What information do you have showing it was a success? I only remember seeing the PR announcing the installation at Buena Park. Do you have a link or other information to share with the board since the installation? Do you have anything?
gte_gold
It may take some digging to uncover (if possible) what entity of the Navajo Nation the PR is referring to.
I contacted the Navajo Nation Information Technology Department. I inquired if they knew of any agreement with OneFi and provided a link to the press release. Below is a response from that department.
"Navajo Nation Department of Information Technology (NNDIT) does not have an agreement with OneFi. You might check with other entities such as schools, township, or casinos. "Navajo Nation" is used broadly in the news release.".
The NNDIT was a logical place to start, but as you can see, there are other entities to consider
gte_gold
I was wondering the same thing. The more I read, it appears only one Navajo Nation Reservation location exists (this place is huge). There are other reservations that include Navajo American Indians, however those are on reservations with different names. The Navajo Nation map is included in that link...and can't find reference to remote locations other than what is mapped on that page.
There may be an explanation like what you suggest. I'll read more tomorrow.. It's well past my bed time. Yawn
gte_gold
Navajo Nation is much larger than the area quoted in the PR.
"..The 600 square mile Navajo Nation Reservation needs to be connected and allowed access to broadband internet through a 21st century communications network."
The Navajo Nation reservation is 45 times larger than the 600 square mile area stated in the PR.
From navajo.org website
"The Navajo Nation extends into the states of Utah , Arizona and New Mexico , covering over 27,000 square miles of unparalleled beauty. Diné Bikéyah, or Navajoland, is larger than 10 of the 50 states in America."
gte_gold
Unfortunately, no mention of a contract being signed by either party exists in the PR. most call this type of PR 'Fluff'. No contractually binding information is given and no mention of the parties executing a contract. No contract was executed in the PR. 'Agreement' and 'contract' are very different.
Appears to be an "agreement" only. No word of actual contract signed or details of work to be done.
"..OneFi Technology, Inc. (Other OTC:ONFI.PK - News) has executed an agreement with the Navajo Nation to build and deploy its WiMax technology to the Navajo community."
gte_gold
No, You're not the only one that saw the "4G" in that "About OneFi Technology, Inc" at the bottom of the recent PR. The lack of excitement could be the vague non committal wording about 4G in that sentence. "...capable of being 4G compatible..." I don't even know what that is! It certainly doesn't say they have 4G deployed. The only sentence I can confirm is the last.
"About OneFi Technology, Inc.
OneFi Technology, Inc. is a WiMax company developing broadband networks that are capable of being 4G compatible. OneFi Technology's focus is on rural communities and developing countries. WiMax is a wireless technology for the delivery of broadband internet.

Wish I knew who has them. We do know the $50,000 note originally held by koppenhaver is eligible immediately to be converted and sold into the market.

The CEO of OneFi has been the topic on the board in the past regarding an Alabama Cease and Desist Order that included SKYFRAMES INC, CHET NOBLETT, AND WILLIAM GREEN RIGBY, JR as Respondents.
On April 23rd, 2009, an ORDER TO VACATE was signed. Administrative Order No CD-2008-0020 issued to Noblett and Skyframes is vacated. The original order applies to Rigby.

billyf, My post recommended pinksheets.com for information about OneFi.

...Pinksheets.com is a good place for those new to OneFi to get information...
Isn't that the same as posting a link??? I'm certain you can't expect me to post all information on pinksheets.com in one post LOL... I think providing the url was sufficient in addition to the brief summary I provided.
"Instead of appearing to have a one sided agenda, I tend to provide a link to the entire filing so folks get a more accurate description of the filing... its better for folks to read everything instead of just bits and pieces"
gte_gold
There's Plenty of room in the IBOX for all the good news we hope will come. I'll copy and paste it into the IBOX as fast as as it comes :)
gte_gold
billyf, I'm not going to check to see who released information for a particular Press Release LOL.
If the PR or other published article is about OneFi, it is acceptable information for purpose of discussion on the board. It is the individual reading the PR will make the determination if it is true or not.
gte_gold
Accounting practices don't allow money that is not received in financial statements. If a company did not receive revenue.... in GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Practice) terms, it never happened.
Press release posted is about an announcement that OneFi Technology made and is most definitely talking about the same corporation that exists today.
...OneFi Technology, Inc. announced today that it has been approved and is currently installing its WiMax-WiFi......
"..And is your financial info that you posted current???"
Financial Information is the latest from the company itself less than 2 mo ago. this is found on pinksheets.com
gte_gold
dbob, Welcome to the board. pinksheets.com has recent company finacials prepared by OnFi less than 2 months ago.
Pinksheets.com is a good place for those new to OneFi to get information.
Here is a brief financial summary:
Income

Sales $0.00
Total Income $0.00
Expenses
Marketing $0.00
Legal $1,500.00
Rent $2560.00
Utilities $252.94
Net Income -$4312.94
Press Releases by the company identify these installations:
Road Wings' (RDWG) Funding Recipient OneFi Technology Announces Its Newest Network Deployment
STATUS: AGREEMENT CANCELED BY THE CITY OF VILLA PARK FOR LACK OF PERFORMANCE
Road Wings, Inc. and OneFi Technology Announce Buena Park Network Deployment
STATUS UNKNOWN
Road Wings, Inc. (RDWG) Announces Another Network Deployment Contract by OneFi Technology, Inc.
INSTALLATION INVOLVED THE CEO's BROTHER IN LAW. CURRENT STATUS UNKNOWN
No contract revenue is reported at this time. No income, and certainly monthly expenses being incurred by the company each month.
OneFi has reported 10 employees since the beginning
Outstanding Share update:
84,265,485 as of May 10, 2009. This represents a 5628% increase to the OS count from the 1,471,000 Outstanding shares reported Mar 04, 2009 on Pinksheets.com.
gte_gold
Starting to see volume increasing. OneFi has 5 days in a row with some amount of volume (albeit small). Wow, it's been over 3 long months since we've seen that before.
gte_gold
I Don't think there was any news about the R/S... or about the Reverse Merger... It just happened one day LOL
2.5B A/S is the last update from last September. I don't know why the company didn't post a more recent date on Pinksheets.com for the A/S. I left it off the IBOX because of how long its been since it was reported. I'll post A/S when a more recent reporting date is given.
gte_gold
The A/S doesn't have influence in share price. The Outstanding number of shares is what you probably were thinking.
"...i think it could easily move above a dollar asumming the A/S stays as it is."
Many shareholders watch for increases to the A/S (especially in pink sheets) to weight the potential of shares flooding the market in the near future, however it's the "Outstanding" number of shares that determines the price rate of change in response to buy or sell pressure.
As far as this reaching a dollar; anyone would be guessing at that answer in this place and time...however, statistically speaking, there is almost no chance of that happening.

slojab, thanks for researching Standard's reluctance to post OneFi share structure and posting your findings here. (Member mark for you for saving me time to verify)

Messages must be directly related to OneFi. My intent posting the skyframes filing was to provide reference showing a relationship of our current CEO of OneFi and Grey Pierson identified in a PR involving OneFi.
Discussions about the law firm Hand and Hand or EBITDA Capital may be considered off topic for this board.
gte_gold
As long as Noblett is not directly offering the sale of securities, the SEC will not have interest IMO.
"...I have to wonder what the Sec says about a Ceo with an injunction against him playing around on the pink sheets? We shall see"
My curiosity is in this sentence of the order:
...This order does not prevent the Alabama Securities Commission from seeking such other civil or criminal remedies that are available to it under the Alabama Securities Act.
I wonder if that sentence is simply boilerplate legal talk, or if the Alabama Securities Commission is considering seeking further action.

Below is a portion of an Aug 2008 PR involving installation of OneFi equipment. Note the name of the "newest client" Pierson Behr. Grey Pierson at one time held shares of Skyframes back in 2002. Pierson Behr law firm also held 2.5 million shares of shares owned by Chet Noblett in a trust according to an SB-2 SEC filed by SKYFRAMES INC on 11/29/2002. "Grey Pierson is the brother in law of Mr. Noblett." as quoted in this filing.
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - August 12, 2008) - Road Wings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RDWG) announced today that its funding partner OneFi Technology, Inc. has been selected by its newest client Pierson Behr to install and maintain a WiMax/WiFi communications system in the community of Eastland, Texas.

Thanks Chuck, Very interesting DD. A couple interesting items to note: Compare the contact information for OneFi and EBITDA websites: The FAX number for OneFi and EBITDA are identical except for the last digit. My guess is both FAX machine numbers are found in the same building. The second Item is the "Powered by Website Tonight" logo at the bottom of both sites was interesting.

I've researched OneFi without any results for updates on Buena Park, Jamaica, or the other activities I listed, and is why I asked for board input. If you find any of my posts incorrect, let me and everyone here know. If you have information regarding OneFi (postitive or negative) it is always welcomed.

Mid 2008, news was released describing projects and deployment of OneFi hardware. I've already posted regarding the Villa Park termination click here. Anyone have information for the items below? Did these actually happen? Are any of these activities still active?

Legal binding agreements and contracts with the City of Villa Park (or any city) do not change because a City Manager resigns. Furthermore, there's no mention "to upgrade" the installation in the agreement. link to agreement
"...according to Chet is that the new administration wanted ONFI to spend $50,000 to upgrade the test system ..."
According to city documents, "In approximately October/November 2008, the signal became inactive." Ken Domer did not resign until December according to the link in your post. Chet pulled the plug on the project while Mr Domer was still City Manager of Villa Park according to the time line in City documents.
gte_gold
OneFi lack of performance is the reason for the recommendation for termination of the agreement, as stated in the City Document linked below.
CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT WITH ONEFI TECHNOLOGY
The signal has been inactive for at least 5 months according to the City Staff. In all fairness, it does appear the City was pleased initially with the service.
Did Chet comment on the claim by the City of not responding to numerous telephone calls and several emails from the City Staff over the last couple months?
There wasn't any cost to the City of Villa Park, but reading the comments from the City Staff, one could conclude:
1. Based on lack of performance, The City Staff recommended the termination.
2. OneFi did not respond to numerous phone calls and several emails.
"...ONFI equiptment (equipment) will follow him to his new location and is my understanding the equiptment will be installed there for revenue generating purposes.
Ken Domer has been has been with the City of Placentia Since December 2008. Since that time, no item regarding OneFi has been on the City Council Calender as either old or new business. Until OneFi is on the Calender for City Council approval, any talk of revenue for OneFi in Placentia means little.
I appreciate your sharing your conversation with chet with the board. It would be very interesting for OneFi to publicly comment on the claims made by Villa Park City staff. My intention is not to attack you for sharing, but to keep the board real, based on publicly released information instead of private conversation.
gte_gold
Lets pray we don't have any more -78.3 percent RS bullish behavior :)
"This thing still looks bullish for me though..."
gte_gold
The information from the City of Villa Park appears clear and detailed (see earlier post). Details from OneFi would be more entertaining.
"Gte Thanks for the info. What we must remember is that this service was provided to The City of Villa Park free of charge on a trial basis. I will try and make contact with the city of Villa park again and get some details."
gte_gold
Below is part of the Villa Park discussion regarding OneFi from the City Council meeting March 24th 2009.
The City of Villa Park entered into a license agreement with OneFi Technology (OneFi) on April
22, 2008 for the placement of wireless communication equipment on the roof of City Hall to allow
for the Villa Park Towne Centre to benefit from free wireless services.
On August 28, 2008 OneFi installed the equipment and the wireless signal was clear and strong
from all points of the Towne Centre. In approximately October/November 2008, the signal became
inactive. Over the last couple of months, City staff sent several emails and placed numerous
telephones calls to representatives at OneFi. OneFi has not responded.
At this time, staff recommends that the City Council terminate license agreement based on lack of
performance. Pursuant to Section 3 of the license agreement, the City retains the right to
terminate with or without cause at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
Stay Tuned!

Call me a glass half empty guy, but the reason you can't sell something...is because it doesn't have value. Problems with low volume and share value are resolved with improved company perceived worth.
"We basically are holding it because you can't sell it for anything. Plus, it may actually have upside movement."
LOL, All stocks "may actually have upside movement".
