I also agree but they still needed some money to move forward with the product alone. As you stated they will need much less now. I totally agree!
Look at the April 24, 2007 form 8-K. It mentions 25 million however that was to also aquire Mentysis so now they may not need that much.
I agree Rocket
I believe in one of there form 8-K when they were trying to deal with Starboard Capital they mentioned that was the amount. I will try to find the 8-K and get back to you.
I feel as though there are new sticks out there and there will be more. It's just called competition. I think the team was aware of this but is not too concerned. These sticks are not that new. What Exobox has is the same but protected better than any other. We should be the new kid on the block but a "Big BullY".
If the team has always been aware of the competion then why are they still working so hard to continue and gaining a $25 million dollar dedt after we receive funding?
My guess is that they know what they have is still going to be the best availible and a new 25 million dedt will be paid with their success and then some.
For those who don't know what a maket cap is.
The total dollar market value of all of a company's outstanding shares. Market capitalization is calculated by multiplying a company's shares outstanding by the current market price of one share. The investment community uses this figure to determining a company's size, as opposed to sales or total asset figures.
Frequently referred to as "market cap".
If a company has 35 million shares outstanding, each with a market value of $100, the company's market capitalization is $3.5 billion (35,000,000 x $100 per share).
Company size is a basic determinant of asset allocation and risk-return parameters for stocks and stock mutual funds. The term should not be confused with a company's "capitalization," which is a financial statement term that refers to the sum of a company's shareholders' equity plus long-term debt.
The stocks of large, medium and small companies are referred to as large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap, respectively. Investment professionals differ on their exact definitions, but the current approximate categories of market capitalization are:
Large Cap: $10 billion plus
Mid Cap: $2 billion to $10 billion
Small Cap: Less than $2 billion
You were right. Wittenburg sold 50,000 shares. I was looking within Money Central and it did not show but went to another and found it. I guess I will stay away from Money Central for insider sales.
Good point. I will assume that is what is happening
There doesn't show to be any insider trading however one must wonder what motive would initiate this large amount.
Why so much volume today? There is no news. Mostly selling and of large amounts. Does someone know something that we don't? This kind of volume must have a good reason.
I lived in Pasadena for 11 years before coming to Conroe. lwest told me rkentsmith was from here.
Is Ott also from Conroe, Texas? You both seem to know each other.
lwest and I both are from there.

Also keep in mind that in there last form 8-k dated August 27 that they were now seeking their other current funding source. IMO that tells me that it is current and they do have a source.
I have 3 different buy orders and they are not filled.
It's strange that there has not been any trades and the day is half over. Yesterdays volume was at 95,000 and so far today 0.
I am wondering why a few weeks ago when the PPs was higher and shareholdrs weren't complaining so much that the team was willing to respond to our phone calls but now they won't respond to our emails. I read on the board where some have of us have sent several emails. I would think that they would at least acknowledge us with an email for it is much easier than a phone call. They can do that with conveneice from there home.
I'm curious like everyone else with there silence. I am so very certain that since we they are in the computer business that they are on there computers everyday and see the emails. They can respond, the tools to do it are right in front of them.
I apologize to all for being so negative yesterday on the board. Sometimes we need to vent our frustrations and so I did.
What I wish I knew like everyone else is why now all of the selling after the SEC investigation? I would think that if I were an insider that was needing to sell shares and had some kind of positive news that I could make pulic to raise the PPS I would do that prior to selling. Could it be that they just don't have anything?
I hope to think that what info they have is too big to let out prematurely.
Eagle 1,
Right now many of us need your encouragement. A good pep talk would be good about now.
I will be bailing with you. The end is near for me.
Pizza I feel the same as you. A post not long ago (I think last month )from someone that spoke to Dillon stated that the team was working on a way to let us know what is happening. Well? I guess the latest form 8k was it.
Now let see. There's ben alot of inside selling, the SEC is investigating them, they sign LOI's with questionable people, the PPs is going down, they let us know that they have the same existing patents today, and still no news.
Dillon promised that they were not going to let us down. I am trying to believe that but is very difficult when today's 8-k is no news. Can it be that hard just for them to say something to us if they have progressive information.
I thought that the Patent was already officially confirmed, approved, or whatever. Or is this another patent that we are not aware of?
I won't buy anymore until I hear a more possitive note from the team. I do feel that they could at least crack there door open just a little and let us take a peek ( just enough to let us no that they are still there and working). I still have alot of shares and will not sell but I am getting very impatient.
Found this artical on Daleiden that waw published today.

Just thinking out loud. If the product that Exobox has is so valuble and companies such as Microsoft, and OSR who know what Exobox has, wouldn't you think that they might be willing to finance them, maybe trade for shares or work out some kind of deal? After all if it will send us to the moon just think of what planet they can go to since they are there already. Obviously they know who Exobox is from the white papers and signed agreements.
I feel certain if this product could do that much for Microsoft or anyone else that they would not wait another minute to help get this product into production IMO.
What are they waiting on?
Mostlikley waiting on both however they need to be cleared by the SEC. Who would want to give to a company if they might be in trouble. Also this will likely go on for a long time. Once the SEC is involved they won't leave until someone is blamed IMO.
I find this interesting. Obviously the EXBX team is cooperating with the SEC since March 2007. Their attorney's filed this.

Re: Exobox Technologies Corporation, a Nevada corporation ("Issuer")
Registration Statement on Form 10-SB
File No. 0-51689
Dear Mr. Fuller:
In response to your oral request, we are providing the following
supplemental information:
Business-History and Organization
The Issuer undertakes to include in their Form 10-KSB for the current
fiscal year, a discussion of the business reason for the reverse triangular
merger followed by the parent-subsidiary merger. In substantially the following
language:
Management of Exobox Technologies Corp. was of the opinion
that a publicly owned corporation is better able to attract investment
capital to develop and market its technology because of the enhanced
awareness in the capital markets and transparency of its financial
affairs. Therefore, management concluded that by combining with a
non-operating blank check or shell corporation, the resulting entity
would no longer be a blank check or shell corporation and the
shareholders of the former JinPin, Inc. would represent a public float
and result in the conversion of Exobox Technologies Corp. from a
privately owned to publicly owned company. The triangular merger
resulted in the original Exobox Technologies Corp. private Delaware
company becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the former JinPin, Inc.,
a publicly owned Nevada company. Management believed that the
parent-subsidiary relationship was cumbersome and uneconomical and,
therefore, followed the triangular reverse merger with a
parent-subsidiary merger so that the two constituent companies came
together as a publicly owned Nevada corporation named Exobox
Technologies Corp.
Recent Sales of Unregistered Securities
The last subheading under the heading "Recent Sales of Unregistered
Securities" relates to transactions with MCC Financial Services Advisors, Inc.
Our intention when drafting the Registration Statement was to have the
discussion with respect to exemptions from registration in the first paragraph
under the heading "Recent Sales of Unregistered Securities" apply to each of the
transactions discussed under the heading. This will confirm that the 50,000
shares of restricted common stock of the Issuer issued to MCC Financial Services
Advisors, Inc., as part of their compensation, was issued in reliance on the
exemption from registration in Rule 506 under Section 4(2) of the Securities Act
of 1933.
Future Registration Statements
The Securities Purchase Agreement between the Issuer and Manillo
Investors Ltd. dated September 20, 2005 is slightly different from the classic
P.I.P.E. transaction in that the Issuer is not contractually obligated to file a
registration statement covering the resale of the shares issued to Manillo
Investors Ltd. As a result, based upon the present circumstances, the Issuer has
no present intention to file a registration statement on Form SB-2, or any other
appropriate form, covering either the conversion of the Series C Preferred Stock
to be issued to Manillo Investors Ltd or the resale of the common stock issued
upon conversion.
If you have any further or additional questions or comments, please let
me know.
Yours very truly,
/s/Robert L. Sonfield, Jr.

I am a little concerned why the clause that was in June 6, 2007 form 8-K stating that there is no assurance that Exobox will consummate the contemplated acquisitions was not in the April 24, 2007 form 8-K. It seems that after the SEC investigation is made public and that the new loi superseded the October 25, 2006 loi that it was then stated in the latest form 8-K. I'm curious. Did the investigation cause them to make that statement or was it the new loi?
I am with you too!

I am wondering the same thing. Usually there is plenty to read about.

Larock21,
I'm not sure why you had trouble filling your order for 5 days. Friday I placed and order and filled today for .47 and again this morning I placed an order and filled at .49. I used both Scottrade and OptionsXpress.
A/Cguy
I agree with you Islandtime. Eagle1 is an inspiration and has done a great job on providing information.
A/Cguy
Tried to get filled at .35 two days ago. Then moved to .45. Now went to .50 and still cannot get filled. Share price is getting better.
A/Cguy
I have an order since this morning for 6000 @ .35 and cannot get it filled.

Thanks Eagle1, That is helpful.

I don't mean to sound too ignorant but can someone help me to understand what the abbreviations mean on this board ( lol, DD, PR, BTW, etc.....)
Anyone have any new info on aucc?
Often large amounts of volume may possibly indicate institutions buying into a stock which is good but volume is still too low for that. The large candlestick has closed today above the $.33 where the 50 day MA is located which was a line of resistance and now making it a new line of support but with more resistance at.35 and that is where it closed today. We broke thru 2 lines of resistance at .30 and .33 today. We now need a day of closing above .35 to break the above resistance and create a new line of support.
A large candlestick is a strong indicator. To learn more about candlesticks take a look at this website. http://www.investopedia.com/search/results.aspx?q=candlesticks
On this page look under dictionary where it gives various types of candles and what they mean.
Of course any good news tomorrow would eliminate the purpose of any support, resistance or what a candlestick means.
