I gotta say
today is the first time in a long time buyers are smarter than sellers- I suspect there is even better news coming, to make NITE back off holding it at 2 1/2 cents and for buyers to be willing to start to pay higher prices. Business growth in multiple states, marketing of xtrax in Asia, who knows.
CSKH - Weekly HLC Bars
To get over a dime would require the company to stop selling private placements at 2 1/2 cents and show revenue growth and show the patent for xtrax in Asia is for a good reason, like a partner there to market the product. Kaboom.
Those of you who email the ceo or investor relations- any idea what may happen that could bring buyers into the stock?

This piece of shit is still stuck in the mud.
Can you elaborate?
Mayor Bloomberg is hoping with a plan being unveiled today to cover 250 of the city's 3,000 acres of shuttered landfills with solar panels capable of powering as many as 50,000 homes.

Any ichimoku experts here? Why is the negative pink cloud so shallow on this last disaster- is that a bullish divergence? link back.
It's not the same- the big project in the article is east on the way to Las Vegas- CSS owns land between that project and Bakersfield- but the big project iirc only provides a small portion of the electricity needs so there will be more, maybe Cavallo Energy will develop CSS' property.

Welcome to new posters. We too are bullish, long and strong but a little weary waiting for everything to fall ino place.
That job was a few years ago, but thanks. It could be a good sign if new posters show up here.
According to someone's email they bought a lot of Rice a Roni.
I like to use the long term bigchart for a big picture view- this one has some attractive features as if it is coming off the bottom. Maybe the blind squirrels on Long Island will find us an acorn.
They are selling more shares cheaply- is there any chance they will use the money wisely or is this just toxic dilution- which raises the question what benefit is there to the buyer of the offering? If they buy at 2.4 cents how much can they sell for a profit? If the price falls to say a penny are they able to exercise the warrants and sell at a profit because of the 30% discount clause? TIA
If they are doing $1 million per month in residential sales with 240 million shares that is a 5 cent stock at 1x sales. If they can rapidly grow revenue it could go much higher, but it would take support from investors to keep a rally going as long as the genius ceo/cfo don't kill it with discount placements.
About time!
NITE to step in front of 999 in 3,2,1..
If they have a 15% margin on projects and $5 million a year home office expenses they need $3 million a month in revenue to break even, is that accurate? Is that realistic- can they do $4 million a month in projects or more?
I may go public because I am in the Southern California market- at least I stopped there on the way home.
Plus the story was they needed to raise cash from Chevra and Kehal in 4th quarter to keep afloat while they were waiting for permits and inspections for work that was never done. Rather than save that money they found a place to put it.
300000/12.5 million= 2.4 cents (.024) St George Investments
The other group got a warrant to buy 405000 shares at .037.
Plus St George has a warrant to purchase 22 million shares at 30% off the current price, with a dilution adjustment.
Or not.
Not saying it will happen, but this is the kind of situation for a surprise to the upside. The sell off was in response to news coming out that insiders already knew and had acted on earlier- so what do they know now and are acting on? Some are selling at the offer and holding the price down, true, but there is no dumping of the stock for a couple of days. Makes me wonder.
At least the weekly candle wick is pointing down. It's all I've got.

We could rebound to the upside here, if they deliver.
Anstalt may be happy with their plunder of the company but if Barry Honig still has 11 million shares we should see a big upspike sometime so he can unload with a big profit.
Ezra if you don't know how to run a business go back to being project manager and get us a ceo who knows what it takes to be successful.
The company needs to create more demand for its stock. I was driving today listening to a San Diego sports radio station that broadcast an ad for residential solar installation. It wasn't us.
Emotional selling is gone, time to release a non fluff PR about real incoming business and growth in new markets.
If better managed this should be at $.10 now- if 2 million a month revenue and 240 million shares. IMO
I still think this could be like that SBGI thing where they turned the business around and went to da moooon. We need real good news, or Real Goods Solar to buy us. IMO
.028x.028 ??
If they had announced the delayed-cancelled Q4 commercial projects sooner the stock probably would have gapped down and gone sideways at 1c for a while, creating more resistance overhead. By not announcing it, there was a slower, painful decline that turned into an uptrend as conditions started to improve.
With the bad news out in the open, the stock should resume its uptrend as business continues to grow. All IMO.
