set up of “shop in shops” and the targeting of new gender and age customers’ groups.[BANNER]
These facts should not be the only ones weighing on investment decisions. The last financial update of LYJN is a five year old Interim Financial Report. The company is not making SEC filings.
The web page of the company also does not present enough information for investors.
At the same time, LYJN is promoted in newsletters with “hot” recommendations concerning the stock. Headlines, like this one “LYJN could have a Massive Run This Week”, “LYJN – A true GEM ready to Soar – Must read Inside” are pulling investors to believe in quick profits and low cost investments.
I thought for sure we would get another one of these pump promotion dealios by now during the shopping season. Still waiting for the historical pattern to continue, wash, rinse and repeat so lets turn on the washer now and get it back to a penny. To bad we are down like 90% since then...oh well easy come easy go (into someones pockets)
Just my personal opinion and speculation supported by past factual report.
No that is not an answer to my question and apparently you are unable to answer it as well but thanks for the effort.
Do me a favor and post for all the website to see the last trade made and the time it was made for thursday, friday, and monday and then please give your expert opinion on why there seemed to be a pattern there.
Also, please give your opinion on this unknown person who seems to buy like $40 worth of shares the last 5 minutes before trading stops at the "ask" or even above the ask price to try and pump the PPS before the market closes. Pretty funny huh? real winner there.
I made a mistake there and meant east coast time of 2:00PM. Check thursday, friday, and mondays charts and tell me what the last trade was and approx. time. It was 2 hours before the market closed and I was wondering why this pattern was developing but on weds it went till 3:18PM which is only 45 minutes till close so the pattern stopped.
The mysterious unknown person keeps buying $40 worth of shares right at the end though at the "ask" and sometimes over the the ask to try and pump the PPS right at the end. Pretty comical actually. I wonder if that is anyone from this site doing that?
Who are these new group of leaders other then the consultants that were probably paid with free shares from an unknown third party. The BOD consists of one person Hanna (99 can I have her cell please) on behalf of all the shareholders, I have a few questions I would like to ask of her.
Well it looks like today went past the 3:00PM mark with the last trade at 3:18 so that does not continue the pattern however there was a significant increase in volume today as well. If you check the charts for the 3 prior trading days it is like Lyric trading totally stopped at 2:00PM 2 hours prior to the close of the market. Do the MM's just decide that is the time to stop working the stock for that day? It was 3 days in a row. Look at the chart history but today it went until 3:18PM.
Of course right at 3:18PM person(s) unknown spend $40 on a few shares at the "ask" to try and keep the PPS spiked up a few percentage tics. Pretty weak play.. Wonder who it is that does that at the end of every trading period?
Question for those that are very knowledgeable with stocks. I am somewhat new and still learning things. This appears to be the 3rd day in a row counting last week also that Lyric stock has stopped trading just before 2:00PM according to my Schwab account. NOthing happens the last 2 hours of the trading day for 3 days in a row now except for the last minute little $40 buy of shares at the "ask" by person(s)unknown for obvious reasons.
Why is the stock being shut down from trading 2 hours early each of the last 3 trading days that I have been observing this? What would be the reason the MM's would do this? Can someone with knowledge in this area explain it to me or is my Schwab account just not tracking Lyric after 2:00PM pacific standard time which is 2 hours before the official close of the market?
6 years and counting and down 98%. You are a patient man Sir and I give you credit for that. I truly hope it pays off in the end for all the true LONGS here of which I will not be one for sure.
According to other posts on here, the shelves are near empty of Lyric items and no restocking is planned but I am just going off others statements and my own speculation.
Guess anyone could call Walmart customer service and see if they are getting more Lyric products in soon. Think I will do that and see what they say.
Lucky are you looking at level 2? I don't have access but I do not see that buy on my schwab street smart screen. 99% of what I see on my chart screen are sells and trades with very few buys.

Well 99, I've always loved your posts, as you are one of the big fans of Lyric and one of the few who has provided actual, factual information about the company.
But I have to say, you missed this one. You have been saying (more like promising) that many PR's were coming out about their new holiday collections. You have been saying this for over 2 months. And now, you say we probably won't get any new PR's until March.
What happened?
Do you think is has anything to do with lousy sales, profits, lack of investor confidence, no 2 guy bailing on the company, no positive PR, no financials, no nothing, nada, zero, etc... cmon look at what the MM's are doing to the PPS to try and get some activity. Bringing in a few day traders but that is all. Buy at .004 and sell at .005 (if you can) thats how traders make their few bucks each day.

Yes, what DID happen there? Why did we hear so much about purported Holiday sales and PRs, but now such apparently shall not occur? Hmmmm...
Check back to some of your other posts. Do you have doubts or do you just change direction like the wind also?
Did we ever get a logical answer to your question from 99% on this one? My assumption is that there is no good news, no profits, no sales, no nothing etc.... that is why there is no PR and no financials reported.
If anyone has a better explanation, I would love to hear it and debate the issues with you. No company and I mean no company worth anything wants to see its PPS drop to levels where Lyric is right now if they had anything positive to put out and salvage the PPS. Quite obvious they don't in my opinion.
I had thought about buying more to average down at .004 because I was sure history would repeat itself with a pump and dump during the holidays season shopping and a blast of PR's would come out about the great sales and success of the retails, the 50% off deals. etc...new lines come. whatever which would bump it to a penny but now I am not sure that will materialize so I am holding (at a substantial loss) right now and letting this one play out and see what transpires.
Just my personal opinion based on my own DD and speculation.
Sure can't argue with that logic
Much better volume today. The MM's lower the bid/ask till the traders get enticed to come in and drop some coin. If you buy a mil at .004 and sell at .005 (if you can) well you make a few bucks. Also by lowering the bid/ask, the MM's automatically trigger a lot of peoples stop limits which artificially creates volume as well by selling their shares while they are at work or something. It has happened to me and I am sure it has happened to all of you also. You come home and everything is gone due to your stop limit setting. Hard to work with those because you will get flash crashes sometimes for very brief periods because of MM manipulation and then all your stock is gone as the PPS rises and you don't find out till later.
Sorry no, I don't shop at Walmart but I asked MAC if he spoke to anyone at the store he was at to confirm the non-restocking of the items. He did not ( I believe in his post mention that) but said it appeared there would be no restocking based on his observation so circumstantially, I am going to make an educated guess and assume the Walmart experiment is complete with negative results in my opinion.
