when I go to my history i find "website is coming soon" and when I click on that history it brings me back to that page - every time.

when ever I click on the posted link the "website coming soon" page comes up....

funny,,, last night I looked at IBCs website and saw it was powered by "??????" sorry, i didnt write that info down.. I planned on going back to the site today, getting the info, and calling that company to find out if they would tell me when the IBC website would be complete... Little did I know that it would all vanish before I woke up this AM... ANd to think I complained to IBC about the tackey message on their homepage about their ticker service subscription that had expired.. for months I complained and they didnt fix it - but their website can be shut down in a flick of an eye..

For those of you who don't know - Joe Tully was the mouth peice IBC "hired" to represent them as their Public Relations link between IBC and Us... LOL...

He hasn't had contact with them in months. IBC hasnt returned his calls in either. Nor have they officially relieved him from his appointed position so he couldn't tell me anything even if he knew anything.

He didn't have a clue about Truei but he did say he wasnt surprised.

Get this, IBC paid him in shares just as they did everyone else - Rudd, CHungwha, the cell phone guy, the photographer, the computer guy, the maintenance man, and on and on and on.. He told me he does his own DD before he represents any company and will not represent them if he finds they are paying everyone off with shares! He said that fact somehow eluded his DD... I told him if he'd read RB he would have learned about all many of the folks they paid off in shares. If that had happened we never would have heard of Joe Tully or of Designated Marketing..

Joe believes IBCs technology is real and that (off the record) IBC will perhaps be obsorbed by another larger company - or words to that effect.

Hummertt .. you might want to call Joe.. His seems alot more open and relaxed than he did in the past.. you will likely make more sense out of talkikng with him than I did today.

is part of my point... They haven't seen our faces! Have any of us gone there or met with them outside their offices? To them We are faceless guys using monopoly money! We are Not real. It's somehow easier on the conscience to screw people you dont see. As it is probably somehow easier to drop bombs from a plane than it is to kill in hand to hand combat - to look your advisary in the eye somehow makes things much more real..So, that is part of why I was asking you to Go there, look them in the eye, let them look you in the eye and see they are screwing over real people with real money...

Hummertt... I'd love to take you up on that but time just doesnt allow. The soonest I could make it down there is the first week December. I really need to get a better feel for things so I can decide whether I'm going to sell out before the end of the year and take my loss or hold on. That's why I was trying to get Deezoo to go and look in these guys eyes and see what his impressions are of them.. But I now can see if he did go there he'd likely be looking into "Black Eyes" lol...............

I wish the trip to IBC you and I had planned last spring had worked out. But as you know, regaining ownership of my company killed that idea. In august I moved my office and this is my busy time of the year so I can't do it now... Then in Mid December I go to CHina for 3 weeks to see my family. No Deezoo, I am not going to visit my long lost brother Mark Truie. LOL..

And as far as being an insider - LOL!!!!... rediculous.. Those here that know me know my extensive involvement on another board as well as my extensive past DD. These people know how rediculous your suggestion sounds.

I was a huge proponent of this company until I uncovered a couple of things earlier this year. Since then I have been fairly quiet on this board because. frankly, there hasnt been much to say since this board began. This board began after the big slide and shortly before all the gags were put into place and management stopped communicating with shareholders...

Sorry but I can't understand your being so close but not visiting IBC - unless your very shy and you feel just meeting one of those guys face to face would be too confrontational for you to feel comfortable with.. And, as far as wanting to punch one of these guys out, I would wager you can muster the self control to keep your anger in check. Further, if all you invested was "play money" it seems you shouldn't be too upset.

On the other hand going to meet with them, or atleast going in to talk with the receptionist, may be a very healthy thing to do. It would be helpful to all of us too. If you're half way decent at reading people you should be able to get a good sense of wether you're getting BSed or told the truth.

Please dont get me wrong, I'm not knocking you - I'm just trying to understand. If it were me I'd would have visited with them long before now. In fact I was considering flying down there to meet with them prior to doubling my position - I just couldn't find the time and I was worried I would spend a couple of days and several hundred dollars getting down there to be told "oh, I'm awfully sorry Mr.------, but Mr. West and Mr Balado and Mr. Howell have all been called away early this AM for an emergency meeting with ------. They send their deepest apologies and hope they haven't inconvenienced you too much."

In hind sight if that had happened it would have been a blessing in disguise as it would have saved me a lot of $.

Anyway, give it some thought. Heck, you can even use a Alias. Give it some thought.

Deezoo - if this thing is a pump and dump (and it increasingly looks that way) it sure is a extremely elaborate P&D.. For those of us that did a lot of DD early on, we were all very impressed by the extreme perplexity of this whole thing.. All the research affilations, all the science, the world class scientist they got to come on board, some of their management team, and on and on and on..... "the thing is so involved and complex, how can it possibly be a P&D, a scam, a hoax". this was the thought that many of us had that caused us to invest. "How can this possibly be a Scam".

Well, my first clue it was (and I posted this on another board) was last february after Truei began to dump. I talked to a US representative of CHungwha. I asked him if IBC had any orders with them and also to get his opinion of IBC as a company. He had never heard of IBC. I provided him with all kinds of links to IBC info and press releases - he told me to call him back the next week after he'd done some reading.

The following week he told me he'd contacted his boss in china. It was true that Chungwha and IBC had signed a contract in 2005 but IBC had never provided them with anything "mature enough" to be produced... Hmmmmmm.. But the real kicker was this. He told me he noticed on the IBC web page that Truei was listed as Vice President in charge of Manufacturing... "Mark doesnt know anything about manufacturing" he told me. "He is however an excellent organizer" he added. "organizer" I questioned. "Yes, he's very good and putting projects together" he replied. I then asked him if he knew Truei to be in any way dishonest. He replied "no, I dont know him to be dishonest but he is not a manufacturer."

Boys, after hearing that and seeing insiders dumping I should have dumped and only lost 1/2 of my money instead of losing 99.9999999999999% of it. But I, like others of us here, and others that no longer come here, continued to believe the untruths being told us by management and their cronies like Designated Marketing. When this was just below .10 I rememeber being told by them "Don't miss the chance to average down, big news is just around the corner".

One good thing - today wasn't a red day.

Deezoo - They (IBC) werent going to use the ethanol to sell as a fuel - in other words, ethanol was not intended to be the "end product". their plan (supposedly) was to obtain derivatives from the ethanal to make other things from....

The asian connection for the ethanol production was important. they make ethanol from many things over there for a lot less cost too. I wonder how much of that Truei screwed up for IBC? Because originally the deal with ZhongAo was supposed to be completed in Mid February (Feb 12th)- right around the time IBC found out what Truei had been up to in China.

Then there was CHungwa! Working with them on production of other products was forsaken (atleast temporarily) to persue the Ethanol path. I was told by a Chungwa rep that the IBC products were not "Mature Enough for production". Seems to me that Truei was responsible for that too - bringing certain products to maturity and ready for production.. Chungwa was given a lot of shares in exchange for their services. But to date they haven't provided any services... I have often wondered what the PPS of IBTY would be if Chungwa sold off their shares.

Yes, and I was told in november and December to watch for January. Then to watch for big news in February... I was Happy to have finally gotten my APS to .65 (lol). Then the bottom began to fall out - when truei and all the other insiders began to dump...

I believe they finished up the original 200m shortly after they gagged the TA. When they gagged the TA they were at about 189 million. So, they have been working on the additional 300m for a while.

Yeah, I'm guessing this can't go on much longer one way or another.

Let's say they have 250,000,000 left to sell. If they sold them at .00070 (to pick a number) they would raise an additional 170,000 bucks (about) wow!.. How long would that take to happen? WHat would be the incentive for them to squeeze the last few drops out of this wet rag? Unless they are just that greety.

The other side of the coin is that (maybe) there is something good about to break.

I agree this being quiet is just plain sick AND rude. I still can't figure why they never commented to shareholders on the article that was published about Truei ripping them off.

It's great to hear that you've been there several times and observed what you have. I would give an "Eye tooth" to have been in your position - which leads me to my question.

Why, with the number of times you've been there, haven't you gone inside and asked to speak to West or Howell or the CEO..
Can you plan on doing that the next time? We can furnish you with a list of questions. Don't bring weapons or anything -lol - just see if they'll set down and talk with you or give you a tour. As a representative of group who owns ???millions of shares.

MCT - the 500million APS is mentioned in IBCs last quarterly..

MCT888 - I honestly can't remember who told me that. It seems was someone I hold in esteem - but because I am not sure I will not name names. So, take it for what it's worth. I'll tell you what - the next time I talk to him I will ask him if it was he who told me about the 500milion shares. If so, I'll let you know.

But I gotta say this - by the way IBC zipped through 150,000,000 since Jan 1st I was expecting them to have additional shares authorized. What happens past that is pure speculation on my part at this point. But I must say I am absolutely baffeled by the fact that IBC has not said one thing to share holders since the article came out about Truei.

And when I think of the fact that more than one of us, now on this board, spoke to IBC execs since Truei sold off his 600,000 shares and were told "oh, don't worry. things are just a little tight around here now. 600,00 shares are just pocket change to Truei". When in reality they had learned by that time about the "Truei/China" deal. The fact they have lied and never addressed it with share holders really bothers me.

MCT888, It is my understanding that the AS is 500,000,000 now. OS is any ones guess. With the TA gagged we may never know for sure.

"Not worth much" is more accurate. However it did get IBC pumped up for a short while - so, IMHO, it served its purpose.

But as far as anyone making plans on buying IBTY or not OR, judging the future of IBC based on the RUDD Report, it's pretty much not worth much of anything.

Sorry guys but the Rudd report is worthless. Mr Rudd states on his website that he never owns stock in any company he reports on - that way no one would ever claim there was a conflict of interest. Yet he filed a 144 this year to sell his shares in IBC. Shares he had to hold for atleast one year in order to sell them. Do the math. He was paid those shares prior to publishing the IBC "Rudd Report", none of which has come true.

I emailed Mr Rudd, quoted his statement from his website, asked him about the IBTY 144 he filed, and ofcourse got no response.

As originally IBC was to sign with ZhongAo in regards to the product of Ethanol at their Tianjin facility. As I recall the signing was to take place by mid February and ofcourse never did happen.

Hexed.... I agree with your "taking the heat off stock holders" part. And, in reality IBC didn't hire a PR firm perse. Designated Marketing had been in place for a few months as Marketing firm - sending out flyers, making phone calls, answering calls RE IBC, etc.

As pressure increased on IBCs IR officer, David West, his communication with investors turned into zippidy-do-da, zero, nada, zilch!!.. A couple of share holders, one in particular, got really pissed and called the IR, CEO, IBCs attorney, etc. and left them all very heated voice messages. A couple of days after that the PR came out stated designated marketing was going to act as IBC PR firm. Also, at the same time the contact info for IBCs attorney and Transfer agent were removed from IBCs wesite - lol. In essence Designated Marketing is only a mouth piece designed to further insulate IBC management for share holder - nothing more/nothing less.

Reversing this thing without news would allow it to wind up exactly where is is now, pps wise. $ wise we'd, of course, be much worse off if it split then declined again.

I still contend this: they need not split if they truely come out with good news. The pps will take care of itself with good news.
