Yes and 5-minutes after the Judge approves that B.S. the Earth will crash into the Sun so it won't matter, LOL.
As most of us know here, it's not over until the Plus Size Lady sings, however it is nice to see a little Ask Kicking going into the weekend!
There are different definitions of "insolvent". The IRS defines "insolvent" as having more liabilities than assets. So according to the IRS BIOA is not insolvent, because it has more assets than liabilities.
I hope the new company that takes over, gets rid of Eno and the rest of his pink-sheet buddies ASAP.
Offers were withdrawn because they did NOT include Eno and the rest of the Pink-Sheet Management, so Eno refused to accept the offers.
The only reason I invested in BIOA was because it is NOT a pink-sheet company, just happens to have pink-sheet management. I will be holding to the end.
Just don't stand behind her when she is warming up!
6-months ago he had BIOAQ price target for the year @ $12.00 dollars a share then in late March he cut to a buck 75, the $12.00 per share would be nice but I would take the $1.75. all or nothing by the end of the month.
Does anyone here know what happened to Amit Dayal? I believe he moved to a new company.
Everyone knows it's all about management, Companies with great management succeed and make money, Companies with crappy Management lose money and fail.
Now I hope it does not happen, but if the Socialist Republic of Canada allows this plant to be dismantled, I could see them spending hundreds of millions of tax payer dollars to build another plant in the near future.
Or it could be up 90% What's your point, no one knows what will happen Tomorrow.
With the big uproar and complaining about all the plastic that is in the ocean and California now talking about banning plastic straws, why is this company not a Gold Mine?
Thank You Super Creditable 777 Excellent Post.
BIOAQ, Big Board Company with pink sheet management.
I believe the companies failure goes way beyond Dick, he was picked to replace the last CEO that lied about the quarterly earnings, like he was the only one in management that knew about the falsification. My experience and common sense tells me they all of management knew about it, he was just the one picked to fall on the sword! Bottom line I think all of management was to blame for a pink sheet company that had the potential of having a billion dollar market cap! I am glad that they are all gone, I believe with the right financing and the right management BIOAQ could still someday have a billion dollar market cap, IMO.
Now it all makes sense "Dick" had a "Stroke" he didn't get what he wanted, so he tried to screw everybody.
Bidders buying up shares!
If this plant closes global warming (climate change) will destroy the world! Come on lefties get out your check books!
A life time of trading left on this one, anything could happen!
Yes great response Penman, very well written. There seems to be a lot of lazy reporting now days. Glad to see you call them out!
Ok here is my conspiracy theory (FWIW) A bidder came to Mr. Eno wanting to buy the company, but in order to come up with a number that would satisfy the Judge, the bidder would need to be able to buy millions of cheap shares, so a good part of their bid price would essentially go from their left pocket into their right pocket. Mr. Eno came up with a plan to obliged them.
Problem today is that the PR left everyone with more questions than answers. What does "an acceptable offer" mean? Does it mean that no bids included the funding necessary to pay off all debts including $1.61 per share ( which was the value the Judge put on bioa share price) or were the bids too low to even pay off the secure debt? Lots of Questions!
Hard to believe the judge would reverse his earlier decision and allow the company back into bankruptcy. The Judge must be well aware of the companies assets.
Does anyone know how BIOAQ can avoid paying shareholders and unsecured creditors without going through Bankruptcy?
How can a company claim that in reporting quarter of 9/30/2017 they had equity of 107 Million Dollars with 52 million shares out? And the South Korean Government offering them $Millions of dollars to build a plant there ( You Tube Video) and now they have no Equity 10 months later? How is that possible!
Insiders knew,Sucks how they always win.
This Turd showed earnings of 10k last reported quarter, loss of 359k, has assets of 291k and Total Equity of a minus ($7,934,000) and only a measly 661 million shares outstanding! Yes "Private" one hell of a gold mine. LOL.
good volume
Which one of your posts should we believe?
With all the new revenue coming in, it would be nice to see TOPS management authorizing a dividend. That would keep the stock listed on Nasdaq forever or a long, long time. (which ever comes last).
Thank You Soroi, I appreciate the help.
So how does SIAF get by with claiming over 600 million$ in equity? Do they report what makes them happy?
In its present form this company will never be profitable IMO, The only way for a large pps increase is through a merger or sale of the company.
Unfortunately an 100 to 1 reverse split O.S and A.S. is the only thing that might help this stock recover, It could end up a low float play? At least it would limit their dilution to 10-million shares.
I realize that the market heavily discounts the numbers from Chinese Based Companies, but SIAF is showing $612 Million in Equity?
The market cap should be at least $300 Million, IMO
WOW an 1 for 300 RS, never seen that one coming. LOL
I am done feeding the GRAS-Monkey GLTA
