Dare I ask where is "our other board"? Is it perhaps an "invite only" board?

In the last few days I think I detect a serious case of self absorption on here. I am as disappointed as everyone over the travesty of justice evident in the 101 decision and I remain hopeful we will prevail on appeal. But those of you who are calling for FBI investigations or SCUTUS intervention are not being realistic. WDDD is pretty much a shell company with what many seem to consider frivolous patent infringement claims against the giants. Truth is, nobody not directly involved in this case cares. Don't expect any national outrage (who reads PACER anyway?). Trying to connect our case to the obvious drift to socialism and gov't control feels good but again in reality we are just a knat in that sad game.. FWIW, I was a buyer yesterday and today but I am not expecting great things. It is a classic risk/reward scenario and I am willing to take the risk (at least for now).

Frenzied trading seems to have quieted down for time being. I was able to add more at .07. Still underwater but averaging down :)

When would they be required to tell us if/when S&G bailed? Quarterly maybe? Material event?

A trading halt only matters if you are trying to buy/sell. I agree selling may be harder since buyers will be fewer and waiting for the "fire sale". I don't know what triggers a halt on OTC but suspect that dip to .26 was brief enough to avoid it. At any rate, I hope to be a buyer so we'll see.

I asked this yesterday but no one replied. I know its a guess, but will trading be halted tomorrow if the drop in share price is dramatic?? Any guesses?

It would be nice if Kidron came out with a PR supporting the share price TODAY. I guess he is waiting to see how bad the carnage will be tomorrow?? The answer to that question may be: will the diamond hands stave off the carnage or participate in it?

Do you think any appeal would also be done on contingency? Does Kidrin really have a lot of cash other than the MRMD shares?

I don't know anything about patent law but I know a lot about lawyers. I cannot believe a firm would take a case on contingency without doing extensive DD. Nor would they continue to spend their resources for over 10 years based on flimsy patents. Unless there is another definition of contingency, if WDDD fails they fail also. I am NOT a lawyer but trying to apply common sense. I remain hopeful that there is a fall back plan. Time will tell.

So an epic battle will ensue on Monday. On one side, whales with their exit strategies vs "believers" ready to take advantage of the carnage. Personally, I don't own enough to be in either camp so it will (for me) be fun to watch. I honestly do feel bad for those who have been in for so long. I hope for the best for them (and me) since I am not selling.

I have had luck recently day trading MRNA but you have to be quick. Volume is normally the issue.

I understand Linden's motivation to drag it out. But WDDD agreed so I have to surmise that WDDD didn't think the 101 was imminent or that it would be positive. Either way, they were wrong. :( If you were into conspiracies, one might ask if Linden had inside info?? Or were they just lucky??

It looks now that that extension cost WDDD whatever $$$ was in the settlement.

Very curious on the chronology here. Why would WDDD agree to an extension on the settlement simply to iron out the details? It sure made sense at tha time. It would appear that Thom was as surprised by the 101 decision as we were???

As a public service, would everyone please list the number of shares you hold and your exit PPS and strategy going forward. Only kidding, of course. It has been a long weekend lol. Looking forward to good weeks ahead.

I think the PPS will have to raise DRAMATICALLY to withstand the profit taking from the million share holders who have waited 10 years for this. I don't blame them but those of us who got in later will have to be on our toes and not be too greedy. As many of you have said, volume will be the key.

I agree with your thoughts on the value of this board. Even when there is disagreement it is done in a civil manner. What we don't have here is the usual "to the moon" pumpers or the "this dog is dead" bashers. Posters appear to be legitimate share holders and are willing to share hard information and informed opinions. I have learned a lot from you all in the year I have been here. There are so many of you who have been here so long and amassed 6-figure holdings. I am neither of those things but WDDD is a significant part of my "aggressive" portfolio. It will be interesting to see each of you make decisions as we get closer to a potential pay day. Each bit of news will test this out. Lindon is first to fall. ATVI next and MSFT longer term. I guess in a perfect world, new money based on good news would offset some totally understandable profit taking among the "whales". Absent new money, there would seem to be a natural cap on PPS as large holders unwind part or all of their shares. Did we see a minor foreshadow of this with the volume spike and PPS drop at the close Friday?? Only the seller knows. I continue to do my small part with 1000 shares here and there. I will never approach "whale" status but I am having fun being a "guppie" in your pond!

Since our legal team is on contingency, the key question (assuming we WIN), is how big of a chunk will they take of any trial award or settlement. Hopefully there will be enough to go around.

I am confused. Mrmd closed today at .73 (not sure of PPS a/o Dec 2020). Is it just an accounting thing when you say the book value was 0? I am obviously not an accountant LOL.

I guess if you have been here for 10+ years, this discussion on inflation etc may be important. But, if you have been in that long and amassed a "Whale-sized" number of shares, the PPS will hopefully be more than satisfactory to recoup dollars on dimes. That is certainly my hope.

So, if you didn't sell you now own almost 2% of the float. Congrats

Aren't the MM's required to show the best bid/ask? I had a bid for 1000 @.44 all afternoon. For awhile, I was on the bid with stock ahead. Then the bid dropped to .43, ignoring my .44 and still no fill.??

I know I am a newbi here (7 months) so I have no standing with the "Diamond Hands". But, is anyone else tiring of the constant personal back and forth on here? I'd rather, if there is no news or anything of particular interest with WDDD, that we chill a bit. This is a penny stock. We all want to make money. Some are long, some are short and some try to flip. Room for all of us I think. Just my opinion FWIW.

I tried to "bottom fish" today and yesterday, placing an order one/two cents above the bid. The bid never moved and I did not get filled. Guess you have to hit the ask.

I truly enjoy all this speculation from people much more knowledgeable than I am. But the real answer, I suspect, is that only Judge Casper really knows what is in her mind. But it does seem she has been very patient with ACTVI's antics to date. Hopefully, that patience is drawing thin.
