You can get alot more shares for 3s, after PR 4s will be long gone though :)
Could be, as long as we hold the .0003 level pre-PR we're fine. I'd worry if we go back to .0002 though, but for now support looks really good. Low volume isn't bad either when expecting a PR.
Most likely a PR will come at the end of this week. Then I'd say we rock into next week. No worries, still looks solid...
Can't wait to see the short volume for today. Gonna be comical when they have to cover lol.
Lots of shorting going on today and yesterday. Once PR is released they'll get burnt.
Your mixing up market price with par value. All company purchases/mergers/splits are done at par value. Market value is only used when giving shares as compensation to officers or something.
Here:
When a company first becomes incorporated, the state of incorporation must approve the number of shares of stock that the corporation is authorized to sell—authorized stock, or capital stock. Many states require that the stocks also have a par value, or nominal value, to provide a minimum amount of legal capital to pay creditors. The legal capital is equal to the par value multiplied by the number of shares of outstanding stock, which is the number of shares currently held by investors. The corporation is not legally permitted to pay dividends or buy back its own stock, if doing so reduces the amount of legal capital below the required minimum. The par value is printed on each stock certificate. The par value of each stock is also changed accordingly by stock splits. A 2-for-1 split, for instance, would halve the par value.
The par value is often $1 or less, which is much less than the market price or the expected market price of the stock. The par value is set low, because the stock cannot be issued for less than par value. If par value were higher and if the demand for the stock was less than anticipated, the corporation would be unable to sell the number of shares that it planned, since it would not be able to lower its price below par value in order to increase demand for its stock.
The par value of preferred stock is much higher than common stock because preferred stock pays a fixed dividend that is a designated percentage of par value.
No-par stocks have no par value printed on its certificates. Instead of par value, some states allow no-par stocks to have a stated value, set by the board of directors of the corporation, which serves the same purpose as par value in setting the minimum legal capital that the corporation must have after paying any dividends or buying back its stock.
I try :) I'm no expert though, but it is easy to educate yourself on all the terms and stock lingo.
Also par value doesn't mean what the company is worth so much as what the company can do with their SS, raise money, buy back stock. The number has to be cheaper then the PPS to do all those things.
Anybody with even simple understanding of SS would know right away the par value is .00001, not .001 without emailing.
Par value is never more then the share price, so there's no way it'd be .001. Scary people would buy stocks without understanding even the simplest things first.
They're all P&Ds lol. You just have to know when to jump ship, but this...I'm just boarding this ship.
Well that explains everything...
ETMM is sitting @100.05 LOL!
Anything is possible with MMMG lol. Wouldn't be the first stock of theirs to run to .25+
Its got to be announced tomorrow morning or today with this volume. Somebody knows something or they wouldn't be buying this much.
You can't stop what's coming...
(No Country For Old Men) :)
Looks like the MMs have it as a sell. Ah stock manipulation lol.
They better P&D this thing like all their other stocks or I'm gonna be ticked off! LOL...I want to see .10 or .20!
Do it up MiniMarsBarsMoJoGroup.
Yeah I found it...not exactly the easiest thing to find when there's about a million Canada Inc.'s. Still disappointed, doesn't look near legit to me with so many similar companies, be pretty easy to pick one out of the hat and create some mumbo jumbo lol.
I hope I'm wrong, trust me I need the money haha.
7662491 is a fake corporation number as far as I can see. I can't find it anywhere after a few searches on the website they listed. Very disappointing...seems like I picked another fraud to buy into, oh well hope it runs at least.
Yeah its my pennystock roulette, if it fills I win, if it doesn't I lose. Or sometimes the other way around LOL. :)
Yeah I had a 5M AON go through in a few minutes Tuesday, had a 2.5M today and they wouldn't fill. Go figure, something is up I'm sure. Old scammer NITE was on the ask so I'm not surprised.
Nope lol. I have a AON on it, guess I could re-enter it. Had no problem yesterday...
Have had buy order in for 10 minutes now, won't fill...Good or bad?

Additional Information
3M volume, now we're rolling lol...
UPDATE:
Operation Broken Trust...
http://www.justice.gov/usao/fls/PressReleases/101206-02.html
In U. S. v. Steven Humphries and John Buckeye Epstein,10-60259-CR-WPD, Humphries and Epstein, officers of a publicly traded company, were charged with engaging in a scheme to pay kickbacks to a pension fund fiduciary to induce the fiduciary to misappropriate money from a pension fund in order to buy restricted common stock at inflated prices, resulting in an intended loss of $40,000. On October 7, 2010, both defendants pled guilty. Epstein is scheduled for sentencing January 18, 2011. Humphries is scheduled for sentencing January 24, 2011.
Interesting read to say the least, seems we were all apart of possibly the largest government securities fraud operation in history.
Yes they stopped the fraud, but how do we get our money back, and what happens to the stocks involved? Is there a government operation to restructure them.
BTW mod might want to sticky this...Humpy gets his day Jan. 24th...
Anyone know why the spread is so messed up? I would have bought a few lotto tickets for .0002 or .0001, but they have the ask at .011?
Oh well if it ever trades normal again I'd buy a few, I guess there's not enough buy orders for the MMs to care lol.
Looking at this one closely...SS is awesome if current. From the posts it seems the management got in some trouble but if thats settled this could be a monster with that SS...
My thoughts exactly...I called the 5.50 level too per post #1903. :)
Edit: I meant the actual NG price breaks $10 every 3 years. But UNG will follow if it does again.
If we fall through the 5.78 50 day MA level next support isn't until 5.50s or .30s. If we loose that support who knows how far it will fall...Might get a new 52 week low then.
I think we will find the bottom in mid 2011 around $4-$4.50, maybe even $3.50. Just way too much supply right now, when supply goes down some in 2011 and they start distributing, we'll start moving up again. I also think when it does finally reverse it will go quickly like in past runs. JMO, GLTA...
I think an $8 or $10 call option in 2011 is a safe bet. Every three years it seems to break $10, last in 2008.
Thanks Darwin. I was thinking about doing that myself, but I won't send another then. Hope we get some good news. :)
If there was a trade at 5:20pm it wouldn't show up until Monday morning, wonder what the size was? Some of those after hour trades can be large blocks but not always.
On Yahoo it shows a trade at 5:20pm too, wonder who would be trading this after hours?
It looks like an MM trade with the 250, sometimes they're 500 blocks too. I guess it can only be good from here on if the MMs are moving.
I'm guilty of that lol. I named my car dirty girl because its a black car and anyone with a black or white car knows if you don't wash it every other day the dirt shows up quick.
Pretty bad I know but I am a guy :)
I think he's this one under business professionals:
Chris Humphries
Media Director, Addison, US
But when I click it, it says contact not found. So maybe his info is private?
I would still like to know what is going on with the litigation, if its settled or what. From what I understand Humpy took a plea deal which will probably cut his sentence down a bit.
But the FBI sorta left us all in the dark here, no clue who's CEO, if the company is being turned over to anyone or what. The FBI put in the litigation statement that no investors would be harmed in this string operation but clearly if the company doesn't re-emerge I think most of us were hurt by it.
Though in the last PR Humpy did say Chris was taking over and the company was to be restructured, so who knows if the FBI instructed him as to what to say in that PR because like the day after he took the plea deal. So maybe the FBI will do something after the court case and sentencing I'm hoping.
As long as we are still trading right? lol. I'm averaged at .0002 so its all upside for me if it ever moves again...
Heck I've even seen dead stocks like this just one day randomly jump a few .0001's because a group of loaded investors picks a day to buy millions or billions of shares and pop the price a tad to flip for 100%-200% gain.
Its a great strategy if you and your buddies have the dough. Its either that or usually company officers that bump up the price, actually that's what happened here on the pop to .0004 during the sting, a one day jump then back down, 300% profit if you got in at no bid.
Well I got out at .01 yesterday while I could, glad I'm finally out of this POS. I hope Brian gets whats coming to him, very evil person and gives Nascar a bad name. There's many great people involved with Nascar so don't let this scumbag give them a bad name too.
Brian I hope you burn for this and I wish all the bad things possible for you, you don't deserve anything less. I'd say worse but I'd get in trouble probably.
Bye guys, I'm out...
This is classic scam trading activity. The price runs up in the morning and midday and drops back and settles EOD. Its been doing this everyday since the R/S, seen this many times before, don't tell me it isn't Brian manipulating the price again, who in their right mind would be buying this lol.
