The more likely motive is Val's to attempt to promote the same worthless stock that was dumped on him. Sorry, Val. No one can be a believer when a vacuum cleaner salesman suddenly knights himself as a tech guru the moment he gets his hands on some pinksheet stock to sell. HA!!! 30 years a vacuum cleaner salesman, 2 years a ludicrously phony baloney tech guru.
LOL As usual, and always predictable, Val can call Tessco a 'supplier' if all he bought was a battery from them (to pawn off as his own battery, naturally). Or, maybe Val bought a bluetooth headset for his $10 Tracfone! All anyone has to do is think of what a vacuum cleaner salesman would be buying!!! HA!! Too easy. Too funny.

Seriously - you don't know if you have enough funds to hire an extra accountant?
Ray is certain of his pizza fund. There are priorities at Medlink, regardless of what anyone may think. LOL
Not really. It's just a set up for more dumping. String-along Val will be in rare form next week for hoaxes and scamming!
.
12 MILLION SELLS today. What's with that! LOL
Let me guess! Hi Ray!!!
.
Wow! As someone pointed out earlier, the back peddling on MDGC and the Mayor's speech has really revved into high speed reverse! Obviously because Val's a certified scam-a-langa-dingdong!
.
And when every cent of the the ever declining revenues end up in the management's pocket as salary, perks and continuing means to self-promote and perpetuate the same scam to the public, you are left with a 2 cent worthless bankrupt joke.
.
As you can see, the market has voted against Unilava's latest worthless scam. That is ALL that counts! HA!!!
.
Ah, but it has everything to do with if the patents are enforceable. Val's predecessors, the ones that bilked him but good, sat on their hands for too long, not vigilantly testing for infringement they claimed had to do with patents they knew were and are worthless! HA!!!!
Boy, they really took the beater bar to the vacuum cleaner salesman!
LOL The Cable Guys running ICS said they were working with Val the vacuum cleaner salesman? Did they say they were going to 'clean up'? A couple of hundred million free shares would make any Cable Guy's tongue glib. Too funny.
It occurred to me that the speedtest was spoofed -- hoaxed. Perhaps the same likelihood of fraud occurred to others as well. Someone suggested Val provide a third party verification. This Val cannot do, nor has he ever for that matter. Nothing lost there! HA!!!
http://www.google.com/search?q=speedtest+spoofed&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
The most insignificant companies seem to post the most 'partners'. Meaningless puffery. Take Cisco for example. Cisco has 15056 registered partners. Everyone and their mom is a Cisco partner! LOL At least Val was honest enough to call them 'suppliers'. Even if all one supplied was a bracket to hold a wire! HA!!!
Might have to get in front of the huge whacking sellers! Nobody's remotely safe before the trip zeroes. HA!!!
Val's misrepresentations, faked phones, faked speedtests, decade old junk equipment, hoaxes-of-the-week, and generally sounding so 1996, etc., all point to a zero or the cellar box. Fighting the tape is always a fruitless endeavor, especially when the company is run by a vacuum cleaner salesman.
It's no wonder there are huge sellers, because it is everyone!!! HA!!!!
Right. The PPS broke all records for free fall under Val. Super Fraud Alert, courtesy of the hourly price destruction! HA!!!
Val and John are frauds. Year in, year out: same old frauds. Everyone knows it's a fact the moment their resumes are read. Wait! John doesn't even have one. HA!!
To reiterate the facts: The company itself admits it is bankrupt:
Thermo Credit LLC, pursuant to a credit agreement, dated July 17, 2010, between the Company and the bank. This revolving line of credit is guaranteed/secured by the all of the assets of the Company including cash, accounts receivable and fixed assets (See Note 4 Accounts Receivable and Note 5 Fixed Assets). The credit agreement had certain debt covenants that the Company did not comply with during the years ended December 31, 2010 and 2009. The first covenant was that the Company must maintain a ratio of cash flow to scheduled principal payments plus all accrued interest payments on funded debt of not less than 1 to 1 as of the end of each fiscal quarter. The second covenant was that the Company must maintain a tangible net worth of not less than $0 as of the last day of each fiscal quarter.
The company has a net worth of less than zero. They admit it!! Read the 10-K! LOL
De Joya Griffith & Company, LLC of Henderson, Nevada -- Unilava's auditor -- fully agrees the company is bankrupt. The share price, having fallen over 98% in a year further confirms without a doubt that something stinks royally. HA!!!
http://www.dejoyagriffith.com/
Enjoy the pump because everyone knows who is selling into it!!
LOL I see no one fell for today's hoax. What's next, Val? HA!!!
100 million times a self-proclaimed tangible worth of less than $0 = less than zero. Otherwise known as BK!! Too funny!!
LOL Zayo has almost every building in Boise already dripping with fiber. Val has his scam, unauthorized wireless junk set up in such a building. Fiber simply connects to the internet, same as everyone viewing this page is connected to the internet! Absolutely nothing special about a wire to the internet and service from an ISP. Thinking there's anything special about the internet? It's SOOOO 1996!!! HA!!!! What's a fake wireless company going to do when every building within range is already no-rain-fade fibered to the gills!
The cherry on top is Val's wireless end of it doesn't work!!! It's an empty promise, just like one should expect from a vacuum cleaner salesman. LOL Too funny.
That's a great example of the fraud welling up here. More worthless China scamming! HA!!!

Google Voice will give a number to anyone with any area code that person desires. Area codes no longer fix a phone to a geographical location. Mediag3 has no presence in San Francisco. Someone reported the fact a few months ago. Pictures presented on this board suggest those calls forward to a phone (purportedly no longer working) on the floor of the Mediag3/Mesh Global closet office in Boise. You know the one, the cubby hole sandwiched between two massage parlors. HA!!!
LOL All of the cards are on the table, or were, until reality came rushing in to blow the house of cards over to the other corner of oblivion. Val's phone scam, speedtest scam, unilava scam, battery scam ... quite the bottom dealer we have in Val, this pink stink C E Odor! Makes one want to gag.
All Hexa2 and Unilava have is a LOI designed to pump Unilava's share price for one last run before it sinks sub-penny. MDGC sure picks great companies to supposedly partner with. One that has lost 99% of its value and is bankrupt, as per their own 10-K admission. The other is a company with a couple of web pages, started by a guy who scammed investors to zero from 1999 - 2003. The record of that swindle is detailed in Silicon Investor archives. Sure thing! It's a match made in heaven! HA!!!!!
Unlimited Shares. You can issue unlimited shares, with or without par value through your Wyoming corporation.
UNLA is a Wyoming corporation. The share count will be in the billions as the scammers dilute out and take their ball to a new scam. Wyoming is becoming more notorious than Nevada for the fraudsters to incorporate in. HA!!!
LOL A simple bit of investigation turns up that netstairs is hexa-2 (the way Medisg3 is mesh global, same closet office with a phone on the floor). Netstairs/hexa2 is run by the same guy who slapped together Celerity Systems in 1999, ran that straight into the ground and the shareholders with him.
A new day, same old fraud. HA!!!
The page belongs to neither Cogent nor PSInet. It doesn't even belong to MDGC!! Naturally! Val never gives up on pushing his smoke, mirrors and gross deceptions, but he doesn't want to credit for them either!! LOL Pinkstink CEO!!!
http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fspeedtest.net%2Fresult%2F1290299100.png&h=dbe35
It's simply a liar's trick. No ISP has anything to do with the spoof! That's the problem with this company. It's all mirage. HA!!! Every blessed thing!
MMs adore Val! HA!!!
Val pulled that same fraud months ago. Speedtest.net results can easily be faked. Since Val is too stupid to figure out how, here's the tutorial on how:
Hexa-2 is a fraud. It's brought to you by the same scammer that brought Celerity into the world. Same buzz words, slightly updated. Still worthless!! Celerity: another BK stock that plummeted into oblivion.
UNLA: a self-proclaimed BK scam signs a LOI with another BK scam. What a quaint pink stink notion. How original! HAAA!!!
Guess they didn't enough cash during the January P&D! Time for another so soon?

It is well known the company has only decade old junk hardware, which would require electrical permits. MDGC has no permits or spectrum licenses or anything but hot air. The one employee, the CEO, at MDGC can hardly spell correctly. No media company here at all. MDGC has no software to run anything, only decade old hardware that came along with the shares the CEO bought hoping to make a killing for himself selling those shares to the public.
Unfortunately, Val the CEO sells vacuum cleaners and was a biz op seeker who was hosed by a couple of sharp operators with a good story and a gullible vacuum cleaner salesman for their mark..
HA! Look at the PPS. Typical stink pink and of the worst kind. The vapor ware kind! HA!!
This stock just had a huge round of bidwhacking in January. LOL You think things have changed? Considering the scammers running this P&D? Too funny.
The PPS says the word is out. The word is flim-flam scam AKA Mediag3.
