People are taking profit. Folks were expecting huge news. This will move up and down for a bit. Plus I think folks are avg. down a bit
This site is for one of the distributors. It's not the parent company.
Folks should take a look at the CEO's background. He's an interesting guy. Knows the oil business. He's not afraid to take a risk either.
Interesting part on the O/S. There is a fair amount of acquisition from Jan to March 2010. The O/S as stated in the 10-k as of 3/31/2010 is only 76 mil. That tells me the company is making a really honest effort to keep it manageable.
Actually I think the traffic signals business is actually pretty decent. There are alot of road projects going on with federal and state money.
Lots a flipping. Find an entry point. :)
Good morning EFIR
It had a huge run to .21 back then. Sold most of my shares. Had a few left after the RS. Was a bit cynical for a while. Though the 10-k showed they were making a pretty honest effort to build something.
Been a shareholder since 2004.

Things are interesting around here...
Agreed I see trading in .013 to .028 range next week.
IBox is updated
well folks all want to get in a good price. Problem is they killed the momo for the moment.
Late day surge back to green?
Late day push? Markets are generally all around today..
I'd expect mid to late next week.
Think its because they were 2 separate entities for most of 2009. Accounting wise might be easier to be separate for 2009 and then consolidate for 2010. This 10-k is really very huge. It's very thorough, though the scope is very large.
Jelly page f-18 has 8mil in revs for 2009..
Sure... I used to be the asst mod many moons ago...
Ibox is very old...
They didn't hide anything in the 10-k. It's one of the better one's I've seen in a long time.
So far you misspoke on the rev's for 2009 and couldn't tell the difference between an LOI announced today(2010) and a 10-k for fiscal year 2009
Page F-18 of the 10-k has the 2009 Fins. PR was for a acquisition in 2010... Don't know how you could account for a 2010 purchase in the 2009 finances? Time travel?
Check F-18
8,325,660 for 2009. Curious what Q1 2010 will bring. Actually think they've done a decent job putting things together. Considering the economic climate they've done a pretty good job laying things out. Will need an 8-k
I think you missed the 2009 revenue..
Wonder if that was from the RS. I had about 500 shares left from 2005. They turned into 3. I did all right on the last run back then. I'm hoping they learned from the last time. It appears so to me.
How many years back when it was at that price??? I was trading this stock back in 2004-5 and it topped out at .22
Rock on EFIR!
Hopefully we'll get some interesting news this week :)
Actually it has alot more with the fact that EGPI actually is adding real companies and revenue to its bottom line. The oil business never really took off. The russian oilfield venture was a fiscal disaster. They spent a ton on VC money for it and the russians took the money and said no. They never really recovered. After the RS they finally decided on a better business model and decided that toxic death spiral of finacing was not an option. The folks attached to the company are a decent lot. They learned their lesson last time, hence they pulled out that crap deal they had setup and got much better(reputable) financing. They still a very small amount of revenue from some oil and natural gas coming in. The only thing I don't like is that historically management is awful with communications.
A long time ago this ran from .01 to .21 back in the oil days
added a small position here today.
Long time stockholder here. Looks like they want to avoid the toxic death spiral that killed them with the Russian Oil Field adventure. To me it appears they really want to build a company.
Most likely Hunsacker mentally dissolved..
It has potential. My fear is management doesn't waste its time with PR's and has never really had a good potential revenue stream.
Been watching this one for 5 years. May some cash when it ran to .21 back in the oil days. Problem is this company never talks to shareholders.
Going to be quiet for a while I suspect.
Haitian Relief
"With the massive relief efforts needed in Haiti I was thinking that the IHUB community could kick in some help! IHUB members are blessed to be trading and making money but at the same time it is also a time to rally together and help others when needed!"
