Less than 6% of the float has traded over past 5 days...I guess that means
94% have held their ground. I think I'll stay with the herd this time.
While it makes for an ugly red portfolio...it's totally irrelevant. Walked down each of past 5 days by the MMs...with no buying support, they're gonna' go where they can get some action & make their money. Less than a million served so far today...& only about 37M for past 5 trading days...minuscule volume.
Copy that...looks like there are new opportunities popping up all the time. Personally, I like Troy's plan to jump into the "wide open" east coast market. First one to the feed trough gets the most...
Glad to see Troy went to the MJ expo on the first day...per his tweet, I'm guessing he met with his target acqui.
Git' in...Git' out...Git' the job over with. :)
That would definitely augment my retirement...
Roger all that...if ya' got it...flaunt it.
Copy that...and, there have been a few changes since the submission. There are so many moving parts in a diverse holding company with 7 acquisitions that it can be confusing to new eyes as to what we have & their worth.
Kinda' bassackwards' ain't it...? That's why I was hoping Troy would PR the acceptance of the Reg-A with a brief synopses of all the companies to be funded...basically a bullet point release of what he submitted to the SEC. That would've put a lot of eye opening info in easily read PR form, & peaked people's interest a bit more...instead of traders just coming in & playing the momo...IMO. But...he's always said that he wanted to wait till we actually had hard assets bought & paid for before he opened the barn door for the whole world to see & valuate. He's the boss & he's done a helluva' job getting us on the cusp of being a real company...door could swing open any minute now. :)
OK...that's all Greek to this ole' fogey...I'm guessing the latter...as that seems to be Troy's style.
BTW...nothing inside here...I just listened intently to all the game plans Troy has put forth in public forums, read the term sheets & connected the business acumen dots. Was in the service industry many moons ago & learned the rights & wrongs with opening & running properties. Movies & MJ stuff...not so much...but I did learn from Shark Tank that money can be made from anywhere & anything...if done right.
There have been changes to the SNM site...so I'm assuming somebody is doing something. Sounds like you have a pretty good handle on websites, domains etc...shoot Troy a text or give him a call with your suggestions...can't hurt.
All is being done behind the scenes...can't say anything about the NGD website & FB page...only know that Troy is definitely taking care of the funding of a very full plate of diverse food. If it's a brick n' mortar property...my concern (and more than likely, theirs) is to focus my time & effort on getting it up & running first. Now, with that being said...Troy did hire Krissy Gogel from 6b Design to take care of all the acqui's websites...she's done some with the SNM site, but I don't know her timeline for all the others. Communication with him or her would be needed to find that out. Awareness by ALL forms of today's media is important, & I'm relatively sure getting the social presence up & running is on their docket. Don't know if this link will work...but it's a tweet from Troy dated Sept 15th...re: hiring Krissy.

Like we say in the sweet potato south...Iyam ;)
Re: comments on old NGD shop...
There are two sides to every story...past is the past & the future of this brand has yet to be determined with the two new locations soon to open.
May I suggest you voice your concerns to Troy...as he (not we) has the power to affect any change that would ease your worries.
A bit more patience will pay...
As soon as each acquisition is funded & contracts signed, then we officially have 50% of that acquisition's assets & future revenues...the assets alone equate to increased share value. At present...Red Canvas Film Productions (Money Fight) Dog On Deck Productions (Potential) Metaphor Entertainment (new artists etc) & Cannabis Payment Solutions have no revenue & are currently either shopping a movie (top movie exec screening for Money Fight in LA possibly this week) making a movie, recording new singing talent or gathering cannabis clients. Troy also tweeted that he's looking to expand our cannabis assets & will be at a cannabis industry expo in Boston, which starts today. Naughty Girls Donut Shop brand's charter store in VA is slated to be open this week with a grand opening on Oct 20th...& another store in Georgetown, DC shortly thereafter. Both of those acquisitions, by their nature, will be producing revenue on day one. The two Paul Mitchell schools are already producing a gross revenue of just under $4M/yr with a net of apprx $1m/yr. Funky Biscuit (Bar/Rest/Entertainment Venue) in FL is also a very established business & producing revenue...& awaiting $1M+ in funding to expand the property & accommodate more business...which equates to even more revenue.
The process has begun...& the dominoes will begin to fall any day now.
Probably, eventually...he would surely have a much larger audience if he did. :)
Git' em' while ya' can folks...last trading day in September...
MMs might not be as accommodating in October.
Up, down, all around...it's like playing a pinball machine.
Just the beginning...
It is correct...& after reviewing some past tweets...the blue sky reg in CO was approved, but I've not seen anything on the pending blue sky app in New York. I mention this because, as Troy stated in the last MJ PR:
Will be fun to see what's in Troy's shopping cart after this Expo next wk.

As our Cajun friends say down here...true dat'...
Bingo! Killer tweet...& those dates are only a week away.
Wouldn't have minded an inexpensive ihub news release on this...followed by a national release on any upcoming deal after the Expo.
Burn those naughty calories up with some good ole medicinal alcohol...ha ha. The naughty name & nostalgic theme should be enough of a tease to spike people's curiosity...add some decadent pastries & booze & the Washington DC crowd will literally & figuratively eat it up. If the food quality is as good as the innovative atmosphere...we've got a winner...for sure.
Guess you missed this promotional tour a few years back..."naughty girl"

I agree...instant $$$ on the books. People need to remember...the "investors" funding our Reg-A are (per Troy) pretty savvy investors that see not only the instant asset valuation we will have...but also, the potential revenues they can attain. So...with the proper multiples added into the mix...we should have a pps that will definitely make us
And...I'm guessing he's already got an IR firm lined up to do their thing...future sure looks bright...IMO.
Troy always seems to get done what he tweets...not necessarily in the self imposed timeline he states...but generally, soon thereafter. Many times, his optimism is tempered by bureaucratic realities...& other times, (as you stated) because he wears many hats that take him in many directions...& his plate is definitely full. I agree...he's doing a great job!
What's the question? Been here since week 2...I don't know everything, but I know enough to either dazzle you with my brilliance, or baffle you with my BS.
Copy that...glad your close & can go...take some good pics/videos for us.
viral...that's close...but not quite accurate. The first NGD shop in Sterling, VA is slated to open on or about the 1st of Oct...with a Grand Opening of the same shop on the 20th. The second NGD shop in Georgetown, DC doesn't have an opening date yet, to my knowledge...altho, reconstruction of the site is going on now.
Both bringing in "good revenues" sounds spot on tho...
GL2Us...SNMN
Ain't that the truth! Not sure where the buying came from the past couple of days...but it is definitely welcome.
I'm basically ignorant on the stock...don't know the SS or much about it, cause I was late to the party anyway & just concentrating on SNMN...just think the 3 weeks of candles is very sweet n' sexy...& I would gladly like to see SNMN do that thru all the different sizes of coinage...
Maybe she got back in for round 2...good for her if she did.
Could be...a lot of peeps have brought up Mary's summer blockbuster pick...ONC#...their past 3 week rise is what I would like to see us emulate. It's almost text book stair stepping, consolidation...etc etc...and a dang nice looking 30 day chart.
Paul Mitchell is the only acqui we've actually seen any kind of numbers on...& what has been shown is EXCELLENT...would love to see Funky Bisquit's #s & after a month or two...some projections with NGD. When everything is funded, at some point, we'll see asset valuations & plenty of numbers.
That's OK...bounce around the 6s for a while like we did in the 5s...little bit of profit taking...but very minor...so far anyway. I would be more than happy if we hung out here & tickled 7s by eod.
Seems to me there was someone on the board that said they lived in northern VA...but don't remember who it was. They could easily do this GO & the subsequent one in Georgetown too. Kinda' thinking Natalie or Troy will take some vids for us...maybe even hire a professional to cover it.
Roger that...did a bunch of em' in my youthful days :)
Copy...not familiar with the city of Sterling, VA...but was quite familiar with Georgetown, DC when I lived in Annapolis, many moons ago...looks like that one is moving along nicely too. Lot's of $$$ in that neck of the woods...& these two are only the beginning of this unique brand...prosperous times ahead for Naughty Girls & SNMN...& they are just the tip of the berg'. :)
