I noticed that this morning. There were rain drops on the camera lenses.
Sounds to me like they are worried about a conflict of interest. It would be inappropriate and unethical for them to promote a stock that they may be doing business with. Very bullish indeed.
Revenue. Revenue generated in the three months ended March 31, 2008 was $6,279,465 compared to $2,098,394 for the three months ended March 31, 2007, an increase of $4,181,071 or 199%. Increased activity from Deep Down's offshore subsea business, including service activity related to installation of recoveries of subsea equipment, the delivery of launch and recovery systems, loose tube steel flying leads, winch system refurbishments, and an active heave compensated in-line winch system accounted for $4,293,820 of this revenue, an increase of $2,195,426, or 105% over the same prior year period. The Mako and ElectroWave acquisitions accounted for $1,985,645 of this revenue, an increase of 94% over the same prior year period.
Gross Profit. Gross margin for the three months ended March 31, 2008 was $2,403,094 compared to $846,305 in the same prior year period, an increase of $1,556,789 or 184%. Gross margin as a percentage of revenue was 38% in the current period as compared to 40% in the prior period.
I'm thinking it may be pretty easy to put a positive spin on this.
Two cars in the parking lot tonight. Somebody's burning the midnight oil.
Probably the guy who's in charge of the quarterly filing. We'll see the filing when the car leaves the lot.
I noticed Form 4's were filed today for both Sonny Wooley and Timothy Byrd:

I guess SOON is NOW!!!
I guess that depends on how you look at it. Sounds like we are in the company of some pretty impressive companies.
Very nice. Now if they could just install a camera system in that luxury suite, focused on the visitor's name badges. lol

I have been wondering where you were going with your repetitive questions to which nobody has the answers. As Brikk said, if anybody did have those answers they would have a chrystal ball into the next round of PRs. We just have to wait and see what the answers might be. Most of us here believe those answers will be positive otherwise we wouldn't be here. If you believe those answers are going to be negative then I guess this isn't the stock for you. But IMO you are here for a purpose and that is becoming more and more transparent through your last few posts:
"I have Sold ADNY many times at much higher prices than ,14 and will continue to do so when I feel it is the right time to sell. Selling at .20 and buying back at .10 - .09 - or .08 can be very profitable."
"Believe me I am not bashing in the hopes of lower stock prices."
If you aren't here to bash in order to buy in at lower prices than pick up a phone and call the company in order to get your answers. I look forward to you sharing the answers you get.
And I'll admit I'm in the red so far as well here. I've also gotten impatient with the lack of news. But I'm comfortable waiting impatiently as events develop and with the risk as to what those answers will be.
THANKS Sage. I even looked under Deep Down, Mako, and Flotec. I missed it. Time to get the eyes checked.
Glad to see they have a booth. Should be interesting. From looking at the floor map space #2623 is a nice size space. Will have to do some further looking to see who their 'neighbors' are.
Thanks Joe. Didn't see them on the list of exhibitors but my guess is they will be very busy visiting booths and getting the word out. Hope they have enough business cards. And being in Houston as well it will make it easy for on-site visits. Looking forward to this week's camera action and any increase in tours.
Is DPDW exhibitng? I didn't see them on the list of exhibitors.
Let's hope not. Hopefully 'close' is much closer than 'soon'. lol
Good morning all. Just doing a little reading on our IR Steve Haag this Saturday morning. Pretty impressive.

Anything else showing up in that crystal ball of yours JC?
Thanks Brikk for taking the time to talk to IR and for sharing it with us. Much appreciated.
I'm hanging in there Craig because I believe in Adino and what I see. Just at this level of the market it's tough because so many traders are in it for a quick buck and last time we traded above .10 we seemed to have a long period of silence and many moved on and we drifted down to the .07-.10 range. Don't want to see that again.
And hate to see any doctors lose their patients. Hopefully my investing is better than my spelling.
We've waited patiently for the name change before they started issuing PRs.
We've waited patiently for the release of the 10-K before they started issuing PRs.
What's left? Let's see some PRs and get this story told. Time to get the party started here. Otherwise people are going to lose patients again and we'll see the .07-.10 trading range again, IMO.
Interesting that the company president, financial officer, and IR were all on today's tour. Very bullish sign, IMO.
Just noticed this morning that on Yahoo they have two Adino Energies listed. An ADNY.OB and ADNY.BE. Is there a second Adino in Germany? Or are we listed in Berlin as well?
Just a thought. Not sure if it would even be legal to do so but it's been unusually quiet from the company lately. Makes me think something BIG is in the works, IMO.
Could this be why we haven't had a PR in a couple of weeks? Would DPDW work out a deal to hold off on PRs until the big buyers had time to accumulate?
That 86% growth is what caught my eye as well.
Right clicking worked much easier. Thanks
JDS
I had problems at first as well. It worked for me to open Acrobat Reader first and then under file/open web page and then paste the link in there and download. Worked for me.
I'd like to take the time to thank this board and it's great group of contributors. For a newbie like myself it's very easy to get shaken out when you see your investment down 40+%. It was the great DD on this board that makes it much easier to weather the rough times and keep an even keal. Thanks to today's action I'm finally back to even on my investment. Thanks all for keeping me in this!
Coupled together with the huge blocks that were bought yesterday and I get the feeling we could see a blockbuster PR today IMO. Would hate to see us gap up in the morning though. Slow and steady wins the race.
Pretty bullish afternoon and evening with Dalhman Rose upping the EPS 2008 by 40%, Form 4s filed by all 3 directors to exercise options at 1.50, and a new website.
Can ya'll hold it down in here with all this excitement? I wouldn't mind picking up a few more cheapies tomorrow. The last two Friday's have been good for DPDW. I think tomorrow will be really good.
Good morning Deep Downers. Does anyone see a repeat of last week? A continued drop throughout the week with bashers coming out of the woodwork on Thursday. Maybe we can repeat last Friday's action as well.
Welcome back JDS. Thanks for taking the time and expense to visit Deep Down. Looking forward to any insight you care to share with us.
Sounds great. Problem is I've checked under every sofa cushion and took every penny from the kid's piggybank already. All that's left is to mug the tooth fairy. I've got nothin' left. One of these days we'll be rewarded, but it sure is pretty depressing coming home to another 3% drop every day.
Just checking in after a looooong day at work. I see I managed to nibble a few more at .88. Kinda makes my day to get them so cheap.
It's DPDW's Christmas present to us. I love a green Christmas.
My WAG: Dec. 3rd @ 11:35 p.m.
Well said Brikk. DPDW is kind enough to share the cameras with us, let's not abuse this privilage.
Wow, I count 89 locations. That's not a bad start for a customer base.
I'm a bit confused and maybe somebody can help me out. The top of the 8-k filed today states the company name as Consolidated Minerals Management, Inc. Is this a typo? Name change? Sorry if this is a stupid question, still learning. TIA
Brikk,
With your thoughts of focusing on fundamentals, Benjamin Graham once said,
"Price fluctuations have only one significant meaning for the true investor. They provide him with an opportunity to buy wisely when prices fall sharply and to sell wisely when they advance a great deal. At other times he will do better if he forgets about the stock market and pays attention to the operating results of his company."
DPDW is one of those stocks you can forget about the daily pps and sleep well at night.
