My guess is 2-3 days before the Jones acquisition is 8k'd, something will leak and the MM's will catch wind of it!

To those I confer with and respect opinions from have a strong feeling that we get news sometime this week but again it's only an opinion. Rational and a systematic approach allude to this timeframe, one can only wait and see! Take care!

If companies like Crane Cams and rumor of Flowmaster having financial issues than how many 10-20 million dollar companies are qued up to be acquired!

Once again,junior and senior debt--don't tell me you don't see that stated!

This is probably one of the best scenarios for a roll-up strategy to be executed, there are many companies in peril waiting to be acquired!

We do have an acquisition about to get 8k'd!
Nobody can tell me with 9 months of negotiations on Aero/Jones part and with the $25,000 down in the hand of Jones attorneys which has been verified that the acquisition will not go thru!

And with the interesting news I found out by calling Summit Racing last week this acquisition is closer to getting cemented than most realize. Can one say distribution-but by whom is the question????

So I suppose if they were over-staffed and continued to payout all that un-needed overhead in a slowed economy(aftermarket now picking up)that would have been a prudent business decision? LOL!!!!

I believe many here have opened their bag and dumped it prematurely only to have regrets for not persevering the games!

As far as MM manipulation -- I have proof and 14 MM's have been fined by the SEC for inappropriate behavior on another company! Keep the online complaints flowing! It works!

Those numbers are well figured, a P/E of even 20 for a growth company could be used although using industry averages are a save estimation!

A no-refund on a $25,000 deposit already received and NO financing-- I HIGHLY doubt that!

Maybe the reason Aero has'nt 8k the acquisition yet is because Jones possibly is bringing in another acquisition Landreth had been putting together pre-Aero/Jones deal!
