Let's have some full disclosure. How many shares of preferred have been issued out of what, at last known count, is 5 million shares authorized. Is it maxed out???? Is the A/S of common AND preferred going to go up????

Heck if they are supposed to be coming out with audited financials soon (cough cough), that preferred count is going to have to be revealed. So why not be open about it now (or even better.. yesterday)? A reason not to?

1000 for 1 conversion rate to common for me makes that outstanding preferred share balance more important than even the common.

Only additional comment on the oil/gas wells is it's all too apparent that when someone(s) have a personal investment, and use company funds to invest in that as well, when the company doesn't have money coming out of it's ears (to put it nicely), is trying to establish themselves as a publisher and set up a foundation for the "business", the "investment" is not in the gaming (and now "entertainment") business...... well... Guess I don't need to say more

That would be great. Would finally get those shares that all reason would say I should have already had.

Notice the RR PR said "will be released" "in Q1 2010" (maybe missed that bit?).. Not maybe not (or most certainly not) be:) And it WAS a PR. Not some web site we're told we can't rely on, and instead were told to go to the Graffiti site for release dates. And after stating that they stopped showing release dates on that Graffiti web site even for the games coming out yesterday. I thought that site was under their control. Hey.. at least put a date on it after it's released. Even if we can't expect when it's very soon to be released. They should know that one. Takes about 10 seconds I imagine. So sad.

That USA today advert left out that the sound quality isn't good. Not sure how they could miss pointing that out to the kiddy consumers. Any of you who actually have it, surely understand what I'm talking about. I have the DSi, so would think my speaker quality is as good or better than the older DS. Sound is garbled and grainy. I still like that they ported it, and overall feel they did a really good job, just think if you're going to be out there and seemingly unbiased like this article/blog tries to indicate, then less than quality sound has got to be put out there imo.

I put in a buy today for 4.5 Million at 0.0005. Once again it went through at 0.00049, and right away showed up (in total) as a sell on L2's at 0.0004.

Seems like later in the day something happened. Maybe someone somewhere saw what was going on and said something or snooping around that made them stop. Although I see several 420's at 0.0004 at end of day, till they gave up (apparently) and put them through as 0.0005.

The buy I made later in the day consisted of 3 immediate trades, with the 999999 as one of them. Those did at least reflect the actual buy, and price of 0.0005. So my assumption is that is what they switched to doing. To at least signal a real trade is happening, looks to me.

I've seen brash manipulation before, but this takes the cake. Amazing noone gets fired or goes to jail over bs like that.

That 500K was obviously a shuffle/dump that occurred immediately when I placed a sell order. What the frauds do is dump their fake trade setups lickety split in the event someone expects them to buy their shares with the fake bid support. Immediately after the 500K at 0.0035 was a trade at 0.0033, which was the bid (I know that because that was when I put in my sell order). We're talking fractions of a second here. It's clear as can be. Amazing how fast "they" can dump their fake trade setups when someone puts in a sell order. Like they get caught with their pants down

I only know who sold at 0.003. My guess would be that the 0.0035 was shuffling, not real. I say that because I orginally had the order in at 0.0033 which was the bid (with 0.0035 ask). Guess what... Of course it IMMEDIATELY dropped to 0.0030 bid with 0.0033 ask. And I didn't sell a share. Pretty odd..
